Crowne Plaza Perth provided good value for money in terms of the accommodation standards and close proximity to Perth CBD. I booked a room with twin double beds which were very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower which is always a bonus. Gusti Restaurant was a good onsite restaurant to enjoy drinks, small bites and pizzas after a long day out and about exploring. The customer service provided by reception staff and Gusti staff was of a high standard which I was very happy with. The highlight of Crowne Plaza Perth is its pool deck which overlooks Langley Park and the Swan River. It was fantastic to relax there and have a swim in the infinity pool as the sun went down.

While my room was clean there was a takeaway curry left in the mini fridge when I entered the room for the first time. On my first night staying at Crowne Plaza Perth I was awoken at midnight by an incorrect room service delivery of two toasted sandwiches that was intended for another room in the hotel. Fortunately when my mother and I raised these concerns with reception staff they were rectified. We didn't have any other concerns with the accommodation.

No USB points in the room Wireless phone charger on alarm clock did not work Hole in one of the bath towels Misinformation about breakfast we were told it was $34 each when actually 2 x adult breakfasts was included. No warning signs around the pool to advise to NOT jump over the overflow at edge of the infinity pool, although we understand it’s parents responsibility there was a few children playing in that part.

The staff were lovely and super helpful. Always polite, no matter if it was at the restaurant, checking in, or even just coming and going for the day. I loved the option to not have the room serviced (I was only there for a short time, didn’t need the effort or energy!) The restaurant offered a great selection of food and the facilities (gym, pool) were great, even if I didn’t have time to use them! The bed was really comfy (and I’m very fussy!)

Not much - the only minor thing was that I noticed it was less modern than some other places I stayed. But the room was still very comfortable, spacious and clean!

When I checked in on the 20th Oct, 2pm, your systems were down. Your staff member, a young blonde woman, gave exceptional service to a client checking in who was very difficult and clearly a drug user. He pushed her to her limits, demanding better service when he didn't have funds for the cashless deposit of $50. He kept manipulating her about upgrades for approx 30 minutes. Please check in with her and reward her. She left for a few minutes after he left and was clearly upset. Then returned and carried on. 5 stars to this wonderful young woman. And accolades to Philip in the bar, I have known this gentleman for years, so polite and affable, what a superstar. I owned my own business for years, staying with you and know the angst of finding and keeping great work colleagues. You've certainly found them. Reward them!❤️

We had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient for us since we had a car, although parking was a bit pricey. Fortunately, our car rental company is just down the street, which made parking easier. During our stay, my kids had a little mishap at night, and we needed new bed sheets. The staff responded quickly to our request and even followed up with a courtesy call the next day to check if everything was alright, which I really appreciated. I also really appreciated the self-service laundry room; it was a lifesaver, especially after my son got sick and needed to have his clothes cleaned. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and family-friendly amenities.

I didn't know that you do not put bottled water in rooms. I travelled for work around WA sleeping in hotels and this was 1st time not to have drinking water I discovered this at night because I had special birthday buffet dinner at Epicurean at Crown Perth so we came back after 10pm.Checked in refrigerator for water as I wanted to drink my medication no water. I could not drink water from the bathroom being a health staff .I went to reception area that is when I was told you no longer put bottled water because of the plastic waste .I ended up buying water 2 small bottles from the bar so expensive $11 which was avoidable if it was mentioned in my booking or check in I would have bought cheaper water from IGA or Woolworths close by Really I went to bed that birthday day unhappy

Food - excellent. Housekeeping service - prompt super friendly and accommodating. Everything was spot on in all aspects. The room was identical to what was advertised. Staff courteous and professional at all times. A very convenient location. The toiletries were of a high standard. The business centre was a perfect working location for me as well as the large desk in the room. The room service was faultless. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next trip when I will be staying there. The book swap adjacent to reception was a wonderful touch. The hotel has managed to create a homely, relaxed atmosphere.

That the pool had no sun shade. Despite two seats that appeared to be semi sun protection there was no other shade. Also the bath over the shower was quite high to step into and poses a slip risk for the ageing and elderly.

The breakfast was good although second day we had sourdough toast which was rock hard so after a quick phone call to room service we were given another batch & it was delicious & dinner room service was delicious also We had dinner at Gusti restaurant which was delicious

My husband has Parkinson’s & we have a Acrod parking card but even though we could get the parking bay we were charged for the two nights parking, he also just came out of hospital on the first night we stayed so I think a little bit of compassion could have been given as a good will gesture. I asked if Acrod parking was free as we’ve stayed in other hotels where it is Perhaps a suggestion half price parking for people with Acrod card $35 per night is quite expensive

Bed is comfort. Like the bathtub and shower's water pressure level is good, heater is working fine. Only next day morning, I realize that's a free self-service laundry at Level1, washer and dryer. Fantastic facility. No time to enjoy the swimming pool due to late night check-in and early check-out next day. Guess, it must be good as well. Location is good, right in the busy CBD, not feeling of street noises inside the room, a plus.

My room is facing back , no view (prefer to facing the Seaview), a sad point.

This property is in a great location for exploring Perth, just a short stroll along the river to Elizabeth Quay and close to bus stops for public transport. We had a river view room which was lovely - we especially liked the fact that we had a balcony. It is an older property but perfectly clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection.

The pool is open until 10.30pm can sometimes be noisy quite late into the evening. Whilst this wasn’t a problem for us, it could be an issue for families with young children and for travellers who have arrived after a long flight and need to adjust to changing time zones.
