Nice position in city centre, room size, price

The apartment part of the hotel was completely empty, so I don't understand why we were given the worst room by the elevator and the entrance hallway. If we were staying for more days, I wouldn't have been able to handle it.

The location is great - close to train station to get anywhere including centre of town (only a couple of stations) and Old Town. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The sauna is a great facility and adjoining relaxation area was super clean and well equipped.

The drain in the bathroom tub didn’t work on day 1 (was fixed the next day as it was late at night), breakfast selection was very limited and not worth the value, lack of sitting area (if I can make one easy suggestion it would be that but an extra sofa or something similar would be great).

We started each day with a lovely breakfast in their dining room which looked out into a snow-covered courtyard. A nice way to begin each day. Our room was on the first floor and looked back to the dining area on the opposite side of the courtyard. An attractive view. Beds were comfortable, rooms large and everything was spotlessly clean. As for location, the hotel is about 50 metres from the entrance to the underground U3 line Rochusgasse station. Very convenient. We taxied to and from the hotel from Wien Hbf for €15. We really enjoyed our stay (Early December, 2023).

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The room is clean and big, and I can let my 29 inch suitcase wide open. The bathtub is the best, to ease my sore legs after a long day. The location is terrific. It locates near to the subway station, but in a quiet lane. I really appreciate quiet nights for me to sleep well.

The only one thing can be that the bed is old, and it is not well balanced. I can feel my body tilt one one side, and my back ache in the morning.

Room was spacious, great that facilities were available such as kettle and fridge, parking available which was helpful for us. Access to the city just a couple of minutes away with Tube access.

Although spacious the separate toilet was extremely cramped, bathroom was extremely nice and large but no need for shower in the bath and a separate shower cubicle think that's slightly overkill considering toilet was really cramped. Breakfast was limited and the water for pots of tea was near freezing considering it came from a machine.

I loved everything about this hotel. Great location approx 15 min walk to Stephansplatz city centre. There is also a subway next to the hotel and Stephansplatz is only 2 short stops away. Walk if you can as you'll pass the local shops, cafes and bars etc along the way. Breakfast was delicious. My partner would have preferred a full English brekkie however there was lots of other choices on offer including scrambled eggs and porridge cooked to order. The staff were helpful and friendly too. Our room was lovely. We had a double superior with balcony and garden view. We also had a large TV in our room, a fridge and safe. Another advantage was a separate bathroom and toilet. There is even a relaxing sauna/spa area which we didn't use during our stay as too busy exploring the city. I also highly recommend getting a train to Bratislava from Vienna main station. It's only a 70 minute journey costing 18 euros each return. There are 3 options on the ticket machine. Select the second option. We nearly chose the third option which cost double. Thanks to a local man advising us which one to get. You can also purchase a ticket at the tourist information centre in Stephansplatz. I'm so glad I chose this hotel and would definitely stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Upon our request the hotel accepted to keep our luggage before checking in and after checking out because we had a late departure flight. And generally, the staff was eager to help us whenever we had a question. Great location, close to an U bahn station and close to city center. Very quiet neighborhood. Various restaurants at close range. Last but not least, the room, the breakfast lounge and the facilities we had to use as guests were always very clean.

Great location only 100 yards away from the Underground (U3) which takes you in to the city centre in 3 stops. Lovely locality with nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep. A beautiful breakfast in a gorgeous room backing out on to a secluded rear garden. Many rooms overlook the garden and if we return to Vienna we would try to book one of these. Good organic vegan/vegetarian options with the breakfast which was a bonus for us. We had a comfortable spacious room at the front of the hotel and the street is very quiet.

On arrival our room was upgraded for free which was a great surprise. Room was cleaned each day, was large and spotless with a good sized bath, bed was very comfortable. The sauna facilities are modern and spotless, we used this twice and had the whole place to ourselves each time. Location is very handy on the doorstep of the underground which takes you to the centre, but the surrounding streets are also busy with nice bars restaurants and shops

Room was very spacious. Having a balcony was excellent to be able to have that additional outdoor space considering the warm weather and able to have fresh air, etc. A/C worked very well to compensate for the warmer tempertures. Main part of the room was very spacious and had high ceilings and large windows. Bathroom was spacious with a large tub/shower. Breakfast was good quality. Location was 30 minute walk to the Opera House area and to the train station so if you are walkers (which we are), that is good to know in advance. Trams and public transit is excellent in Vienna though so getting around is not difficult.
