Easy to find the location, great and easy check in and out way.

Didn’t find the sheet for third person as we paid for it and the house keeping didn’t even waited for us to leave and brought the stuff to our doors even before we checked out 🤦‍♀️

Location it’s nice , quiet and has some supermarkets around , also a gym and pharmacy. I was able to do an early checkin for a small fee , and also my apartment was equipped with an air conditioning.

The tap in the kitchen it’s broken , and the bathroom sink it’s clogged , I’ve warned the personal , I hope they can fix that . My apartment was the 23 .

We had a lovely weekend staying at this apartment in Innsbruck! The place was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to all the city has to offer, and the price was very fair for the quality of the accommodation. A few things to note: the bathroom lighting could be improved, and the small balcony, while charming, would be even better with an additional chair. We also noticed the property is expanding, which is exciting! Adding a few trees in front of the building could enhance privacy and make the view even more pleasant. Despite these minor points, the apartment was a wonderful base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the care that has gone into maintaining it. With just a few small tweaks, it could be perfect. We definitely plan to return and look forward to seeing the improvements in the future!

- contactless hotel - easy to check-in and get keys - parking garage - lift - view on the roundabout across stadium - small gift (small shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, tablet to the dishwasher) - location (20 min walking to the city center)

- entry hall of the room was quite tight, so manoeuvring with a stroller was a little hassle - during check-in the parking option was not visible (or we didn't saw it), but after 3 messages with the host it was quickly resolved - (nitpicking) little imperfections that slightly ruined top notch hotel experience, e.g.: old and slightly damaged shower head, dripping shower hose,...

This apartment is a good option for an overnight stay on your way to the Alps. Contactless checking allows you to make 24-7 check-in/checkout that is convenient. A lot of free parking spots (night hours) around the location.

Was a bit noisy. The ground floor apartment has human size windows that open directly to the street (you feel uncomfortable sleeping in the aquarium :D )

Staffs were extremely helpful and responsive to the requests. We really appreciate this.

There was only one check-in counter, and when we wanted to check-in, there was a group of people in front of us, trying to checkin by using the check-in counter. However, they were failing to complete the check-in process, and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for them to complete the check-in process during the midnight. The number of check-in counters can be increased for preventing such situations.

Most of the things were great. Location, comfort and decoration was great. Every utensils cups, coffee machines were great makes me feel like staying at home.

In the bathroom near to the shower there was a little window which hasn’t any curtains and that was making me uncomfortable when showering. And then when we back to our apartment door was not opening with the card and we had to wait up to an hour to staff open the door which was frustrating.

Very stylish and newly constructed apartments, great customer service, self checkin and checkout procedure, own parking.

Mattresses could be much better. Construction works of neighbour building which starts at 7:00 in the morning. Very rough and narrow entrance to the parking. Only self checkin is possible and could work only after 15:30 - do not even think to come earlier. We got a room in the basement with no windows, but customer service changed it by our request.
