The check-in counter and my room are in different units; I have to walk a bit down the road to get to the room. I paid with my Youtrip card, which didn't have a surcharge. An AUD 100 deposit was held by the hotel, and I received the refund on my card the day after I checked out. The room is equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooking stove, kettle, etc. The hairdryer needs to be requested from staff when you check in. Housekeeping is provided every three days during the stay. My bed is soft but lucky I can sleep well. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Melbourne Central and Victoria Market. There is also a tram station right in front of the apartment.

The shower cubicle in our room is small, so you have to shower carefully to avoid hitting the glass panel. The glass sliding door of the shower cubicle is off its track, so extra caution is needed when closing it.

the location in regards to our venue and other events was really good as there was enough easily accessible transport between them. The room itself was a lot bigger than we had anticipated and it felt reasonably isolated and secure. The beds were comfortable however I did find the sheets to be a little uncomfortable but overall it was a pleasant stay.

A part from the bed sheets it would have been nice to have access to face cloths in the bathroom and paper towel in the kitchen without having to purchase them ourselves. There was also a few minor issues in the apartment such as cracks in the walls and the shower door not working properly but these were manageable.

it was in a great location. very easy to get around the area, catch the trams or walk. room was warm and the cleaning staff where great. easy access to shops.

The seating in the living area was horrible. very uncomfortable. TV limiting and on one night no signal at all. no phone in the room or any information on places to dine out in close location. room was right opposite the lift so could hear it every time it stopped on the floor opposite my room. Maintenance started in the room, not finished. would have been great to have been able to obtain a street map showing where we where and some of the local attractions.

Easy check in. My room was very clean, bed comfortable , good TV reception, change of towels even though I only stayed 3 nights, great shower. The kitchenette was fully equipped even though I did not use it and 15 coat hangers 🤣 amazing. Tram out the front was so convenient...excellent location. I would use Arrow Apartments again.

My only complaint was the lift stopped working on floor 9 and I had to use the fire stairs to level 8. I did this the day of departure carrying my bags. I'm 79 so a bit daunting. The lift banged in the lift shaft very loudly on floor 9 every time it was used. Hopefully this will be repaired soon.

I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room from the first one I stayed in so I was and am happy. The next extra 2 nights stay are also good as we got a good room(booked through agoda by my sister. I would like to compliment the room but not the cleaning process as we had to ask for them to clean the room everyday instead of automatically being cleaned, as the rubbish needed to rid of quickly instead of waiting for them to come on request. We always wake up early and spend the days going for visits and shopping. All in all, thank you to the hotel for its good service and location-wise is tip top, close to the tram into the city. Its bed is very comfortable. I had good sleeps the whole stay. In summary, I hope booking.com offers a lower price the next time, as I paid SGD$420.48 for 5 nights stay. whereby my sister paid SGD371.26 for the same number of nights. Anyway, keep up the good work, Arrow on Swanston.

I would rather have the "dobby/laundromat" to be easier to use, cleanliness should be maintained and it feels eerie there too. It closes early so I don't usually have time to wash and dry my clothes after settling in from my visits and shopping. If there is a 24 hour dobby/laundromat close by. I would sure welcome it. Selected staff are friendly while others are quite curt and ready to shoo you off. We would like a few words of kindness (as we do it too) and friendly smiles (especially when both sides are tired from traveling/work.) Good place to be, though. Thanks all around.

The checkin was seamless and went very smooth, as was getting into the room itself. The view from the room was fantastic, and the facilities all worked as they should. There is a fantastic little cafe on the ground floor thats great for breakfast and lunch at really great prices, and there are two convenience stores right near the entrance to the hotel. The tram stop out the front goes up and down swanston street which makes it easy to get to wherever you need to go in a hurry. Front desk was avaliable 24hr which was great.

This is the second year ive booked this room and I was surprised that it was a different room to last year. There arent many gripes to note however. The bed was broken, some of the springs on the right side had failed clearly and made it difficult to sleep in, and maintainence did not attend even though I told reception about it. The "superfast" internet was very slow, only getting around 10mbps (to those who arent tech savvy, the average house has 50 to 100mbps on the NBN and 50mbps on the copper line). Thankfully I had my own USB internet dongle due to a prior trip earlier that week. All in all, small issues that could have been caught during a general check or maintainence.

Great location to explore Melbourne CBD and inner northern suburbs by foot. A short 5 minute walk to Exhibition Gardens or the Melbourne Markets is well worth the effort. Downstairs cafe does nice coffee and lots of great restaurants close by. They are helpful in arranging to store your luggage after checkout if you have the time to explore the city after you checkout. I stayed in a King Deluxe King apartment and is was spacious and had a nice little kitchenette.

Tiny desk bin that is supplied for you to put your rubbish in fills up quickly and as they don't service the rooms your bin overflows in no time. It can get busy at reception and it on my checkout day there was a long line up to checkout as only 1 person was working a reception. It was a return visits from the previous week and the Sauna was still out of service which was dissapointing.

The property is designed for uni students, we were a family of five, our room was like a dormitory but was clean. We were downgraded with a 20% discount but was still charged full price with the understanding Booking. Com we’re paying discount back time? Couldn’t find car park due to directions of staff. After sometime I phoned reception and a wonderful staff member directed me step by step! Kid used pool which was clean& they enjoyed that. All in all position & cleanliness won!

Two buildings, and rubbish bins around second building were smelly.
