Transfers to and from the airport for an additional charge. There is also a small bar where you can buy tea/coffee and alcohol. They do a very tasty Viennese beer. I had a room with a lovely view over the square outside, and despite it being a very busy social and shopping area in the centre of town there was little traffic and it was quiet at night. The staff are very helpful and kind. The owner does a lot of the transfers and is very informative about places to go. Ask him about Hunderwasser!
Rooms are a little dated, but I think that the welcome from staff and the clean comfy beds more than made up for this. There is no kettle in the room, so you do have to go to the reception for drinks and/or hot water if you bring your own supplies. In my case this was just a few steps away. The breakfast was basic and typically Austrian, with thinly sliced cold meats and cheese, salad veg, eggs etc. There was also cereal, yoghourt and a good selection of breads. This could be improved with real croissants instead of bread that looked like croissant! Tea/coffee and juices also available.

Of all the attributes, I want to highlight that the staff was always attentive to my comfort and ensuring I enjoyed my stay. Additionally, the location is incredible. The breakfast is served starting at 6:30 am, which was perfect for me since the tour I booked to Budapest and Prague picked me up at 6:50 am, and I was allowed to have breakfast early. I visited during a beautiful time when the hotel had Christmas decorations. I would definitely return, though next time I would make sure to book a room with an en-suite bathroom, as I had a room with a shower inside, but the toilet was shared. Everything was very clean, but it was different. Since I left the hotel early and came back late, I was able to manage it fine. Thank you very much!
It was a pleasant stay, and I have no feedback to provide. Thank you very much!

Location is superb!!! several steps to Metro, and 1-15 minutes walk to anything and everything in Vienna center. Viktoria at the reception was great, enthusiastic and welcoming. We got a nice booklet - guide on Vienna. The Pension is a family business, which is a beautiful story. The room was small and basic, but really clean. Warm. Good, firm matrase It is old fashioned building and furniture, and we liked that. The batrhroom is modernized, we liked that too😊. The coffe at breakfaat (americano) was good, food also. Breakfast staff were kind. The dining room was small, once we had to wait, but it did not bother us. Wifi was very good.
Shower cabin is too small for a big person, but one can manage. They did the best they could for such a small space. Soundproofing could be better. Pillows also.

The Location of this guesthouse is superb - you are 5 minutes' walk from St Stephans with The Spanish Riding Scholl Sisi Museum and Albertina all within easy walking distance. There is a handy Food market just downstairs and loads of cafes and restaurants. The staff are all very lovely and helpful, with someone on reception 24/7. They provide a great breakfast to start the day. It is clean and comfortable and quiet.
The only thing that took a bit of getting used to was the shower which was a tight squeeze for me.

Central location, friendly staff
Rooms are quite old, definitely needs renovation, for example in our room to find two electric plugs for charging phones was quite difficult

The location couldn't have been more perfect. A minute walk to everything you want in the centre of town - cultural and sights and shopping and restaurants - nothing took longer than a couple of minutes! The staff were SUPER kind - really informative. Bergit & Felix especially were just lovely and full of useful information. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the cleanliness of the dining area was top notch. The view from the window was like from a film!
The hotel is accessed on the 2nd floor via a lift from the street entrance. I don't imagine it's a good place for anyone with mobility issues, there are small steps and awkward access in the dining room for wheelchairs. The bathroom was tiny - the shower cubicle was very cramped and if you'd been large, you wouldn't have been able to get through the sliding panel. It was very clean, however and maintained beautifully each day.

It’s right in the old town Centre … you walk till d end of the road and you are at St Stephen’s Sqauare which is the beating heart of Vienna. It can’t have a better location than this because though it’s in d city Centre it over looks a beautiful and quite square photo attached). It is served with a lift. The included breakfast is delicious and they even served gluten free bread to my friend who is gluten intolerant. The rooms (we stayed in a twin room) is a decent size considering you are in the old town Centre and the building is a beautiful old palazzo. The room is decorated in traditional Viennese style. So if you like modern style decor then this might not be for you. I recommend this hotel without regrets. The staff at the reception were so helpful. They even booked a private shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay at this Pension again when I return to Vienna.
The shower in our room was on the smaller side but it is kept clean, they change towels everyday and there’s no problem with running hot water. So for me it was more than fine.

The location was excellent! When we arrived at the entrance to the hotel we were unhappy with the dark, smokey hallway off the street and ancient elevator leading us up to Reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the dining area where he was situated was lovely, as was the hall leading to it. On our floor however, the hallway was very old and tattered. Out room was tired looking, but was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our stay met all our needs well, it was just not what the online pictures depicted.
Dingy entryway, stairway and hallway

The location is great, it is easy to get anywhere - the nearby subway station and tram stops as well as bus stops allowed us to visit many places of interests. Thanks to the hotel for the nice window view on Neuer Markt street and Donner fountain. The room had everything necessary for a short stay. The breakfasts were traditional European - various types of bread and buns, boiled eggs, cheese and sausages, vegetables, jams and butter, drinks. The entire guesthouse was very quiet which I really appreciated.
No conditioning. However, the building is old and has historical value. Fortunately, the weather was not very hot.

This is the best place to stay in Vienna from any aspect possible! Located in the very heart of the old city, walking distance from any landmark, excellent staff, the owner of the facility (gender sensitive man helping the family business owned by his wife😊) is taking you from and to the airport at a fare price, talks to you in a pleasant way, even telling strories about Austrian royalties 😊...almost like a tourist guide, as you enter the city. Rooms are great, comfortable, the breakfast amazing! I would not even consider any other place to stay in Vienna in the future!
