Great location for a weekend getaway. Host was responsive, sent thorough instructions, and quickly answered the phone and walked us through using the keypad when we arrived. Beds were the most comfortable we've had in Europe. Because of the privileged location, and depending on what room you select, you may hear street noise. Host left earplugs by the bedside which was a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the coffee machine, plates, cutlery, coffee cups, glasses. Small lift is an added bonus especially when bringing up luggage. I would stay again and recommend to others.

excellent location and self checkin went well (but bear in mind, because it’s an electronic system, you absolutely must wait for 3:00 to check in). quiet, comfortable.

very small things. water was free and that was kind, but it wasn’t restocked. beds are good but need some attachment to keep them together. - if you toss and turn like I do, they can separate.

The location is fantastic for Central Vienna. You can reach most of the attractions on foot, and there is plenty to do close by. The tour buses, trams, taxis, and the Underground, are a stones throw away if you need them. Our room was clean, well serviced and adequate for our stay. Overall, very pleasant, including the common areas. The check-in and check-out process using their App was straight forward. It's best to check-in on or after the stated check-in time, otherwise you won't be able to get in. Support was helpful when we did run into problems.

We were 3 adults travelling. In the booking, our room was defined as "2 single beds, 1 extra-large double bed ... The unit has 3 beds". The room we were allocated had an extra-large double bed and 1 sofa-bed. The extra-large double bed was considered to be for 2 adults, and therefore we were allocated only 2 beds. The mistake was corrected, and we were moved to a new room the following day.

Oh my God the location! You can see the Opera House from the hotel windows and you go down straight to one of the main pedestrian streets in Vienna, heading directly to the St. Stephan's Cathedral. Next to the hotel, there is a vienese hot dog stand (Von Kaizer iirc) perfect for late check-ins. Entering the hotel is very easy with password locked doors; the beds were very good and comfortable.

The shower box was a little bit small for me, a 1,83m person.

Beautiful, traditional European style making you feel you're really in Europe. Lots of water, teas, coffees and sweet treats which were a nice touch. Also loved that the hotel wrote a personalised note to welcome me!

Advice to people trying to find the hotel, it's a small dark door with " 47 " written, in between the stores. Then ring the hotel name button.

Unbeatable location, within walking distance to the center and most attractions. My third time staying here for this precise reason.

Because this is my third time staying, I started to notice more small things that could be improved. Overall, the facilities are a bit worn and could benefit from some inexpensive updates such as working hairdryers and amenity kits for the bathroom. Curtains are hard to maneuver. However the hotel is still great value for its location.

The location was awesome. Right on the Kärtner Straße. It was easy to access and check in. It was kept very clean. I would recommend it for a couple or a single person.

It was too small for three people. I booked for my husband, my mother and myself. I thought we were getting a double room or at least a double bed. We got a single room with one bed and a couch turned into a bed. So with all of our stuff it was too small.

Very convenient location, immediate response to a query I had on how the rainfall shower works, they send me a video, clean and tidy, small Kitchen with a refrigerator, free water, tea and cloth slippers, which I found it very convenient also. They provide me 2 beds for my children, so they whole family of 4 persons stay together, which is cheaper instead of hiring 2 bedrooms.

Instead of hospitality chocolates/ candies, they can have fruits for vegan people.

Location is everything, comfortable beds and clean, light bathrooms, safe, cute, true Vienna experience. I was travelling partly for work but it still gave me the sense of a little break holiday because of Opera Suites room. I will be coming back!

The only thing that bothered me was the stuffy air in the beginning when we came into the room. I would recommend to ventilate or open the windows more often, or before the guests arrive to get more fresh air inside. We did it later and it was ok then.

Excellent location on a pedestrian only street, close to public transportation and attractions. Fancy decorations. Getting into the place with the self check-in was an adventure.

Finding the place was a little difficult, especially since there was a transient salesman who set up his purse shop right in front of the entry.
