Absolutely everything. There is nothing stuffy or pretentious about this Relais and Chateaux hotel in the perfect location on the Ringstrasse. The staff were warm and welcoming providing excellent service. The rooms are beautiful with extremely comfortable beds and fabulous rain head showers and. great water pressure. The bathroom products were lovely too! I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Vienna!

Amazing hotel. Attention to detail was impeccable. All of staff from check in to restaurant, housekeeping, and valet were super friendly and excellent. Loved the high ceilings in the room and individual style/decorations. Even had live flowers and plants in room. We had a large room with couch and absolutely loved our stay.

The weight equipment in the fitness room could have been of a better quality. The ergonomics were not very good. Appreciate adding the swim jets to the pool, but not super functional for lap swimming. Spa/sauna area was great.

Location and the rooms , the spa is amazing

The hotel itself is a modern hotel with new facilities, the room was designed in a smart way that combines both modernity and technology together. The room service was amazing , they took care of every comment and request we asked for ! The breakfast had a nice variety. The location of the hotel is at the city centre which made it easy to reach all museums, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend it !

Very elegant hotel, perfectly situated in the very centre of Vienna. Rooms are modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Staff is attentive and efficient. Excellent value for money. I happened to be celebrating my birthday; a delicious cake and a fruit plate were kindly placed in my room for the occasion.

A very pungent, unpleasant tobacco odour filled the room during the second night of my 3-night stay and was so strong it kept me awake even with the windows wide open. Staff must have been able to locate and suppress the source at some point because the air had become breathable again about twelve hours later.

The staff of The Amaruis hotel is outstanding. Thanks to the staff, they made the hotel a warm home. For motherday gift me and my mom visited Vienna. First, I preferred to a very classic old hotel such as Imperial. And I'm so happy I did not book a room at the Imperial! My mom and I enjoyed the hotel. The room, amazing!!! The door of the room (love it), the bed SOO GOOOD!!! The Spa, oh that was so relaxing. The breakfast was very tasteful. And I loved how thoughtful the staff is. My mom loves to eat cream cheese in the morning; however, the cream cheese was not on the menu. But they made it available for my mom. And every time we came for breakfast, the staff knew: she wanted her cream cheese! The staff at the breakfast and at the Bristo are very nice people. And the staff at the front door, so helpful! And the staff at the desk, so thinkful and the staff for cleaning the rooms, so lovely! The staff made this hotel great! And I will come back with my boyfriend in November!

I have stayed in so many 5* hotels and I can tell you that this one is by far the most sophisticated and cozy/ friendly hotel I have been to. The cleanliness is to the highest standards. They have small details in their interior design which makes it unique and yet very discreet & chic. Staff is very polite and helpful and i think this is what is takes to make a great establishment. From The valet standing outside to the nice restaurant staff “in clin d’œil to Enzo de la Champagne-Ardenne” & all the rest of the staffs are all so welcoming n knowledgeable. For instance dining at the Glasswing restaurant by chef Alexandru Simon. This experience was simply having a feast on the plate & again wonderful staff, great Sommelier.

Well for me absolutely nothing. My husband struggled with the AC on the last night n mentioned that all the latest technology is not really human friendly. But to my opinion, he just needs to adjust. Everything was in fact few clicks away by a mini ipad device where you could control AC & lights.

Situated on the Ringstrasse, directly across from the Vienna Opera and at the head of the main pedestrian street, Kärntner Straße, the location couldn't be more ideal. A standout feature of our experience was the exemplary service provided by Ms. Iva at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm welcome that was both professional and efficient. Arriving on an early morning flight, we were pleasantly surprised when Ms. Iva managed to arrange for our room to be ready well before the usual check-in time. Her efforts went far beyond typical hospitality, ensuring that our stay started smoothly and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel’s SPA and gym are both well-equipped and tastefully designed, adding to the overall luxury of our visit. Our stay at The Amauris Vienna Hotel was truly memorable, largely thanks to the outstanding service and the elegant environment. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna, and suggest you ask for Ms. Iva to experience the best of customer care.

The only thing - opening hours of wellness center. I booked this hotel only because of swimming pool and location, I love enjoying spa every day when staying at a hotel. But here it was difficult as swimming pool closes at 10 pm, and sauna opens around 3 pm - in the evening it was hard to make it after business dinners and receptions, and in the morning not open yet. I would recommend consider keeping it open at least till 11 pm, and/or early in the morning. Next time I’m in Vienna I’ll stay here!
