Room was spacious, and staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged access to our room before check in time as we had arrived early. Particular lovely female night manager went out of her way to help us with accessing the laundry and working our dryer instructions for us.

Freezer section of fridge iced over and so dripping water on floor. Took 2 days for a lovely housekeeper to fix it when we asked her directly.

I recently stayed at Premier Suites for a three nights, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the warm greeting and helpful information. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr Ulfat for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. His support truly made me feel valued as a guest. We had an issue in our room with the coffee machine, he solved it and to compensate all the inconvenience has gifted us breakfast. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service, and mr Ulfat is a true asset to your team. I’d highly recommend Premier Suites to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience. I’ll certainly be returning in the future! Thank you for such an amazing stay. Best regards.

PS Antwerp is a perfectly good hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the suite was spacious. The hotel is very well located, it's very close to the train station and the Meir.

We only had minor inconveniences, so in general we had a great stay... But, in case it is helpful, here is some info about some of the issues we had: We had some issues with our coffee machine and TV, but we also didn't raise the problems with reception so potentially there were easy fixes. The room was not serviced during our stay so we ran out of hand soap and just continued to use our own. But again I'm sure this would have been sorted if we had asked. We didn't have the breakfast as it was too expensive at 18 euros (this was slightly more expensive than well recommended brunch places we went to in the city).

The suite has a good space and is very comfortable. It has a small but functional kitchen and even a dishwasher if you're into cooking. The location is very close to the train station, and the walk is not long to the city center. There are plenty of restaurants close

Some maintenance could be done, but the table was very unstable, and the flush for the toilet sometimes got stuck and needed some work to get it right. I called reception about the toilet, but the place was full, it wasn't urgent maintenance, and I stayed only two days, so hopefully, it will be fixed later.

That there enough chairs in room was good . I like that you had expresso in the lobby, because fake Nespresso in the room did not work well or taste good. We had a room on the 7 floor facing the city so that was a welcome change because we had a view of the city and churches. Nice to have lots of hangers in the closet and a working clothes iron. The hotel was close to a grocery store.

Some lights did not work. A light bulb was missing next to the bed. The light over the sink did not work. However the light in the fan assembly worked so that helped. Loose wires above the fan in the cabinet was not meant to be used.

We have been to many hotel apartments before , and for Premier suites plus I have found it hard to find a mistake to complain about. The staff have always been smiling and willing to provide help with perfect communication abilities.. Thanks to Ms. Louisa in the reception whom we have been lucky to deal with , due to her sincere work to solve our issue regarding the booking. Moreover; I believe it would be the supervisor ; whom his welcoming attitude toward my child specially; really contributed to the " welcoming " vibes we sensed in there. All the reception staff were pleasant to speak to. The rooms are spacious and equipped with the amenities and utilities with nowadays technology and good room and places for storage. If we are coming to Antwerp again; we would definitely choose this place... Or may be we will choosing antwerp to spend our Holiday to get to stay in here. Defently recommending!!

There is n thing we did not like ... Yet if there is something; it might be the WC style not matching the rooms and do not feel as elegant.But It is not a real bothering . We also expected the AC to be working without having to ask the hotel to switch it on under their control

We liked the location and really comfy bed

Getting up to the 7th floor reception on arrival without a room key pass on first arrival. There was some miscommunication with discount on car parking at indigo. When we arrived the receptionist advised we got a discount if parked in Indigo car park all we needed to do was go up to reception when leaving. We did this then low and behold the discount didnt materialise as the tokens had just run out, change of T&Cs was quoted etc.The people who checked out behind us got a discount token as we saw them at the pay machine in the car park. In the end we paid what we were expecting 40 euros just a shame about the misinformation

The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Main Street with plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was decent with a lot of veggie options and various kinds of tea. The staff was helpful with our questions. There is a parking right next door, it is €20 per leave, so if you enter and leave multiple times a day it’s 20 each time. It also closes during the late hours of the night, so if you have to leave before 6am you can park on the street for free after 22:00. The hotel offers €5 discount voucher per leave.

The ac fan in my room was noisy, so I kept it off during the night.

The hotel was very close to the Antwerp Central station. It was reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Room was neat and tidy. The double bed was comfortable. Restaurants and grocery shops ( like carrefour and Lidl) were nearby and easy to reach on foot. Kitchen had enough utensils and cutlery for family of four. It was spotless. It had modern top end appliances and made ocassional cooking a breeze. The laundry had both washing machine and drier free to use with detergent and conditioner available for free too.

As agreed while booking. I got a reply from the hotel that 3pm checkin is possible. We arrived at 10 am and dropped our bags at the reception. We were told that the room will be ready by 3 pm. However when we returned at 3pm the room was still unavailable and were told to wait for 25 minutes. We eventually got keys at 3.45 pm. This left us in a bad first experience with staff as we were awake since 3 am to catch our flight The sofa bed was used by my kids 13 and 11 years old. The planks made a creaky soutnd. So they decided to take off the mattress from the sofa and spread on the clean carpet for a much comfortable sleep.

The location is brilliant if you’re looking to travel fromAntwerp Central Station any day of your visit, on top of that it is at the heart of the city close by to a lovely park, shops and the action of the commercial area of Antwerp. The reception is lovely with a bar/dining area and a with a large rooftop patio. My partner & I found the room to be ideal with a gorgeous balcony, lovely bathroom and extremely comfortable bed within a nice living space we enjoyed throughout our 2-3 day stay.

We did have some hostile neighbours give us some grief whilst my partner and I were chatting on our balcony one of the days to which I looked and it is very easy to hop over to the neighbouring rooms let alone look in to. It was a little alarming.
