Very friendly and polite reception staff. Very comfy and clean beds. Super hot and high pressure showers. Toiletries supplied. Laundry facilities were good. I left a bag behind and staff were very quick to let me know and put it aside until I was able to get back.

Unfortunately there were several large flies buzzing around the windows inside the unit when we first went in. Lots of dead ones on the floor together with sand/ dirt around the sliding door frames. Lots of webs with small dead bugs around ceiling/ wall joins. I was a little surprised as I had not read about this on the reviews. Would have liked to see a couple of plates & some cutlery in the empty cupboard. Apart from this, the room was comfortable for an over night stay.

Good sized room, bright, fresh and clean. Comfortable beds, storage room for clothes, bags etc. Quiet location, helpful friendly staff. Room does not come with microwave, but you can request one if you need it - which means it is not taking up space when you don't need it, but is available if you do. Food at restaurant was good - massive portions. Was excellent value for money and we will definitely stay here the next time we are in Manjimup.

Nothing, it was exactly as advertised and we were very happy with it.

The rooms had everything we needed, including plates, bowls and cutlery, which was very handy. I especially liked the towels, which were large and fluffy. Our stay was during a heatwave, so the air-conditioning was very welcome.

There was nothing to dislike. The rooms were clean and comfortable in a quiet location.

First time staying here and check in was easy and room met expectations. Evening dinner in the restaurant was very nice with great service. Room was in the lower block which was very quiet being away from the road. The complex is ont eh edge of the main town area which makes it a quiet setting.

Location was convenient for the place we wanted to visit. Good amount of parking. Lovely meal at the restaurant.

Noise of neighbours after 10pm at night. The fridge was not working - cool-not cold, and the freezer didn't work. The TV wasn't easy to use (controller not working).

We both had a great time The receptionist when we booked in was very lovely and polite. I would also like to point out that the service, by all the wait staff in the restaurant was excellent Susan made us feel very welcome, and we had a great laugh together. She was also very accomodatiing with the desert. Once it was served, I realised I couldn’t have the ice-cream, as it was garnished with a strawberry. I am allergic. Straight away when Susan found out she took it away and bought me a fresh serving of ice-cream. We also loved the fact that we could order from the Little People menu, great job everyone. Made the visit so much nicer and one that we will remember, and we will be returning.

The location is excellent for me to get to work. Room was large and roomy, and the Staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable and everything was in working order

The motel does need a bit of a refurbish in places, and is expensive for what you get.

The restaurant dinner was fabulous! That exceeded our expectations of a Motel. The staff were very helpful when we needed some fresh milk and extra crockery for our room.

The inside windows /door tracks needed cleaning. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

My partner and I were very pleased with the general cleanliness of the room, size of the bathroom and the facilities available to use. We did not expect room service to come clean our room and remove dirty towelling on our second morning as we were only staying 2 nights but, we are very appreciative of the fact that they did.

Nothing of great importance really, just possibly some small plates or cutlery for use when eating in our room.

Open spaces not too far from town staff very friendly

Had to walk a bit of the way to room carrying luggage. Billing process abut confusing told one price only to find out it was different not much just a couple of dollars. With scammers around everything should be up front .
