Lovely location right next to the beach. Great for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Staff very friendly and respectful. They don’t pester you but if you ask for anything they are more than willing to help and are friendly. The room is kept very clean. Shower very good. Very quiet area. Bus stop outside the property to explore the area further.

The property facilities in the room are perhaps a little bit dated but it is just something to be aware of.

We chose this property as it’s close to Mentone beach. The location is great for a beach stay as you can park the car and walk. There are also a couple of nice cafes nearby and a little supermarket. It is a basic motel but had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff were friendly.

The car parking is a bit tight

my 1st thoughts were fair having entered a dark cold room But after opening the curtains and putting the heater on it open up into a nice unit ! the Bed was comfortable and the electric blanket was real nice as coming from Qld to a Polar blast i didn't want to get out , staff Angelo was very welcoming with a great run Bar (book for dinner as its popular with the locals too)

opening up the room and turning on the header would brighten a tired traveler's day/night .

Lovely warm and friendly greeting when I arrived. No fuss and quick check in. No long list of paperwork to fill in. The room was very roomy with table and chairs and a small sofa. Very clean. Restaurant open during the week. The price of the motel was super affordable. I liked that there was a bible in the room that's one thing that has been removed by other motels. I would stay again.

I always like a toaster and few plates and cutlery in a motel.

The staff were very friendly and obliging. The motel is in a quiet residential area close to the water. Enjoy walking and riding along the foreshore. A short drive to restaurants and major shopping centres. The room was clean and comfortable. Public transport readily accessible nearby. We will certainly return again.

Parking on site is tight at times especially for larger vehicles. When removing the key that provides power in the room all the electricity goes out including the power points so it is not possible to charge electronic devices when you are out unless you have a second key.

The manager at check-in was helpful and welcoming. Location was good for the Patterson Lakes sporting event and closeness to the seaside. It was quiet and secure. The breakfast in the restaurant was lovely. Car parking was safe although space would be an issue with a large car.

The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable otherwise with plenty of room although the bathroom was a bit squishy. Lucky I'm not a big person but that would have been an issue.

Loved this motel! Needed a last minute stay and it was retro awesomeness!! So many reviews that the decor is dated, but that's what I loved about it. Don't change a thing! The gentleman at the desk was so friendly, and there was no booking fee and excessive paperwork, or a security deposit. It was a good price, clean, spacious, DVD player, tea and coffee, a microwave which is very handy, sitting area and a private balcony with a sliding door. Really good spot, close to shops and just over from the beach and walking tracks. I felt comfortable and at ease, I will definitely return. Thankyou!

The pillows were a little flat, sorry. That's a minor issue however and I'm fussy with my pillows so could be fine for the next person. Still super happy with everything!

Room was on 1st floor the room was very roomy and comfortable I enjoyed the balcony it was very relaxing to sit and enjoy a cuppa The staff were outstanding in providing a great guest experience My breakfasts were very enjoyable and arrived on time and hot

Everything was great. The man at reception was fantastic helpful and friendly . Close to beach , restaurant must be good because booked out. But spoilt for choice in that area anyway . Totally recommend staying here.

All good. The parking is probably tight but no problem for us or most people.

Good location, very friendly staff, and clean rooms. This is a solid hotel that does what it says on the can. Excellent value for money. We didn't eat in the restaurant but apparently the steaks are fabulous.

The decor is a little outdated but cleanliness and service are fantastic.
