From the moment I booked in, Lisa's warm and friendly welcome was just great. She couldn't have been more helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet and a carpark right next to it made things particularly convenient. The bed was SO comfortable and the motel's location is brilliant too. This accomodation really made my weekend stay in Bendigo a great trip away. I'll definitely be back.

As a disabled old man the staff were caring wonderful to deal with the room was comfortable and clean for the whole Week I was there the bed was comfortable and made by the staff everyday the staff always asked if I needed anything and made me feel extremely comfortable, I cannot phrase the staff and motel enough I will be staying at this motel every school holidays on a regular bases to see my daughter the cost of my stay were great the care and attention was exceptional they really made me feel at home and a part of their lives thank you so much

Rooms were spacious and clean. Downlights were switchable and allowed control of lighting. Fixtures and fitting were newish, and it felt modernized. Car parking was explained, and they allowed for a bucket and squeegee to clean your windscreen form ice and bugs. The receptionist explained where i could get a meal and happily supplied breakfast before heading off early ot a funeral.

In my travels only one thing could have added to my already brilliant stay and that is to have the air con on 30 minutes before anticipated arrival. this is not a criticism just a point for improvement.

Room was adequate and clean. Love very much that a Bible is provided. The friendly service is above and beyond. If u want extra pillows or towels just ask. Nothing is a problem and your happiness is a priority. Can't recommend enough. Wouldn't stay anywhere else after the personal care invested in our stay and feeling welcome.

We were greeted by the lovely managed, Lisa, and the room was exceptionally clean. The family room was perfect, with a separate bedroom for the kids. Beds were very comfortable, location was excellent and the room was great value for money. We will stay again!!

Could maybe do with a couple of small lamps in the main living area so the kids (early risers) could eat breakfast without turning main lights on. Small gripe though!!

Really lovely inn with nice, helpful people running it. Lisa was great to chat to when I had any questions about the facilities, places to eat nearby or things to do in town. Room itself was cosy, comfy and clean. No complaints! The inn is about a 25-minute walk from the centre but there are some nice places to eat on the way, as well as the Central Deborah Mine and the Talking Tram nearby.

I received a very warm welcome from the manager who even stayed back 15 minutes until my [late] arrival. The motel had allocated car parking adjacent to my room which I always appreciate. My room was compact but had everything I needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Bendigo.

The accommodation location suited our needs after a long day meeting up with friends. Very clean and comfortable for our one night stay and reasonably priced. Reception staff lovely to speak with and bonus for us was that Reception was available until 8.00pm on our night of arrival.

What didn’t I like about this place? I can’t just pick and choose what I liked since it was just an overall amazing stay! So comfy and clean the beds were the best beds I’ve slept on aside from my own, like damn it was a good stay! And the owner is just so lovely and friendly! Made my first trip to the area just amazing!

Maybe the on site parking was a tiny little bit tight when it’s full. Wasn’t a problem though.

Room and all amenities ok bit unhappy idiots next to us rock up at midnight and talk and smoke out front for next half hour.obviously not motels fault but hard to get back to sleep no respect for others

Fools who cant plan a trip to get there at a reasonable time.if unforseen circumstance(car troubles etc) dont stand out front talking ,smoking etc for ages just go in to room
