The location against the coast was wonderful with the ability to watch the spirit of Tasmania come and go every day. As we enjoy ships this was most enjoyable. There are a number of walks to go on in the area of Devonport which was quite pleasing. The cabins are provided with full cooking facilities and separate bedrooms.

There really wasn't anything to complain about. We ended up staying an extra week at this park.

The location was perfect. The facilities were clean and easy to use. The jumping pillow was a great activity for my kids ranging in ages 8-14. The staff in passing seemed friendly. Watching the spirit of Tasmania arrive in the morning was nice.

The split system heating/cooling was quite noisy, possibly needs a service or clean. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on/ or provided for either of the two top bunks.

The view and positioning is incredible. If you aren’t positioned with water views it was only a very short walk to be able to enjoy it with wide open spaces. Highly recommend, great area for kids with playground and a lot of fun to run wild. I enjoyed being on the other side less hustle and bustle but still very short drive to be able to enjoy what it has to offer.

I thought the place was appropriate for cost

It would be good if there was a windbreak on one side of the cabin outdoor area, and that is being really picky, as the experience was exceptional and we are both are really happy with the break which helped us rejuvenate we wanted to stay another night but we have work commitments. How long have I got? Very Clean - smelled fabulous from the moment I walked in. Very comfortable fresh bed - best sleep Ive had in years. Warm bed & warm cabin. Warm & comfortable under foot (timber look) flooring. Spacious well designed cabin. I had 7 relatives visit me - plenty room. Excellent service and friendly staff offered to service our cabin after the first week. Good distance between cabins. Quiet location with nice views. (Only complaint - extraction fan & light in Toilet were connected to one switch. This made it very cold if using the loo at night.) Great Stay at a great price. If you're in Devo , Discovery Parks at East Devonport is definitely the place to stay.

It was a clean cabin, with clean sheets, and dishes. The oven/ stovetop, and microwave work well. The beds were comfortable and the location was excellent and quiet.

The Wifi was terrible, it only worked in one spot, on the right-hand side of the main bed, which was a real pain for sharing between two laptops. As one would work and the other would experience buffering.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The cutlery/crockery was practical. There was no dishwasher so items needed to be hand washed. All cleaning products provided. The bedroom was big enough for the double bed and the wardrobe but not much else (not really room to put the suitcase). However, as the cabin had both a dining and lounge area, it wasn't a big issue. Also, there was another bedroom so we used it to put our suitcase in as there was just the 2 of us. It is a lovely location right next to the water. A walking path takes you down the Mersey River or around the ocean to a couple of beaches.

Not much really. The shower cubicle was a little small but there isn't much that can be done about it. One could still get clean!

When we travel we usually stay in the dog friendly cabin and bring our pup but this time opted for a general one. Was nice and. Clean, all kitchen facilities provided were perfect. The bed provided cemented my and my hubs decision to get a king size bed for at home Just need a slight less firm one for us.😁 Staff were amazingly understanding when, despite bringing items to assist with our children's bedwetting,which saved most. Of the bedding, they were very helpful and understanding at the accidental wetting of a doona provided by them, it was replaced with no issues, I did mention we were willing to wash them ourselves before giving them over for them to wash their way but they were understanding and forgiving, given we'd provided items to assist and try to avoid the need for their intervention. So greatfull for that

Booked a 3-night stay in a Standard Cabin Bungalow. Our stay was enjoyable and exceptional as it totally exceeded our expectations. There is a free parking space right next to each bungalow, so it was very easy to get our stuff in and out of the car to and from the cabin. The cabin was clean and well-equipped with everything we need. Stepping into the cabin, first is the living/dining area cum kitchen. It was fitted with a stove and kitchenware (possible to cook if you want to), microwave oven (quick heating/cooking, which we used for our brekkie and dinner), large wash basin with cleaning equipment, pantry (with coffee/tea and water boiler) and freezer/refrigerator (Better than most hotels! We got to store our ice cream in it). The round dining table was large enough for 4-6 guests and there was a couch for lounging while watching the TV. There were two bedrooms - one on each side of the living/dining area. One was fitted with two bunk beds (sleeps 4 people). Bunk beds look rather small for larger-sized adults but was alright for us. The other bedroom had a king/queen sized bed with a huge wardrobe that spans the breadth of the room. The beds came with cleaned sheets and duvets/quilts which were perfect for the cold weather at night. I myself ended up sleeping on the couch after watching TV as it was comfy too. The air conditioning and heating was good and kept us warm throughout the night. The toilet was clean and fitted with day lighting, warm heated lighting and ventilation fan. It was very spacious in the toilet, making it super easy for changing up. Under the wash basin was a professional hair-dryer which we absolutely enjoyed using. The shower area was also clean and fitted with a hand-held shower head. Lastly, the price for this 3-night stay for our family is really unbeatable for the number of pax. We had a next-door neighbour who raved about it for two days too HAHA. I'm pretty sure they enjoyed their stay thoroughly...

The shower area was a little small - may be challenging for taller and larger-size people. A small issue was the intermittent hot and cold water in the shower as it was not easy to keep the water temperature balanced - a little part of me was frozen and burnt at the same time halfway through my shower hahaha.

The location is wonderful being against the coast so we could hear the waves. We could also listen to and watch the spirit of Tasmania come and go each morning and night. There was also a walking path along the coast. The staff were very friendly and cheerful.

The WIFI was slow.
