Booked the queen executive room for three nights. We checked in after hours due to travel issues coming from Interstate, they made it easy and stress free. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Room was well stocked, sheets and lined all fresh, clean and good quality. Carpets and surfaces all clean and well maintained too! The parking is easy and the pool looked nice.

The freezer needs defrosting we couldn’t use it. We didn’t raise it as an issue with them though because everything else was great.

It was good to have the second bed in the room, so that one of my grandbabies could stay with me. The staff were very helpful e.g. on the first morning I called reception to ask about ordering breakfast (I couldn't find anything in the room about it) and was told it should be ordered the night before, but that they would bring it up for us, and they did.

There were no instructions in the room regarding ordering breakfast, and although advertised as having cable tv we couldn't figure it out. There were no instructions as to how to use the TV and Netflix/Prime etc were only available if we already had an account that we could log into.

Lily at reception is always most helpful if any issues arise. I've been staying there for years now, since well before Lily & & Co. became the new owner/operators and I'm glad to report that standards have been maintained.

Not much. I first started to stay there as there was plenty of room to park (I travel with a trailer), but kept staying cos it's very good. I can't really cite any specific incidents that would cause me to complain. Oh, OK. If i must complain. I reckon rooms should be $100 less... :-)

Have been staying here for many years, through 3 changes of management/ ownership. The current one is the best of the lot. First visit with new owners last week. Receptionist saw on his screen that I was a regular and, without even telling me so as to sweeten the surprise, comped me a full-size suite instead of my base-level standard room. With jacuzzi if you don't mind. Very pleasantly surprised indeed.

Not much wrong with this joint, Old Faithful. To list anything here would just be me being picky and overly particular. It's all good.

A beautiful well furnished room. Good strong upper end furnishings, spa bath. A very clean room and bathroom area. Undercover parking and a lift up to the first floor. A very courteous and happy young lady on the front desk.

Old style tv in the room that couldn't get channels 7 or 9 and none of the newer Smart tv options. Would have given a 10 rating instead of a 9 had this tv been more modern. Apparently they are in the process of modernising these.

Kerry and Rod who run the property were wonderful. My husband was taken ill and Kerry called an ambulance and Rod waited outside to guide them in. My husband was taken to hospital. He was discharged the next day and I asked Kerry if she could ring a taxi for me. She wouldn’t let me get a taxi and she drove me to the hospital to pick my husband up and brought us back to the hotel. They were so kind to us and we can’t thank them enough. We would recommend this property because of the couple who run it.

Nothing you could have done but it was the wrong side of town to our sporting venue. The bed configuration did not suit our group as the 80 year old gent had to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa bed then walk through the two girls bedroom to the toilet. The alternative was for him to sleep in the bedroom with one of us girls in the other bed and the other girl on the uncomfortable sofa bed. Breakfast was not available early on the weekend so we had to go elsewhere before our sport commenced. We should have taken breakfast food with us and cooked it ourselves.

The room was very spacious if a bit old-fashioned. It was very clean. The bathroom was a great size with lots of space on the vanity for all my things and my husbands inevitable mess. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was good. There were no streaming services on the TV but that is fine and to be expected for an older style motel. The wifi was excellent. It was really great to have a microwave and a toaster. We stayed over the Australian Wool Show weekend and knew that all the restaurants and pubs would be slammed so we brought our own food and warmed it up. There were no dinner plates so that was an issue but the fridge was a good size with a properly functioning freezer (which you never get in motels). We were on the upper floor but that was not an issue because there is an excellent little lift. Plenty of room in the undercover carpark. Although he motel was full, we were not disturbed by noise from neighbouring rooms. I believe this is due to it being an older building with decent walls. Our room was made up daily (although they did not top up the tea bags). I read a few of the low reviews for this motel before I stayed and there were a lot of comments about the rude lady on reception. I did not find this to be true and I have to wonder if these comments were based in racism.

Dinner plates would have been good. Update the TV to include streaming services. I would not want to stay here in the warmer months because it would be very noisy due to the placement of the pool.

Welcoming staff. The location is great and the parking excellent.

The stay was excellent except for being woken up early in the morning after a long day and evening at work, when a couple decided to use the pool around 6:30am. If it wasn't the loud noise, conversation and laughter I wouldn't have minded. I popped by head out and the coule were good about the problem, but from there on there was little point of going back to bed ... they six hours of sleep would have to do.

Just what you'd expect from a motel - great basic facilities, easy check in and safe cosy accommodation! Especially loved that the heavy furniture was anchored to the wall with our one year old constantly trying to open and pull on the cupboard doors! Something I would have never even noticed or even thought of pre-kids

I just wish the pool had been upkept a little more. It is an older motel so you'd expect the loose paving stones etc, but swishing away all the bugs in the pool to swim was a big of a take-away
