The hotel is neat and very well located directly next to the station. The breakfast (Despite the hours not always working with us for our day trips) was excellent value for money. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well. Staff was generally friendly (Except the guy denying us a different pillow).

We had a request for a different kind of pillow but it was apparently not allowed to give a double room pillow to a single bed room. This was very strange, and resulted in some uncomfortable sleep for my mother in law. Also, our smoke free floor smelled distinctly of old smoke. Not unbearable but noticeable.

it’s location was brilliant - close to the station at the top of tge town and an easy walk Dow to the old city. The breakfast was great - set us up for the day.

It is looking a little tired - tge carpets were a little stained. It would also have been nice to have facilities for making a hot drink in our room. Tgese are just minor complaints. Tge hotel was great and very good value for money.

Great location for station, trams , buses and shops. Good selection of food available fir breakfast and a good timeframe to have breakfast. Al staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and towels etc were changed regularly.

Room needs a bit of an update maybe a nice colour on walls and mirror by desk, extra luggage stand but nothing major really. The bar was not open and only a small seating area near reception if you wanted to sit somewhere other than room on a rainy night.

100 metres from Antwerp station with very large and comfortable rooms: excellent value for such a location! Across the road is a line of food options of varying ethnicity and value. Central location and handy hotel map made it very easy to find and visit the sights around Antwerp.

Room was very dark, looking out into a narrow gap between buildings: otherwise all was fine!!

Nice large clean room. Nice large bathroom with a large shower. Perfect location to explore Antwerp city and, a few steps away from the train station. Even on street side we heard no noise. Amazing breakfast with a friendly lady. Friendly relaxed staff at reception what gives a welcoming easy going atmosphere.

Location was really good close to the central railway station. Bed and room was silent, spacious and comfortable. Reception service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the dining hall comfortable.

Shower was missing a holder for shampoo and shower gel, and the handle holder was broken. Also the sewer did not work as intended and water tried to escape to the floor. The window was to the flat roof and I didn’t dare to keep it open for ventilation, so it was a bit hot.

Excellent breakfast although very busy. Excellent location next to the central station. Lots of good bars and restaurants across the road but the hotel itself was quiet.

Needed more staff on reception for 3pm check in, although it was a bank holiday when we arrived. Confusing controls for the air conditioning unit, so gave up on it.

The location was great, it is 2 minutes walk from the Antwerpen station.

The hotel services were not what you would expect in a 4 star. They did not provide water bottles even after asking for it. Also, people had to wait for 20-30 minutes for someone to come to the reception. That was such a time waste. The picture of the station mislead us in thinking it was a castle hotel.

De Keyser has a great location, just right outside is the Diamant station; if you are coming / leaving with FlixBus it’s super easy, just Berchen station to Diamant (9), and in just 11 minutes you will be at the hotel. Central Station is right outside. Extremely easy to move around the town. They provided me with all my requests during the booking and I was very please with my room.

Unfortunately no hair conditioner in the room; The breakfast has no much variety, as a hot plates just bacon and scrambled eggs; the rest is cold dishes.

The ambiance is very nice, the food options during the day are very good while the way the staff work as a team is highly commendable. They are so welcoming and helpful. The only problem is my wish for a high room with a view was not honoured despite staying two nights over the fortnight. The hotel is far from full and could have provided this as a goodwill gesture.
