Great location in the center of a small town. If you arrive from the north (A10 from Salzburg), make sure to go by the car train from Böckstein, google maps neither waze do not show this option that saves you a lot of extra driving The dinners were amazing. For breakfast there was not a lot of choice but the quality of the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A small wellness area with 2 saunas and infrared chairs to help relax after skiing / hiking.

Well equipped, clean rooms, very-very kind and helpful owners and personnel, good location in Mallnitz. We had fantastic breakfast with our rooms, but the gold medal goes to the dinner - starter, soup, salad, main course and dessert, very tasty and nicely served every evening. We could also charge our e-car. Thank you! We’ll return!

Beautiful hotel with very nice and helpful owners - young family. Very good breakfast and fantastic dinner (with 5 courses). The hotel is located in the city center. Free parking is available right in front of the hotel. We got free upgrade to a room with balcony. We missed dinner on the day of arrival, so we got dinner in our room (free). Thank you very much. Several ski resorts in the area (Mölltaler Gletscher, Ankogel-Mallnitz, Goldeck) where you can use the Gopass. The beautiful town of Bad Gastein is nearby, can be visited by train, 20 minutes over the mountains. In the town there is a spa, a ski resort and lots of après ski parties.

The mattresses in the beds didn't suit us very well, but this is a subjective rating/feeling.

The breakfast was more or less the same, but there was plenty to choose from. Dinner a bit late for us, 6 pm, but very delicious and tasteful. Sometimes I feel that there is nothing to surprise me anymore. This stay exceeded my expectations. I would give the food a Michelin rating, the dinner for 100%. A pleasant surprise when you later notice that your comfort is being taken care of by a former participant of the Olympic Games and her husband. Incredibly nice and pleasant people, which is reflected in the coziness and comfort in everything they do and give you. Thank you so mutch.

As former hospitality worker (incl 5 years guest relations/ quality manager for 5* hotel) I tend to be a very demanding guest. This place absolutely exceeded all our expectations! The owner´s family is extremely nice and helpful - it is very obvious they love what they do and I truly applaud them for all the hard work done! The room was spacious with great bathroom, very comfortable beds and enough storage space (which your really appreciate if you travel for hiking with 2 huge suitcases). We upgraded on spot to room with balcony and it was definitely worth it! The breakfast and dinners absolutely delicious - we ended up eating only in the hotel as the quality of the food was topnotch. We really hope to come back soon again!

Excellent food, we booked half board and didn’t regret at all. The rooms are very comfortable with a big balcony. Very quiet and relaxing area. Big and safe parking Summer card included with plenty of attractions including lifts all the way up to the glacier.

Nice cosy family hotel with nice room, sauna. But the touch are owners which are really nice and you feel cosy and welcomed. They can give you also good advice where to go, what are best options based on wheather. And at the end the dog at reception is really cute and funny.

A very nice hotel with excellent cuisine, local wines and lovely hosts. Great, very comfortable beds with adjustable firmness. Pleasant SPA zone. Located in the center of the village with parking available directly in front of the hotel, 150 meters from the cross-country trails. Fast and stable internet.

Beautiful place among the valleys, amazing nature around, cozy hotel, kind and helpful staff members who know and love their place, great food, our dog was welcome too. We really appreciated that we could ask for advice about hiking trips. It helped us a lot. We got great tips where to go depending on weather, we also received maps and tourist cards.
