We stayed one night in between our flights. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful building, the staff is very polite and friendly, the room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was superb. We had a complimentary transfer from and to the airport, which was a pleasant bonus. After checking out in the morning we left our luggage at the reception, free of charge, and went to Baku Old Town, which is a gem. Coming back, we still had some time before our flight, so we had the opportunity to get changed and have a drink on the comfortable sofas in a beautiful lobby before taxi took us back to airport. We'll definitely stay in Fly Inn Baku again.

The hotel staff is very helpful, I exchanged messages with the administration to arrange free transfer and to remove breakfast option, and they responded fast and attended to every request. The hotel is within a short walk from the airport, but I still asked them to send a driver to avoid walking through a big car park between the airport and the hotel. I also liked the environment around the hotel, the building sits in a wooded area, a nice place to have a short walk around. The size of my room was huge, and the hotel provided a full set of toiletries, and even a bath robe!

The only inconvenience is that they asked for a bank card on arrival to make a payment, which means that using booking.com only works for reservation, but the actual payment should be done on site by presenting the card, the same one used for booking. To work around this issue the hotel sent me a link to make a payment a day or two in advance, because my mum travelled alone and obviously did not have my bank card. I'd also wish they could start serving breakfast 1.5-2 hours earlier than they do given that quite a few international flights from Baku airport depart at 7 o'clock in the morning meaning the traveler leaves the hotel at 5:00 to 5:30 am, and a possibility to have breakfast from 5:00 in the morning would be much appreciated, since their breakfast is really good!

The hotel’s proximity to the airport makes it perfect for those on a stopover or travelers from other cities in Azerbaijan needing to catch a late-night or early-morning flight. Breakfast was nice, restaurants staff was courteous. There’s a cafe downstairs which is also nice, the lady server was sweet and helpful.

The reception and room service staff were slow to respond when we requested a two-pin plug, as all our chargers were three-pin. It took them a long time to provide it, and they kept insisting they didn’t have one. This was disappointing, as a hotel should have these accessories available. Although they eventually arranged it after we lodged a formal complaint and even threatened to ask for a refund to stay elsewhere, the delay was frustrating.

The hotel is right next to the airport terminal, so it's really easy to walk there if you like walking (I don't recommend using the transfer, see below why) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are super comfy. Probably the best option for transferring passengers with a long wait.

Two points raised questions: First, we booked a transfer in advance and there were three of us - two adults and a kid. Then, later, two more people from our flight joined us and we ended up with a car for four. We let the older people go ahead and walked with our kid. Why did the car only have room for four people? Secondly, there was some sort of wedding or graduation in the hotel's restaurant. Anyway, the music was blaring and people were belting out songs under the hotel windows until 22.30. I'm really happy for those people, but what about the transfer passengers who want to unwind after a long trip? The hotel's policies are a bit confusing - why are these big events allowed?

Location is very convenient. We had 17 hours between our flights so we book a hotel next to the airport. Room is big, bed is comfortable, we had everything we need, so can't complain. We use indoor pool and showers. There is another pool outside but it was too hot for us(it was over 30C outside). Everyone in hotel was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We had to book 2 nights to stay from 1am to 4 pm of the same day but that's hotel's system,it is just inconvenient. Other than that is great hotel, great amenity, great people. Will definitely stay again.

Location and the bed is comfy.

We were tired after a long a trip. The person at the front desk told us that their electronic payment system was broken (and that it was broken everywhere in the airport, which was obviously not true, since we had just paid with our credit at the airport). He basically forced us to pay him in cash. At that moment we didn’t have local currency, so we paid in euros with a bad exchange rate (which he basically forced on us). This interaction left a horrible impression on us. Be careful. Also in the room there was no tea or coffee, nothing… And it was cold. We tried to turn off the ac, but we didn’t succeed. In the bathrooms (we had 2, since it was a suit), it was still working, cooling the room as well.

I had a layover in Baku for more than 8h so I had to book a hotel and my choice went on this exact one. The hotel allocated in 3 min drive from the airport, it provides you free shuttle from and to the airport which arrives literally in less than a minute. I honestly loved the stuff and the driver who picked me up, they were all super kind and gentle, explained every single thing about my reservation, I was extremely happy to receive this beautiful customer service 10/10. The room itself is clean and good looking, just the way you see it on the pictures, breakfast is pretty good as well, but im not really a picky eater. will I come back here for another layover? 100% yes

A great hotel, so close to the airport, it's walking distance. We were upgraded and the room was outstanding, so comfortable, with great beds and clean. The staff were so friendly and the hotel reception manager Kanan Darchinov was so friendly and kind, and very professional. The restaurant and cafe downstairs were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially if one needs to be close to the airport to catch an early morning flight.

If you want to stay as close to the airport as possible, this is the perfect place. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off shuttle to the airport. The rooms are quiet and perfectly sized. A restaurant with good food is available. WiFi is great. A/C works well. The amenities - fitness center, sauna, swimming pool, Turkish bath - are about as good as you will get without staying at a fancy resort.

The hotel is only good if you need to be close to the airport. Since I had an overnight layover, this hotel was absolutely perfect. If you want to explore the city, then the location is terrible. The nearest shops, non-hotel food, etc. are all at the airport.

My visit to the “Fly inn” exceeded all my expectations! They provided me with a free transfer from and to the airport and helped me with my heavy suitcases. All the staff at the hotel are very responsive, the hotel has excellent service, this is very rare and important these days! Restaurant manager Yana is simply a magnificent and very friendly lady, she showed great care for me and my children! the “Fly inn” hotel is definitely the place you want to return to! thank you very much for the pleasant experience.
