Good location with 2 convenience stores directly across the street. Right on the water with fantastic views from the bar/dining deck. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The mattress is low quality and was uncomfortable. The headboard was not fastened to the bed frame and rattled against the wall every time someone rolled over. Mini split in the room had broken louvers so the air blew directly on us all night.

Amazing location on the beach

Towels needed upgrading very thin and worn Noise from upstairs occupants mainly children squealing and jumping around Noise from road Noise from pigeons outside plus children feeding birds at breakfast

It’s prime location to the beaches.

The out dated floor tiles , especially the corridor to the rooms. Was very disappointed about it the very first night because I’m a person who likes beautiful ambiance. However, the next day I realized that I made the right choice as the staff and food and location was to my liking. Would definitely choose to stay there again in my next visit. Also, the rooms need carpet or mats on the flooring. Keeps getting wet after showers. Overall, I love the affordability and i most definitely enjoyed my time there.

Myself and my Partner really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We loved two swimming pools. There was really no-one there in the long one. It's just pity they closed swimming pools in the evening around 7 pm. I love the view from my room 201, we could see the ocean and swimming pool. Room was quiet with a nice sound of the sea waves. Bed was really large and comfy and we loved spending time on our balcony in the evenings. Staff was really nice and you can order food and drinks which is deducted from your room deposit. Hotel also organized a snorkeling tour for us and helped us with good car rental. There was a nice party organized the day we arrived. Location is also good, just a short walk to all the restaurants and bars and a grocery store. There was not many tourists in June and we could rest and relax. We really enjoyed our stay..and we want to come back one day..

We didn't like that kitchen needs some renovation, it was quite out of date. Hotel is close to a really unpleasant road and if you want to walk to the restaurants or bars, you walk along this busy noisy and not really safe road.

Our stay was just overnight to catch a connecting flight. The bar setting especially the view was great. Sitting there watching the sun set was the quintessential caribbean experience.Great location. Adequate parking. Breakfast was slso quite good.

A few of the staff need to be a bit friendlier. They were not rude but I would say they were a bit gruff. Not to the extent that i wouldn't stay there again but it did detract from an otherwise great stay.

We stayed at Butterfly Beach for two nights on our way to and from Dominica, I chose the hotel mainly due to it's close proximity to the airport, the staff there all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, the food in the restaurant was very good, the beach beautiful, the rooms comfortable, pool area clean and not over crowded even though we were there over the Christmas and new year period. The kitchenette in the room was a great addition when travelling with a child.

The hotel is a little dated in places but clean so really not an issue. Being close to the airport there are regular low flying planes and also on a main road, so if you want complete quiet it's not the best location. I would recommend booking a sea view room to get a quieter location.

This is not an all inclusive resort. We had a small kitchen in the room and purchased food at a local market for breakfast and lunch. We did have several suppers at the restaurant. Food and service was great on a covered patio setting beside the ocean. There was entertainment several days to provide a taste of local music. The public transit system is very affordable, not to mention very interesting.

The location was OK but if you had to walk anywhere, the streets are narrow. Many areas had no sidewalks and the traffic moves very quickly. Look several times in both directions before crossing the road.

Definitely a hotel that can be described by "Location, location, location". Room with a balcony with a great Sea View & Throughoverlooking the Whirlpools. Great adirondack chairs on the balcony were extremely comfortable. Good sized self-contained room with extra large bed, ensuite shower-room, with a kitchenette. Friendly staff were very helpful, especially at Reception & hotel shop.

Lift was next to our room and was a bit noisy (mechanism, not the occupants!). Although Oistins was only a 15-20 minute walk for us, we were glad we booked a Jeep for a week to get around the island, and to find the supermarkets used by locals.

Reel Restaurant in the hotel lunch and dinner is good. Hotel maintained very clean, two swimming pool area also very clean. Small Bus services to Bridgetown and Oistin also very easy to travel. Only 30min smalll local bus service to amazing Carlisle Bay beach.

A/C not cold enough. Kitch inside the room need exhaust. Also fan need to more speed. But they do renovation very soon. So I hope it's going to be fixed.

Just come back from the most restful stay from one of our favourite holidays. The staff are the beating heart of the hotel always friendly and most attentive, the cleaners are hard working dedicated ladies, receptionists are always looking to make sure your stay is the most enjoyable, the bar staff are friendly and always happy to advise you on best places to go and or eat. The maintenance and security always say “good morning” or “have a nice day.” The food despite being a set menu never disappoints, always flavourful. The “roti” is amazing! A nice twist on all inclusive vibes as your served from your table and always topped up with water. The hot Breakfast always has eggs, sausages, bacon, potato and each day being different variations. The side pool is a nice addition to the hotel offering a quieter pool to the main pool. But by far the best thing about the hotel is the amazing views of the sea which is a stone throws away. We as a family loved this hotel and will be returning.

The property is a little outdated, some rooms do need updating. And some of the aircons don’t work as effectively as the newer ones. however the staff are consciously making an effort to improve this. And are happy to have the issue sorted quickly.
