The room was spacious and modern with all amenities up to the mark. The hotel staff was very welcoming and we were served complimentary traditional tea and snacks upon check-in as a gesture of goodwill. The day I checked in was my birthday and the hotel staff somehow figured it out from their guest records, and called me at my room's phone to wish me. It was indeed a very special and heartwarming gesture. Moreover, there was another female receptionist who went out of the way to help us get Formula 1 racing event tickets, when we had lost all hope to get them. She surely made our stay in Baku memorable and exciting.

Although the hotel is otherwise amazing with aesthetic interior and decor, the only domain which requires improvement to raise the bar of the hotel even higher is the breakfast service. The hotel restaurant serves very limited menu and does not offer toaster service to warm up bread. Moreover, there is only one staff member who overlooks the buffet and he is mostly in the kitchen, with guests having to wait for long intervals between buffet refills. That staff member was very sluggish with buffet refills and mostly all the items were always empty and we had to ask him personally for nearly every breakfast item like bread, toast, milk, even tea cups and tea bags.

Before checking in, I read a lot of bad reviews on Google and Booking and was already prepared for the worst. However, what people wrote turned out to be untrue. Yes, there are some aspects that could be improved, but the hotel definitely doesn’t deserve a 1-star rating, as some people claimed. I think someone might be deliberately trying to lower the hotel's ratings

The bathroom needs some cosmetic repairs or better cleaning, and the breakfasts are a bit repetitive, but it's not critical

it is very reasonable. it is newly made so the rooms are clean. the staff is extremely nice and helpful

the location, how small the bathrooms and rooms are and their Resturant doesn’t have anything aside from 1 salad and 5 soups. it’s relatively far from the town. so you’ll have to take a bolt- unless you want to walk which would take 30 to 40 mins

I liked the comfort and the overall aesthetic of the room. The receptionist spoke English and very polite.

The hotel didn't have any heater in the room, not sure why it was turned off. The shower water was moderate, but not hot. I don't know why there was no water heater. The bathroom had a slight odor maybe because there's no exhaust or outback fan.

The hotel staff Farid and other guy (havent asked the name) are cordial, very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot since I arrived from the airport. Kudos to them!

Facility staff went inside the room for cleaning when I was not around. Hotel provided a signage if I want to clean my room which will be placed outside the door. I havent put the signage as I dont want to clean the room if I am not around.

I really liked this hotel everything about is so amazing the room are so big and has anything you want inside them , the hotel staff and specifically the reception workers are very nice and kind they made my trip memorable honestly they were friendly and super helpful answering my questions and guide me to the best places in baku I highly recommend this place it’s one of the best hotels in baku they treated me with kind , the hospitality was so satisfying the room was ready when I checked in I didn’t even took 3 minutes plus they accept visa vending machine so you can be sure that cash ain’t a problem in this hotel i really enjoyed my stay here and surly i will repeated

It was really good hotel.i booked 2 standard rooms. They upgraded to deluxe room.really nice.

Location was good. Calm and peaceful.

In the description it was written on Booking.com page "Deluxe King Room" but in real it was just an ordinary room. When I requested the staff replied the hotel was fully booked.

Rooms are nice. WiFi is acceptable. Staffs we're kind and professional. Very flexible management. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was awesome.

The shower head was not functioning properly. Parking was a hassle since we had rent a car.
