The room was spacious with a great ambiance. It was very clean, and all the necessary facilities were provided. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me whenever needed. The toilet was spotless as well.

There was a miscommunication when I arrived at this place. The owner didn’t believe me when I mentioned that I had booked through Booking.com, as he had not received a notification about my booking. However, he allowed me to check in. After a few hours, he did receive the email from Booking.com. He is basically a typical old-timer, and you really need to be patient with him 😊 After a while, we became friends and chatted with each other.

We loved the motel, our room was amazing! And the owner's attention was exceptional ❤️ attended us even when we arrived very late and he is a very sweet and helpful person. The room was very well equipped, it had a big kitchen with all utensils, fridge, big bathroom, big TV, very comfortable king bed and an additional smaller one! It even had a sofa. And at a good price! We totally recommend it!

Located brilliantly, has a few little chips and bangs on laminates but price point dissolves this point. The room is quite big, you feel comfortable with the large size. No air-conditioning but you just don't need it in Augusta.

One very very minor point, if you provide coffee and sugar, some long life milk or whitener would be a nice touch

The room was amazing. Quiet, spacious, well off of the street with a small enclosed back area and cooking facilities. Even the bathroom was large. The bed was comfortable and it was in a nice area of the town.

There wasn't anything I did not like about the place. It was excellent.

Location was good, easy access for motorcycle, room had a heater which was ideal for the time of year.

The shower head, was old and could not adjust properly, and the fridge did not work, if I was there more than one night it would of been a problem.

I had a really comfortable studio apartment, with full size fridge and stove. It even had a private little courtyard. Big comfortable beds and a large bathroom, what more could you want!

I've got a large 4WD and the car park was a little tight getting in and out.

we loved the location just down the street from Augusta bakery which has great food. the Stoff were great, friendly . the rooms were very tidy

the shower head in our room, but when we told the staff they said they would get it replaced also the lighting could have been better as my wife has vision problems and needs well lit room

Central to the town.the manager put us in a room at the back of the complex as they had some 4x4 cars with young adults at the front of the complex.

The people of Augusta seem to like mowing at 7.30/8am in the morning. But there is nothing that can be done about that.

Location is perfect, equal distance to Pub for dinner and to Bowling Club. Rooms were clean and tidy. Had to pay extra for top sheets and soap in bathroom which was disappointing

Free soap in bathroom. Parking was very tight.

The location. amazing views and walking distance to town. Hot Showers and comfortable beds. The owner was welcoming and accommodating. Thank You!

Yes there is parking, but because majority have 4wds/SUVs parking was tight.
