Very nice hotel with a lovely lady at reception that welcomed us with a warm smile. Good parking. In underground garage for cars lower as 2 m. Otherwise very good parking outside. The rooms are clean, and even though it was quite warm they tried to keep the heat out by having the curtains drawn. Very well considered. It was also nice that we were asked if we would like to watch the football on the terrace and would like something to eat. We were a family of 9, so rather a large group. After a long drive it was nice to be asked to just relax and being taken care of.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming and friendly. She absolutely made the experience for us since being in Austria we had not had the best customer service elsewhere but here it was different. The location is great, 10min from Swarovski museum. Fairly big rooms and had a lovely view of the mountains.

Nothing tbh, we knew the rooms where basic & they are just like images.

The rooms are excellent and they have the best breakfast I have found in Austria

The only problem is that some rooms have window to the street and the noise of passing through cars is a little inconvenient. However, it is a small town and a small street, so I will say it is a small issue. Also, following the catholic Austrian tradition, the church, which is just crossing the street, rings the bells at 6 am every day.

Walking distance to Swarovski world. Situated in a very cute small town. Italian restaurant across the street. The reception lady was super friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

Would have liked abit more option at breakfast, it was pretty typical European style, fresh and still enjoyable.

Great Hotel, Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Great Location and not far from the Motorway. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The restaurant needs to be prebooked which I was unaware of. Luckily I found a pub that served food. Could do with this being on the website prior to booking.

Nice large room in quiet location with no street noise. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast great.

Long walk to railway station. We had to get a car ride when we left with our bags. Walked home from station after a day in Innsbruck though.

The place was really clean, cosy, comfortable and well decorated. The warm-hearted and affectionate girl who was working there took pity of four hungry travellers and arranged for us to get some food late in the evening from a nearby pizzeria.

Location is good, not in mountains like many other hotels. Food variety for breakfast is excellent, everything you need. Bathroom and toilet room are separated.

Very hot in rooms, no air-conditioning anywhere. No refrigerator is a big minus, especially in this heat.

room was good, breakfast was rich and tasty. location was excellent - in the middle of Wattens in Tirol. 50 meters from Rathaus.

no air conditioning. this was known but the problem was that in the summer it means opening the windows - and out in the street just under the room is a Bar/Pub with extremely loud noise all over the night. also, for some reason, people drive by making a ton of noise late-late at night outside the hotel. I guess for winter time, this place is perfect.

Perfectly located hotel in the center of Wattens. And just a 10 minute walk to the Swarovski kristallwelten. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms with great modern facilities. Also, the breakfest had a lot of choice and tasted very good.

There is not always parking available at the entrance of the hotel, but there are plenty other great options at walking distance.
