Very modern hotel with comfortable, spacious and soundproof rooms. You couldn't hear a thing, it was so quiet, even though the hotel is located in a busy street with trams passing by. I particularly liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't available yet, but we could leave our luggage at the reception. An hour later they already called us to say our room was ready. The location is good, not too far from the train station and near Belvedere. There's public transport nearby, but we did everything by foot. This is a great place to stay for several nights. Great value for money too. If we ever return to Vienna, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located right next to the Botanical Gardens of the Vienna University and the three palaces: the Belvedere castle, Palais Schwarzenberg, and the Orangery of the Lower Belvedere. The city centre is within walking distance, with several restaurants and bars even closer. Even though the hotel is located very near the inner city, it is quite easily accessible from the main highway; the train and tram stations are on the same street. Despite the proximity of traffic, the rooms are quiet, and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast options are plentiful, including a variety of egg dishes made fresh on order.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very tasty.

When we checked in, we were told that there was a small "problem" and, although we booked a room for two people, only one breakfast was included, the second one costing about 20 euros per day. I never heard of this in my entire life.

Very friendly staff!!! 3 minutes walk to tram station with direct connection to opera. Access to garage parking (at time of writing 18€ per day). Belvedere is accessable by foot. Locations for drinks nearby. The hotel is in the ambassador district, so lots of nice buildings when walking. Big plus, bathroom privacy!

Due to the adjacent park, a few bugs flew in. But the park is great (botanical garden). At time of stay minor construction ongoing, thankfully not noisy

All people of staff very kind and helpful for anything you need or ask. 2 minutes walking to train station 20 minutes or less to airport by regular train. Cost for ticket from airport to Hotel (Renveg Station) 2,30 euros. Same price for tram if you want avoid 10-15 minutes walking to center. The a la carte food of the hotel very high standard and very good value for money. I am also executive chef in Greece so I am fair. Hopefully next time try the lunch buffet too, but it was difficult with so many restaurants and cafes around. If you visit Vienna don't miss visit to Salm Braw Brewery-restaurant 4-5 min walking from hotel, maybe the best food in Vienna. Avoid Nordsee Restaurant, the quality is very low now and not clean. Try to visit all the sites and museums

The price for breakfast was a little expensive 24 euros for person it should be around 12-14 euros. Also it would be great if reception have a thermometer just in case somebody need.

Breakfast was very good, location was quiet (close to Botanic gardens and Belvedere), room was spacious and very clean with many extra facilities (espresso machine, mini bar etc.). Reception staff was quick and efficient. Staff in general was happy to help and very kind. Overall a very nice and pleasant experience.

There is only one restaurant/bar in the hotel and definitely needs improvement. The menu for main courses does not provide many options and service was relatively slow, The hotel is not located in the city centre so you need transport means (public or taxi) to get there but is not so far.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The 2 wc were an extra bonus. From the window we could see a bit of the city and take fresh air. The location of the hotel was really good, easy access from the airport directly via train and good tram connection to the center. You can also walk to the center if the weather is good. There are also some shops and restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast had enough tasty options.

Cleaning of the room was average. The room interior was a bit dated as well as the whole hotel interior. The personnel in the reception was strict and without a smile while the personnel in the breakfast room was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is next to a central metro station. You can easily take the metro from the airport and go there its 4 stops if I remember correct.There is also a tram station at about 70m . It is very convenient to move with tram to the city center. The room was very big was like a suite . With lot of space for clothes. Big bathroom with everything in and a separate small wc. Extra room with a sofa . Really one of the best rooms I ve ever been. Very clean room. The hotel had large reception . We were there at early of December and they had a big Christmas tree . It’s located also very close to Belvedere.

I really can’t remember anything bad.

There was a sofa and a coffee table in our room which is nice for a hotel. Location is great. Walkable to the center, and you can also catch a metro and tram within a block. I bought a 72 hour metro pass for a very reasonable price and it worked out great. Access to airport and main train station is also simple from the hotel. Botanical gardens are just around the corner of the hotel. All staff members were very helpful and professional.

Breakfast for €29 is outrageous so I did not opt for this option. We just grabbed our own coffee and breakfast. Carpets in room are dated and should be replaced with flooring.

Room was amazing, bigger than expected. it included a medium size sofa and working desk. The sizes of beds are superb! Very clean, plenty of wardrobes, and shelves. Bathroom size great, good shower, very hot water and quick. Breakfast was a dream, plenty of different options: english or continental. Lots of fruit options, breads, ham & cheese... I did enjoyed :-D All places in the hotel were very warm, not cold areas inside. Access very easy with tram stop less than 2 minutes walk.

The lift going down was a bit annoying. I am still thinking if the room card was needed or not when going down.
