I had an amazing experience dining at Atria for dinner – the food was absolutely delicious, and the views were simply breathtaking! Our room was incredibly spacious, with stunning views, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic. The gym was really clean, and equipped with high-quality equipment. The pools were equally impressive, offering amazing views. Finally, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which added to the overall wonderful experience.

The only aspect I didn’t enjoy as much was having to take one lift to the lobby and then another to reach our room, which felt a bit inconvenient.

The room was lovely, good size for a hotel room and the facilities are first class. Drinks and Canapes on level 80 is a must do. All the staff were wonderful, very friendly and accomodating and go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember.

For a first time guest checking in at 11pm on a bitterly cold Melbourne evening, it was difficult to find the entrance to the building. The main doors are enormous but they were closed, presumably because it was so cold. And there was no real signage as to where the front entrance actually is. As such, we walked into a residential building by mistake. It was soon rectified after a quick phone call to the hotel but just not obvious if you're a first time guest and have an after hours check-in. We're used to sleeping on a plush soft bed. So we found the hotel beds were a bit too hard for our liking. The indoor pool was not warm enough to swim in on a cold Melbourne evening.

Incredible room, with a breathtaking view. Beds were insanely comfortable, couldn't get out!! Beautiful bathroom and bath, the interior design in general is a really high standard. The check-in experience was great, and we enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar overlooking Melbourne. Breakfast in the Atria restaurant was outstanding - the spanner crab, and jamon and brie omelet were 5 stars.

The pool area is let down by a couple of things - the tears in the bed coverings really let down the furnishings. The inability to swim up to the edge of the pool and look out over the view is a huge design fail. Why are the spa facilities gender split?!! Didn't use based on this.

Everything. I want to live here! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and have a great furniture. Floor to ceiling windows make it feel like you’re in the sky and the bed is really comfortable. Great products. Gym, pool and lobby are equally beautiful.

The only annoying thing is that you have to take an elevator to the lobby and then walk to a second elevator bank to your room. And that it’s a major wind tunnel walking out the front door.

24-hour use of the swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym facilities. Lunch in the lobby lounge was amazing and the staff very friendly.

Whilst having dinner in the Atria restaurant, we had a 7pm booking for our anniversary and chose seating on the long table facing the chefs who prepare the meals. The restaurant was quiet this evening with approximately 20 guests. During our dinner, staff began cleaning/soaping the food prep bench tops in front of us. We felt we had to rush our meals guessing they were closing the area. This could have been done after meal service had finished when guests had left. All meals were well presented and delicious, though portion sizes were small. Service was very good.

The service and facilities were beyond amazing! Checking in was super easy. I dropped my bags off in the morning and by the evening when I check the room was all set up. The room was super clean and a great set up and not to mention the views were stunning. Very great quality for the price.

As well as my booking saying I had a guarantied high floor room, I also did put in the request box for a high floor and corner room. Although I did get a corner room unfortunately I was on the lowest floor. Not a deal breaker and I know It is all up to availability upon check in but would have been extra special to get something a little higher.

If you have more common tastes, the food will not suit you. But, if you enjoy food that is high-end with flavors and ingredients you won't find in your average local it is wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and a pleasure to interact with - including the Valet and night staff. One lovely Gentleman on a late night adventure we took, spoke with us about the artwork and features of the hotel which we found fascinating to learn!

My personal tastes are not as sophisticated as this hotel provides for, but this is not the problem of the hotel or it's Ladies and Gentlemen. The only downsides were the changing of the lifts which confused many guests.

Location is perfect for arriving and leaving Melbs - literally over the road from Southern Cross train station and the airport Skybus terminus. Walking distance to all the delights of town, or tram if you prefer. King room is luxurious with spectacular views, indulgent bathroom and comfy bed. Staying 5-star was a special treat splurge for us middle-class folk; we had a good laugh at the minibar prices, especially the Tasmanian rainwater in a wine bottle. The hotel was very accomodating with a late checkout (3pm!) and luggage storage for our evening flight.

If they're going to give you a pod machine, why can't any of these places, even the higher end, put a decent amount of UHT milk in the fridge to go with your coffee? 4 little thimbles between 2 people just doesn't cut it. The aircon thermostat seemed to struggle with stability in the middle of the night and the room grew a bit too warm. The overall room decor is very monotone and soulless, but that's par for the course these days.

The personalised experience was exceptional! They remember things about you that make you feel extremely valued. You can't describe the experience well enough in words. All the staff treat you with incredible levels of respect and they all acknowledge you, even if you are just passing them in a hallway. The views from our room where absolutely amazing, especially at night looking out over the city. The suite was extremely spacious and done up perfectly. The bed was one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone.
