We had a fantastic stay at Anglesea Family Caravan Park! The location was perfect for us. We loved being so close to the beach, and it was an easy walk to the shops and cafes in town. The kids were thrilled because the park was just a short drive from beaches and cafes. The amenities were great too. The pool was clean and well-maintained. We also made good use of the camp kitchen, which had everything we needed. It was so convenient having barbecues available, and we enjoyed a couple of family cookouts.

There's one area where we think Anglesea Family Caravan Park could improve: the readability of the powered sites. It was quite difficult to determine where one site ended and the next began. This made it challenging to set up our caravan and ensure we weren't encroaching on our neighbours' space. Here are some specific observations: Lack of clear markings: Some sites had faded paint or no markings at all, making it hard to tell the boundaries.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, cabin was clean and had everything we need. We didn't stay much in the cabin because we had family in a caravan but our cabin sure is nice and warm when we went "home" in the evening.

Booking said there was a DVD player so I brought a DVD we borrowed from ur library to watch at night and we spent 30 mins to an hour trying to figure out where the DVD player was haha .. some TVs normally have a DVD slot so we thought that was it and there was a slot that looked like a DVD slot but couldn't figure out how to open it. No big deal but my son was disappointed.

It was very comfortable, and right by the beach, so we got to watch the sunrise, and the waves looks amazing. The staff were incredibly nice when we were checking in, and were open to conversations. The pool was beautiful, we wish it was a little warmer when we stayed because we would’ve loved to use it.

Our only issue was the TV remote in our room didn’t work properly. The only button that did work was the on/off button.

Such a lovely huge park. Kids loved the inflatable pillow and basketball court. We loved going for walks around the park at dusk and nighttime and seeing the rabbits, kangaroos, ducks and possums. Location to town and the beach is great.

The water pressure in the showers in the cabin was not enough to get shampoo and conditioner out of my daughters hair. We ended up using the public shower block within the park.

We and especially the kids love all the facilities and multiple walking trails with numerous wild life to see. The playgrounds were amasing and we all loved the minigolf and swimming pool. The caravan park is right next to the beach which is absolutely a bonus. The place has multiple bathrooms and communal kitchens and all were clean and well kept, which was a nice surprise to all of us.

If I have to say something that bother us, it would be the birds waking us up early in the morning and the strong gust of wind (over 30km/hr)

The facilities, location, and wildlife were amazing! Well definitely be back!!!

Not the accommodation's fault, but we were there on a random weekend and weren't expecting so many people, especially the teens/teens... My toddler was super overwhelmed and couldn't play on any of the playground equipment because they were not being aware of anyone else or the noise and times.

The caravan park is located within walking distance from the local shops and eateries, and has access to the beach. It's very well maintained, with several playgrounds, jumping pillow, a basketball court and a pool. Camp kitchens are well equipped with fridge, multiple stoves/ovens - you need to bring own utensils, and there's a game room too as well as toddler rooms attached to camp kitchens. Overall, great place to camp with kids!

Quiet and calm location. Great for couples and families looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach. The drive from the park to the center of the city is a little long, but that was what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly. We left our hose in our campsite, and it disappeared. We asked the employees and they found it for us very quickly. I'd stay there again!

If your campervan utilizes gas that needs refills and cannot be replaced, don't expect to refill it anywhere close to the camping site! They didn't have it either. We stopped by over 4 places around town and we couldn't find it.
