The property was as described, in a nice neighbourhood. Communication could have been a little better on arrival. We wanted to store our luggage prior to check in as we arrived at 10am but check in was 3pm. Despite various messages in the days ahead of arrival, we were told to just contact them on arrival to sort this out. But it then took over an hour to reply after we arrived. We gave up waiting and left our luggage at the train station. No big deal but it could have been avoided . Apartment was really nice, lots of space, comfy beds, lovely terraces. Felt secure, in a nice neighbourhood and easy commute by tram or by foot into the Grote Market. Would definately stay again.

It would be helpful if there were some more "basics" available at the property for our stay. For example, kitchen cleaner (we stayed for five days - it would be nice to be able to wipe down the countertops after cooking etc), toilet roll, coffee pods. These are the "little things" people remember. The shower off the main bedroom leaked quite a lot onto the floor which needs to be looked at. Again, no big deal but I would prefer not to have to go to the supermarket for simple things like disinfectant when I am away for a few days. Apartment is good value for money for a family of four We paid close to €1,000 for five days. But for an extra €4 it would be great if you supplied a few extras like kitchen cleaner, more toilet roll etc to save travellers the bother of finding a supermarket.

The location is in the Jewish quarter, on a weekend it was very interesting to see. It is 15 minutes from the Station. Bus 17 is close. The apt was very clean! The staff is very helpful. The living room with a kitchen is spacious, well-designed, comfortable. The big bathroom is luxurious with shower and bathtub.

The TV did not connect, that's all, but I am sure it could be fixed. And... be aware that you collect the key with a code that you receive through email. That's a good way of checking-in, but good to know in advance, right? :-D So check your emails carefully and save your access code. E.g your mobile might run out of power, who knows, right? :-)

The whole apartment was perfectly clean and everything was in perfect working order. It is newly painted with wallpaper in neat and clean minimalistic patterns. The living area was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully supplied. The best feature is the huge balcony overlooking the city.

The only problem was that for the first night and day the apartment was unbelievably hot and unventilated. However, after we contacted the hosts they supplied us with a fan, and later with an additional one, and that provided significant relief.

The apartment was perfect for two friends who prefer to sleep in separate rooms. One of us had the bedroom, and the other the sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen meant that we could do our own cooking, which is also our preference. The sound-proofing was very good. The location was excellent, as we were only 20 minutes' walk from the city centre, and there was a great supermarket just a couple of hundred yards away. There are good public transport routes nearby if required.

There were a few minor issues with the equipment provided which we reported when we left. There was nothing that affected our enjoyment.

Located in quiet area about 30 mins walk to city centre. Sparkling clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you needed for a comfy stay., even with laundry and dishwasher tablets. Communication well with host and check-in instructions were clear. Host could offer parking at a reasonable price was a bonus. Supermarket and bus station were only 2 mins walk from apartment so it was really convenient.

Quiet neighbourhood. Tram, supermarket, and small grocery store are basically around the corner. Modern building with elevator. Convenient and easy self check-in/out. Good soundproofing. Clean, fresh looking apartment with everything a tourist may need. Comfortable shower. No unpleasant/unusual smells. Beautiful terrace. Highly recommended!

Sofa could use a washable remouvable cover (imho)

The appartement is really big. Good facilities, nice location. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Pets friendly.

Max temperature for water heating was about 30 degrees. Several things need renovation. It would be nice to have more plates and cups

Super convenient location, clean, spacious, good security and the staff were kind and quick to respond.

As we went mid-summer, it would’ve been nice to have fans for both the bedroom as well as the living room. It got quite hot during the day, and we would have loved to have another fan for both rooms.

Warm, comfortable, roomy, with a lovely outlook to the school and the Rowan trees. Walking distance to most places - all within 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Need tongs in the kitchen and an egg flip.

Pretty spacious with a balcony (would be good for summer I imagine). Close to tram that goes to the city center. Nice kitchen. Having an elevator is super nice. Only thing I would suggest is maybe to have two keys instead of one, in case people want to go to different places and go back to the apartment at different times.
