Small hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great sized room with comfortable beds and tiny en-suite. Good views over the surrounding streets of central Brussels. Access via key card at all hours although reception staffed only 7:00 am - 10:00 pm

Narrow stairs with lift available only from the first floor. Lift small and slow so we mostly used the stairs especially when leaving. No fridge in the room so relied on supplies of UHT milk sachets from reception to make tea/coffee. Can be noisy at night.

Great location, our room had a wonderful view on this square below, the hotel is a stone's throw from the Grand Place (and easy to access the Central Station stop for trains/trams/buses). It's very quaint with great character (a 300+ year old building) and truly lovely staff that gave us great restaurant recommendations. The family room is quite comfy (for our 8 & 12 year old who both had their own futon-like beds in the upper loft).

The hotel is an amalgam of a couple of 17th century homes, connected by stairwells (and no elevators) - this was fine for us with a light weekend suitcase. There is no central A/C (understandably), just fans - that wasn't a problem the weekend we visited as the temperatures were generally mild, but on a hot summer day, the room could get stuffy and hot. The windows open up, and are soundproof, but you'll want them closed given the noise from the square in front of the hotel (at least during weekends) That said, we were very happy with the hotel, and room and would definitely come back.

Great location, 5 minutes from Brussels Central station and the Grand Place. Reception staff were super, efficient, friendly and helpful. Breakfast not available but plenty of options close by, including next door. Facility to store luggage available which was great. We had a family room, with twin beds upstairs on duplex level. Bit tight overhead but comfortable for two teenagers. Overall loved this hotel.

Historic building so no lift but reception staff helped with bags. Extractor fan in bathroom not very powerful so got very stuffy but only a small quibble.

I read reviews before my trip and little worried about stairs. Actually there are small elevator after climbing the first and half floor. The front desk provides luggage service even in the early morning. yes, they ordered the guy came to my room on top floor to carry my luggages down. it is a free service. the room is large and comfortble, bathroom is little small. top floor has a great view. 3 minutes walk to the grand palace.

No breakfast options, the restaurant the hotel recommended and have a same owner, is not great choice for breakfast.

The room was great, the location from the train station is amazing, the location to everything was amazing too!!! This place is great and the staff was wonderful!!! They were able to recommend places to eat and see and they were spot on!! This is a place you need to stay at when in Brussels.

The room was great but unfortunately they cant control other guests and the neighbors next door The neighbors next door we could hear through the wall and had to call the police to quiet them down but it didn't The other guests were coming in from 12:30am to 3:30am and didn't show respect for sleeping guests and were very loud but this isn't the hotels issue this is a people issue. This place is great and the staff was wonderful

Fresh and light room with soft beds and super high ceiling. The bathroom was really fresh and light too. I loved it.

In spite of it being cold out, the room didn't have great air after a while and got too warm for us, even though the radiator was off. (We like it a bit on the cold side at night) The AC wasn't enabled, probably since it was 5-10C outside. I'm sensitive to sound, and it took quite a while for the evening crowd out on the square to settle down. But I slept well and I loved the room. Also the run off drain on the sink wasn't connected to anything, so watch out for splashing that, as it goes straight through to the floor.

Wonderful location. walking distance to the main attractions.

We chose the hotel for the car parking offered. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we failed to park our car at the hotel car park due to the road closure. We have to park the car at Grand Place Grote Markt public parking, which costs €22. The hotel provides us with discount cards, but they don't work at all. It disappoints us. We are hoping to get a discount for our stay, but there is no discount. heater in the room didn't manage to warm the room as it was covered with a wooden cabinet. If the wooden cabinet were removed, maybe the heater could work better. Overall, we just loved Brussels and our stay at Agora, as the staffs were being nice to us. Keep up your wonderful hospitality.

Lovely small boutique historic hotel Service and dinner advice were great. Good location for walking around Brussels. Very personal service. The unique charm of the hotel also comes with a couple of limitations,ie. no air conditioning which was not an issue for us but could be if hot summer, and no lift. Taking luggage up/down 3 flights of stairs is challenging but the onsite manager carried up our heavy suitcase for us. Superb personal service

Bathroom was a bit small. Stairs a little challenging

Charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Footsteps away from Gare Centraal, Grand Place, lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Room sizes vary as it’s a historic property but ours was very spacious, aircon worked perfectly and beds were very comfortable. Even though we overlooked a busy street on two sides we had no noise overnight.

Nothing. Would definitely stay there again. Note there is one short flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms and lift

Room was very clean and the location was incredibly central - you step out of the front door and you're immediately amongst all the hustle and bustle of central Brussels. Staff were also very friendly and helpful, and we liked the focus on green living.

Being so central inevitably comes with some noise on the weekends - if for some reason you need a very early night I would ask for a room that doesn't face out into the street. The soundproofing was excellent between the rooms, but even the strongest double-glazing will struggle to block out the noise of street musicians!
