The apartment is airy and spacious. Very clean and the kitchen is fabulous with EVERYTHING you need and good quality utensils. It has a separate bathroom and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to not like, I just wanted to mention if you're a single female the pathway from the metro is just over 500metres. We had no problems or issues but I'm not sure I'd enjoy walking along the pedestrian/bike path by myself at night. There are no houses around. Other than this .....perfect.

Everything was super! I have to thank my homeowners as because of my mistake needed to call a technician sunday night. Even if I offer they didn't charge me any extra. Everything was clean and perfect and I am very grateful for the time in the building. It would be my option any time I travel to Vienna.

For the laundry you need 1 euro coin (cost 2 euros but just the 1 coin is accepted) the vending machines were not available, my lucky I stopped to buy some groceries on my way to the building. It was not easy finding the garbage container (in fact, I could not).

It is difficult to access the code. I never received a code through the app and it took a phone call to access the code. In the event phone calls do not work for whatever reason, it would be frustrating to the individual trying to access the code. It also took a while for the code to arrive through email.

The apartment is quite new and very clean. The self check in instructions were clear. The apartment has everything you need to prepare your meals at home. Everything was perfect. In less than 10 minutes walk, using the bike/pedestrian path, you’ll get to the underground station where you will find the U4 and U6. We used the U6 to go to the city centre because the U4 is currently interrupted from Shottenring to Schwedenplatz caused by maintenance works on the line, for the next few months. I highly recommend this apartment, even if not in the city centre, it is still conveniently located. The only suggestions I have is to bring a kitchen paper roll or paper napkins and some baking paper, if you want to use the oven and get a few €1 coins for the communal laundry. A part from that everything was provided, even a few complimentary drinks in the fridge.

Good location within easy access of the metro, which was a pleasant 5 minute walk along the canal. Really comfy bed with excellent feather pillows. It was very quiet. We would definitely go back to this apartment. Central Vienna was so busy that it was nice to have the peace and quiet of the canal and apartment, only a couple of stops away on the metro.

There was no mirror in the bedroom. Bathroom shower needed a non-slip mat. Bathroom sinks were very low, almost at oompah - lumpah level😅 I'm short, but even I was stooping to reach the taps.

we chose the location to be near family and also because our dog was with us and we could take him walking by the Donau Kanal where also dog parks were available. it was very convenient on the day of departure, we were packing the car and we got locked out of our apartment because of the checkout time (which we exceeded by 4'). I called the number I found on the internet and the person was extremely friendly and organised immediately that the cleaning lady comes up to open our door.

the checkin machine does not accept the hyphen when typing names and there was no alternative as the machine mentioned to put in only the first 2 letters of name etc. we had to look up the reservation number to continue the check in. the 'rain' shower head is too far up which results in no water pressure at all. kitchen was very well equipped, would have been nice to have salt/ pepper. bed duvet was too thin for winter and there were no extra blankets.

The apartment itself is very nice, well-equipped with all the essentials, including a fully stocked kitchen. The separate bedroom is a big plus, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute metro ride to the heart of Vienna. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival.

The check-in process was complicated and stressful. Despite informing the property of my arrival time, I received no instructions on how to enter. With no reception or representative on-site and I had no local phone number to call, I found myself lost and anxious in a foreign city after a long flight. After almost on hour being desperate on place, I had to ask a stranger to help me contact the property, which was not an ideal start. Additionally, while the apartment is generally well-kept, a deep cleaning is needed, as I noticed visible dust on light switches and other surfaces.

The apartment was quite big and more than suitable for 4 people. With 2 bedrooms, kitchen-livingroom, bathroom and toilet. The apartment was very tidy and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. We heard some sounds of cars and traffic from outside but we didn't mind at all. Anyway the sound was not loud and hearing some sound is normal when living in a city. Metrostation Spittelau is just 600m away from the apartment so moving around was easy. Also it was very easy to contact the host via whatsapp, I always received quite quickly a kind answer. We liked our stay very much.

The air ventilation was not working perfectly. Indoor air felt a bit stuffy and after the shower the moist air did not exit properly even though we put the ventilation on in the bathroom. However it was good that it was possible to open some windows to refresh the air once in a while.

The apartment is big and comfortable for two adults and two kids

The owners didn't want to exceed our stay for one night more, we paid 111 euros for 2 nights ( what is an excellent price for the apartment, plus 80 euros for the taxes ( what is too much because we don't know which taxes and for what, but even if it is for cleaning it is too much ), and when we asked to pay for 1 additional night, they wanted 150 euros on their website, and they said we can change dates on Booking.com and exceed the stay that way, what was not possible the way 2+1 night and for only 1 additions night we should make a new reservation and to pay those 80 euros taxes again, what is nonsense to pay 2 times tax of 80 euros each, for 3 nights stay in total.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, with a modern design. We got the waterfront apartment which was very quiet and with a nice view of the Danube canal. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Everything was exactly as in the pictures. It is very conveniently located if you are using public transport, just a few minutes away from underground and S-Bahn station. Some opinions mentioned the noise from the S-Bahn, but in the waterfront apartment we didn't hear it at all (and also, earplugs were provided just in case).

Access by taxi or private car can be confusing. Also, note that there is no shops or cafes immediately next to the apartment (it a 10+ minutes walk), so just make sure to get all your supplies on the way.
