The best thing about Pension Stoi is undoubtedly its fantastic location—just a short walk from Innsbruck Hbf train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The room we stayed in was clean and included a private washroom, which was exactly what we preferred. For the price we paid, the room was decent and comfortable, though not luxurious. It’s a great option for a short stay. Unfortunately, the room heating wasn’t available at night, as the heaters couldn’t start due to the gas not being filled, and it was quite cold in October. However, we managed to sleep snugly with blankets. The guesthouse is family-run, and the owners are polite, kind, and helpful, which added a personal touch to the stay. Overall, it was a good budget-friendly choice for a quick stop in Innsbruck.

Heating could have been in place. Water heater is not adequate. Bathroom is very tiny. But I don't want to complain much as for the price I paid it was really good.

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central station and easy to find. There is no breakfast service but there are a lot of options where to have breakfast within easy reach. There is also a honesty bar in case you need some water or snacks during the night.

Not ideal if you have mobility issues as the stairs are quite narrow. Walls are not very thick so you can here if guests on the same floor are making noise but there were only 3 rooms on my floor and we were separated from the main corridor by a small reception room so it was not so bad.

Location was excellent, just across the train station and overall close to the city center. City was just 5-10min walk away. Beds were a bit stiff but comfortable and the room was warm even when it was 6C outside. They bathroom and shower looked like they were just renovated and there were enough hot water for 3 people in a row. The room was cleaned daily and our sheets were changed daily.

Room's bled noise a bit. If somebody was in the common area (where the bathroom was located) it was really audible. People talking inside the other room, behind a wall could also be heard but it didn't affect my sleep.

My second visit to the pension. The pension is close to the main train station and the city centre. The room was clean and simple (beds, table with two seats, TV). The staff was very friendly, followed me to the room, and offered to answer any questions about the accommodation or the city. Although I didn´t use it, I appreciate the minibar with drinks or chocolates in the hall - the price was 2 EUR for each item, which is cheaper than in other hotels.

According to the description on Booking, I had to get a room with windows in the garden (I booked the same room as last year). Unfortunately, I got the room with dustbin under the window and to the street. Although there was no smelly waste, opening the windows and seeing the dustbins was very uncomfortable. As I could see this place, the dustbins could be moved to a better place. Otherwise, the do not disturb sign and refill shampoo would suit sustainability (I stayed three nights and don't need to clean the room each day).

Very convenient, 5 min walk to Hauptbahnhof one direction, and to the old city area the other way. Clean, practical. We had a room with a shared toilet and shower room (shared with, it appeared, 4 other rooms), which was not a problem whatsoever. They were very clean, weren’t busy, and we had a sink in our room. Staff were helpful and efficient. And for that, in Innsbruck in the height of tourist season, a good price. For a short stay in Innsbruck, I would stay again.

Was a bit tricky to find the entrance initially. No air-conditioning during August heat, which required we leave the window opened, and even though it seems tucked away, there was quite a bit of street vehicle- and people- noise. Bed was too firm for my taste.

We stayed twice overnight. The person at reception each time spoke English, was friendly and gave good advice. (On recommendation, we ate at Gasthaus Anica and would recommend it for Austrian food). It is definitely a budget hotel. The facilities are basic but it has all you need and was spotless and clearly well maintained. Although not cheap, it was still less expensive than anything else we could find. The location is excellent for train, Flixbus and for the interesting parts of Innsbruck.

On our first stay, our room was next to the stairs and people came and went at all hours and some made a lot of noise!

Friendly staff, good location, 5 minutes from the station and close to the center. Large and comfortable quadruple room. The room had exactly what was essential for a stay: clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, en-suite bathroom with a shower. No frills, just the basics, no excess. Good value for money. I recommend it.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, such as friendly staff and a comfortable room, the lack of an elevator was a drawback. Both the reception and our room were located on the first floor, which could pose challenges for individuals with wheelchairs or families with baby strollers (our case). Additionally, having more hangers in the closet would have been beneficial for storing the coats of the entire family.

Great location, excellent,friendly,helpful staff. Room is fairly basic but extremely clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed in places that have been twice the price and half as good. Easy walk to the centre,5 mins and free onsite parking was fantastic. There was all ages and types of travellers staying here but it was very quiet..we are an older couple.

Nothing really. Exceeded our expectations for the price. Wifi was a bit patchy in our room.

Location is walkable for everywhere. Short walk from train station. I got the room in the first floor, so I have no any issue for climb up the stair.

Bath box is quite transparency which the others can see thru the box when you are showering. Microwave outsdie the room can be used but no any utensil or ware that you can use for reheat your food.
