We stayed here for 5 nights for the purpose of climbing in Innsbruck. First of all, the staff was excellent and replied quickly and courteously to our questions before we arrived. All of the room facilities were new, and the kitchen was well equipped with the minimum necessary utensils, which came in handy for both breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket nearby for shopping. It was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker attached so we could always fill up capsules in the lounge downstairs. The room was cleaned daily and it made us comfortable. The location is a 20 minute walk from the center, and you can also use the streetcar. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a streetcar nearby that runs through the central station. They even provide a welcome card. It’s an essential and awesome!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were always ready to assist us. We had a wonderful Innsbruck memory. Thank you soooo much!

I would have liked to have had a laundry service. The nearest laundromat is a 15 minute walk away and we used that.

Clean, comfortable, small space but set out well. Had everything!

We were greeted and allowed to enter our room earlier by Diana. Warmly welcomed by Sophia who kindly prepared our Guest Cards, offered refreshing drinks and made everything available for our requirements. Christine and Maxi were very helpful and informative on sightseeing areas and asked many times whether we needed anything else. Everywhere we looked was very clean and spotless. Room 1.5 was spacious, well-equipped kitchenette functioned well and everything we needed was there with comfortable beds. Big shopping Centre at Sill Park is handy and transport to either airport or train station is within a few minutes away. Highly recommend any visitor to Innsbruck.

There were plenty of sockets, excellent cleaning, and friendly receptionists. The room, although small and designed for one person, was very cozy and smartly arranged. It's close to the train station and there's a shopping center nearby (pay attention to the opening hours). Additionally, the hotel offered a "tourist card" that included free city transport and other perks (I didn't explore all the benefits as I already had a plan for my three-day stay). a piece of mountains from the window *)

It can get hot in the summer due to the lack of air conditioning.

The location is great, walking distance to the city center. It is in a nice neighborhood with a nice walk along the river. They have bikes that you can borrow and ride through town and ride along nice bike paths on the river. The room we stayed in had a nice little outdoor patio sitting area. Just around the corner is a little unassuming dairy farm where you can purchase fresh milk from an automated machine, just don't forget a bottle! I highly recommend this property if you prefer to not be right in the center of city and want some quiet with a neighborhood feel.

Room was spacious, comfy bed and decent kitchen (with suprise dishwasher). The view of the mountains is spectacular, center is at a walkable distance through a nice park.

Seating area can use some more pillows, one side is comfortable, but the other side is just wood with 2 pillows. There was not a lot of parking space (7 places). Even though we've reserved places for all 3 nights it was full for one of them, which meant we had to park in a parking garage near the hotel. The hotel staff did refund us the parking, so in the end it wasn't a big deal

The building and the room were both really nice, the furniture and choice of design was clean but also cozy and warm, as the lighting. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We would love to come again for a longer stay

Minor things we noticed: - the pillows were a bit too fluffy and soft, even when folded they made little resistance - a teapot in the room would have been super nice, considering that there is a boiler for tea and cups, if you don't want to waste teabags for just 2 people and use a teapot for everybody and waste a little less

It’s a great place! Every space in the apartment was greatly used. The bed, sheets and pillows are so comfy and soft! The reception were really polite and give great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit and see. Free city pass transport and free bicycles are huge advantage! Also the facility is provided with a really comfy sauna and little gym space! Overall great place with excellent personal and provided advantages! We will definitely would visit again if we go in Innsbruck again! Highly recommend! Thank you for everything!

Overall the staff was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. We had not considered parking and they helped us last minute to it. They charge 8 euro´s a day for a private spot, definitely recommended. The room was clean. The kitchen was big, and had everything one might need to cook a small meal. Despite the bathroom, I would come back again.

I found it of a strange choice to have a glass door for your bathroom. It made the stay slightly uncomfortable. Some moments are rather not shared with a travel partner. The location is not super central. It is still a walk to get to the city center. But it was nice and calm. And a nice bar in front.

We (mother & daughter) stayed for 2 nights in a ground floor room with a little outside terrace. We both thought the room was very cleverly and nicely designed. It had so many great features to maximise the - ahem - quite small floorplan. The beds were comfortable, the shower great, the cupboards ingenious, the curtains great at blocking the light, the kitchen v compact but perfectly done.. actually good to have a dishwasher, given the size of the space, nice to have toiletries and plenty of towels. We liked the little patio, but it felt like our neighbours were having a party in our room at one point (there seemed to be loads of people outside their room and it was so loud ☹️) The location was great.. just a short, interesting walk to the station and old town. It was nice to be away from the fray and to have the lovely local park nearby. Breakfast was v good and generous and the staff we met were lovely.

It turned out to be a slightly more expensive stay than I planned, but maybe that’s just Innsbruck. I thought, given the quality of everything it was pretty good value. I wish our neighbours had been a bit more considerate. They were partying right outside our open window. Everything else was excellent
