The location was perfect for us as it is across from the foreshore where we rented a pontoon boat. It is very central and next too all amenities. The swimming pool was clean and the water was nice, rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were lovely, really friendly and they let us in the rooms early so we could park our car and go exploring. We had a double bed and a good sized single, perfect for us and our 12 year old. There is a full length mirror which was great for getting ready. Shower was decent with clean towels and complimentary hygiene products. Every room has its own parking bay too, which was great! Also it is right next to beautiful little cafes, perfect for heading out for morning coffee and breakfast!

Nothing, it was perfect for what we paid for. Great value for money.

Amazing location, walk to the foreshore, the shops and the pubs!!. Everything was on the doorstep and yet the room was very quiet. The pool was fantastic, especially in the late afternoon. The beds were very comfy and the kitchenette facilities (microwave, kettle and toaster) helped keep the food expense down. All of the Staff, both Reception and Room Service, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Maybe could have a drying rack for wet bathers and towels, but we managed.

Old style motel but very good. Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, kettle, toaster and microwave in the room along with plates and cutlery. Absolutely perfect location, only steps to the foreshore and all the cafes and restaurants, and the local shuttle bus stops right outside. Very pleasant, friendly staff.

The only thing we did not like was the very tiny handbasin in the bathroom. It was particularly difficult to wash the dishes we had used, as the basin is so small it is impossible to put anything in it!

Our room was more spacious than I expected. It had all the usual amenities such as aircon, tv, fridge & a microwave. I like that for a double room it actually had two chairs and a small table. Location in the centre of town couldn't be better. Car parked safely at our front door in the private parking area. We didn't get to use the pool but it is there if you want it. Even though we stayed in the middle of the school holidays it wasn't overrun with screaming kids. Best value for money in Mandurah. Hotel fit out etc is a little dated as other reviewers have commented but there are more modern hotels in Mandurah for two or three times the price if this bothers you.

I booked to stay for one night, but extended it by another night, would probably have stayed a third if commitments had allowed-which is pretty much a recommendation in itself. I'm retired and travel alone if that's useful to know The accommodation is basic but has everything you need for a base to explore from. I can't stress enough how extremely clean it was, with attention to detail. If you want thick carpets and 4* luxury this isn't for you but if you're looking for an ideal location, with plenty of nice bars and cafes nearby but also within easy walking distance, along the foreshore to the boardwalk and marina, it's ideal-and affordable The shower was good, lots of hot water and a full-size fridge was a nice discovery. The bed was very comfortable, I slept extremely well. Noise does travel and it was possible to hear people in other rooms-but not enough to be a problem. The WiFi was a little unpredictable -(but it's free) but as you head towards the boardwalk area there is Mandurah WiFi available to log on to. If you want to cut costs there's a lovely Vietnamese bakery a few streets along that does takeaway sandwiches, salads, pies, etc, and a fabulous range of cakes and pastries, all very reasonably priced. There's also a bottleshop directly opposite the motel and Woolworths not far away, all within walking distance. I didn't use the small pool at the motel but it looked very clean and had chairs and loungers around it. The manager was helpful and it's possible to leave a small case if you arrive before check-in. Getting there is easy- I travelled by train then hopped on the circular bus and got off at the stop directly outside the motel. I will be returning!

Can't really think of anything - it's a clean, comfortable, well-located accommodation and reasonably priced

Liked the convenience if parking to door. Glass cups covered for hygeine purposes. Microwave delivered on request. Very professional experienced and friendly staff. Covid safe. Working tv. Close to foreshore. Late checkout was accepted. All kitchen needs available and clean. I did have photos but trouble downloading sorry. We will be back!! :)

Im being fissy here cause its constructive criticism but..... No aircon/heater couldn't work. Leaking shower causing floor wet and mat. One Window next to entry and was viewable public into room Fridges freezer too small. No bed side lamps

The lady at reception was super nice and friendly, made for a more positive experience, and the rooms were very clean. Everything was great. It definitely exceeded my expectations for a cheaper motel, and I would definitely stay again. Pool was a bonus my kids loved it

There was nothing i didn't like. The bed was ok bit more on the firmer side but thats just me I love a love a super soft bed.

Pretty much everything. The room was exceptional value and staff were friendly and efficient. The amenities were better than expected. The pool was refreshing and clean and a full selection of cutlery, crockery as well as appliances were provided in the room. The room maximized the use of space. The location was perfect and walking distance to everywhere we needed. Overall an underrated hotel that we will be returning to again and again.

Although the bed was comfortable found the bedding to be a little heavy for the warmer seasons.

its one of the older style motels , that has been renovated , bed comfortable , bathroom modernised , clean & tidy room motel is well located , right near the foreshore , restaurants etc

only real issue was the aircondition unit seemed to be very noisy , kept revving up throughout the nite , fortunately I had brought some ear plugs which I always carry when travelling just in case ...

Perfect location lots of eating places and great pub within walking distance. We just needed a comfortable basic place for one night as attending an event at the performing arts centre. This motel was perfect . It’s a motel so was just as we expected . Fridge , microwave and plates cutlery . Didn’t expect soap, shampoo so pleasantly surprised. Very very clean . And felt cosy . Perfect for our needs.
