Room was large with plenty of space for luggage etc and comfy beds. Shower was also a decent size with good water flow. Breakfast option looked good but a bit too expensive.

Cleaners forgot to clean drinking glasses and mugs on one of the days of our stay. When we questioned staff about this we were not provided with clean glasses & mugs and were forced to clean with bathroom soap as no washing up detergent or utilities available in room. It was a minor inconvenience but this shouldn't happen in a hotel with daily cleaning.

The young lady with shoulder length black hair on check out on 14/10/24 in the evening was somewhat rude. She was also on shift on the evening of 10/10/24

The room was comfortable and clean but brighter lighting would have been helpful - also we had to go a while one day without any electricity, which was a bit frustrating, but once I told he staff about this, they suspected a blown fuse (would have been helpful to know that this happens there sometimes, so I didn't lose time trying to figure out if we had done something -eg not positioned the key in the slot properly?) and then they got it fixed quickly. Being able to park a car behind the hotel was helpful. Usually the staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. Location is good for walking & public transport.

Depended who was on the reception desk - while usually the staff were friendly, occasionally there was someone who didn't mind making us wait a long time to be served (up to 25 minutes) & wasn't friendly or apologetic for it - maybe have two people on the desk if it's affordable, in case someone holds up everyone else? Main thing we didn't like was the cooked breakfast - it was dried out & hard to chew and not worth the money.

Location Awesome. Breakfast great for price but I would have liked some healthier options such as some salad and the room was great, large spacious and had a desk for business use and the hot water was very hot and quick to arrive. Room was clean. Will stay again :) Oh' also the big car park at the rear is a great bonus and very competitive price. Thanks to all the staff for their assistance and smiles and help even at 2AM when we checked in from our late night flight.

Location is fantastic, close to Hays Street mall. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast worth the price. Aircon was nice and cold.

Smoking close to front door, lifts smell of smoke. Rooms and interior dated and tired, some lights in room were blown. Hot water on 8th floor was inconsistent with cold and hot coming through. Curtains were torn and dirty, windows very dirty. Desk covered in dirt and whole room needed a good clean. Laundry has only 2 washing machines and one dryer for all guests. Pay for parking.

The location is excellent. It is conveniently located in Adelaide Terrace at the heart of Perth CBD. It is very accessible to all places like malls, business centers, Catholic Church, other hotels, and the superb Swan River Baywalk. All are accessible by 5 to 10 mins. walk. Breakfast is available at their restaurant from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and the selection is all in the same every day (e.g. bacon, eggs, watermelon, sausage, fried tomato, pancake, omelet, beans, cereals, bread, coffee, tea, and juices). Not bad for those staying 1 to 3 nights, but since I booked for 6 nights, it is kinda-----. Nevertheless, breakfast is so affordable at AUD 25.00.

They do not give complimentary dental kit and water, but you can buy from the hotel's reception. Toilets in AU has no bidet by default? Well, it is fine. 😀

We stayed for 4 days. I was impressed by Friendly, knowledgeable stuff at the front desk. The lady Checked us in minutes, she was professional, quick, and very clear in her communication. House keeping was excellent we got fresh sheets, towels daily. Nice breakfast to start the day.

Facilities and interior are dated, but I found it charming a bit of 90s vibe. They need to change curtains as the ones in our room were falling apart.

The location. The referral to a sister restaurant just over the road for dinner. A clean room with everything working. A bath in the ensuite, not just a shower.

No real complaints. The taps dripped. The full English breakfast had the bacon a bit overcooked and oily, a few things like that but I was not expecting silver service.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The desk was unexpected and appreciated.

Slightly more space in the room would help an older person like me who uses a walking stick. I also wasn't expecting there to be several steps between the elevator and my room. But staff were very kind to help me with my suitcase!
