Always great friendly staff,easy access,clean and has great vibe to it.

Having to pay security bond,when didn't get told when made booking and not getting it returned for 5 days...... For some people that would make a big difference to their stay....not happy.....stayed there a lot of times.

Location is great, parks and events centre close by, unfortunately we booked over a weekend that had a EDM night in the park...up until 10:30pm listening to heavy base with a 4 year old.. glad it was only 1 night. Would have liked a heads up from the hotel.!! But it happens and it's the city centre on a weekend Good sized room with the basics, shower was good with fresh towels daily, rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and staff were very pleasant and helpful The restaurant downstairs is a fantastic Italian style, ordered once on our last night and would definitely visit to dine in next time we are in Perth Spent 3 nights in this hotel and would definitely come again when prices are better and festivals are not scheduled

Con. 1.Parking is slightly restricted with spaces 2. Disclosure or highlight events that may interrupt stay and rest 3.Rooms need updating - the diy paint jobs and fix it jobs retract from what could be a nicer hotel, the foyer is by far the most updated feature PRO. 1.Convenience of its location in the city 2.Polite and cheerful staff 3.Clean and tidy 4.Restaurant with good food .

location was good for our purposes. parking was secure which we appreciated. room was comfortable, clean and an adequate size.

disappointed with the restaurant next door. the menu did not offer vegetables within its mains, high price for what was offered. staff were helpful but we felt a wider variety of vegetables could be available the shower curtain kept blowing in on the body. it needs some weight at the bottom to keep it in place.

We love this place. It's understated, not fancy at all, but we always get the best nights sleep in this place. And the shower pressure is amazing. Excellent location, free off road parking, a fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, wifi and the restaurant attached is phenomenal. We love this place. Could easily stay somewhere fancier, but we love it here. Hence why we keep coming back. Thankyou!

My husband's only complaint in the bigger family room was that the TV to the room was on the far side of the room and harder to see. But we didn't even use the television during our stay. So I didn't care. My priority is comfortable beds and these beds are great every time.

Conveniently located and perfectly adequate for our needs. You can get the YELLOW CAT (free) bus from Perth Railway station to within 50m of the premises. We had. a great clean and spacious room, which while being a bit tired (peeling paint on the bathroom door, older cupboards and plumbing) was very serviceable and more than acceptable . The staff were fantastic, and we had a great stay.

There was no safe in the room, which is something we have come to expect ! We left our valuables in a locked bag in their luggage room (they have a monitored, secure controlled access system for the room). but this meant we had to be back before reception shut.

Location -within walking distance to Optus Stadium Rooms - The room was so much nicer than the photos advertised on booking.com. The photo at booking.com made the motel looked old fashion. In fact, the room actually looked modern, clean and came with nice pillows and a capsule coffee machine. The hotel should consider upgrading their photos to reflect this change as this will help to increase their room bookings. We came to Perth for Cold Play Concert and stayed at Perth for one week. We only booked for two nights here. If I knew the motel looked like totally different from the photos they advertised, I would have booked for more days. Environmentally sustainable - no single use body forms in the toilet and have solar system on the roof.

Parking was plentiful and secure, it was nice to feel so safe in that aspect. I asked for a quiet room, and could hear the regular sounds of people on the streets and neighbours with music - nothing that can be avoided but just keep in mind if you have the same request. We used the alundry and it was great to have this as part of the stay free of charge. Good location for some things, like walking distance to IGA and Optus stadium but we were grateful to have a car to get into the central city area.

Location was within walkable distance to Optus Stadium. Also the Yellow free CAT bus stops were nearby, making going into the city a breeze. Nearby cafe called Wassup Dogs is open early at 6am with great coffee and amazing hot dogs. I always try to book rooms at places with a laundry room so that I can pack clean clothes back home. The front desk staff were amazing (special mention to Annu, Andrea and Rachel).

The main lights in the room were bright white. We ended up just using the bedside lamps for lighting as the white light just doesn't feel nice.

The motel has a great location, being about 20 minute to downtown Perth. The room was quite large, with an extra bed in it, so it could quite easily hold 3 people. I'll probably book this place again next time I stay in Perth

I would've loved if there was a proper sink in the room since there was a kettle, toaster and microwave oven provided. It would have been nice if Wifi were unlimited (as it was, there is a 2GB per day limit which you might hit if you were doing a lot of streaming). Parking is first come first served but I didn't run into any issues, although there was one day where there was only 1 spot left

For the price, the room and parking were very good. We were 900m away from our workshop which was amazing, the bottle shop next door with all its amenities was also amazing, and our room was close to the smoking area which was a bonus for my friend. We will be back in November for our next workshop, and we will request the same room. Thank you!

We didn't have much cutlery or plates and glasses, and we only had one coffee mug. The bed was a tad firm for me but it was only for 2 nights, so it wasn"t too bad. All in all for the price it was pretty good.
