This Ibis is well situated to the Central Station, the Grand Place, and to a large number of pleasant restaurants. We arrived early and only main floor rooms were available. We took one, room 10, I believe. It was roomy and very quiet despite having a window onto the main road and overlooking restaurants across the street. We signed up for hotel breakfasts after we arrived. They were buffet style and quite good. The coffee was from "select what you want" machines; the cappuccinos were very good. The hotel tavern is small but comfortable, and in good the weather the outdoor patio is a pleasant place to watch the tourists go by! Both the breakfast and the tavern prices are competitive with what is available nearby. The neighborhood, though, does provide a wide choice of where to drink the most excellent Belgian beers.
No complaints whatsoever.

The location is amazing. It’s just a few steps away from the Grand Place. The staff were accommodating. They provided a travel cot as requested. The facilities were clean. There’s a locker for luggages. They let me use the microwave to sterilise my baby’s bottles. The room is so spacious. We stayed in the family room we got the deluxe package. The coffee machine is so worth it for the extra euros we had to add.
I kept on receiving scam messages from this hotel’s account on Booking.com. I am aware of this scams, but if someone who is very gullible gets this messages, they might be scammed. It’s not the hotel, but some hacker were able to infiltrate the hotels account so beware.

I booked this hotel for its location mainly, it was super central and on a beautiful little square a few steps from the Grand Place. The area was very safe and being alone with the kids was not an issue at all. Staff was super helpful and always in a good mood. The little cafe under the hotel was very nice for late night drinks when we didn't want to walk around or coming back from our walks. The room was very clean and had all amenities, space was a bit small as we had lots of suitcases but we managed.
nothing really, it is an Ibis hotel so we expected the space to be small and we weren't surprised with anything negative.

Fantastic Hotel near the Grand Place in the center of Brussels. Very close to a metro station and train station, taxi rank on the doorstep. The room was large and warm and the view fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent with enormous choice and plentiful. There is a small cafe attached so food and drink always available. I often stay here and will again.
There was no one at reception at 5.45 am to call me a taxi when I had been told there would be. Luckily, there was one at the taxi rank.

Excellent location, top area, right next to Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert and a few steps away from the Main Square. Friendly reception with decent communication skills. Easy check-in. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Given the price of the accommodation and the type of hotel, slippers should be available. There was no fridge in the room. A small fridge in a hotel room is not a luxury but rather a necessity. Smaller and cheaper hotels offer that. My bad that I didn’t check on their facilities if they had a fridge or not, but honestly I just expected them to have one. Yet, not a big deal, but a fridge would be nice. Toilet quite small, but clean.

Location was superb. We took a train to brussels and the central station was 3 mins walking from the hotel. All our tour pick up spots were close to the hotel. Grand place was walking distance. Hotel was surrounded by great variety of restaurants, cafes, shopping markets, bars and good vibes. Staff was amazing and very friendly. They guided us to near by places and also gave us a late checkout on request. Luggage storage is available and you can stay around and relax in the hotel premise. Our flight was at night, so we rested in the common area and freshened up in their common but spacious toilets.
Did not like the choice of breakfast as it was very limited and no option for vegetarians. No hash browns or beans. Even the fruits were stale and dipped in syrup. The room was quite small for 3 people, but we were there for just 2 nights so didn't mind that.

Firstly the hotel could not be better positioned. Near the station and access to all amenities. Day trips taken to Ghent, Antwerp and Paris. The room was overlooking the square at the side with the statue and sign for central station. This is the third time staying here and this was the largest room. You always want a room with a view of the front but not required and they are much smaller.
Well for some strange reason the temperature was either too hot or then when opened the window too cold. It's also very noisy even with the window closed. There is a lot of building work that continues through the night. I also booked a standard double. Not to have the facility to make a drink is not acceptable. Also the only cups provided were paper. Note with standards rooms take a kettle and cups. Also not visited brussels since covid and in my opinion it's gone really downhill with rubbish, standards in restaurants, cleanliness, crime and generally not feeling safe of a night. Just be careful and don't walk around on your own at night.

Great location just off Grand Place - several good restaurants close by. Within 5 mins walk of main train station so extremely convenient for airport. Breakfast good selection and large room. Lovely bar but closes too early. In general in Ibis - you know what to expect
Strange situation when we checked in - the Receptionist said a room was ready but we couldn't be given the room until 3 (I think) unless we signed up to Accord (so the room is there ready and we're here and we cant have it - I'm not sure what level of customer service this would come under). Anyway we signed up - another password to be forgotten!

Excellent location, in the centre but not noisy. Room was clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was fairly basic, no tea or coffee making facilities however I think we could have asked for these, but didn’t realise until we were leaving. Air Con was adequate but not sure how good it would be in very hot weather. Comfy bed, good shower, lots of tv channels. Good bar. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. We were allowed leave our luggage in their safe room all day as we were travelling late. I would stay again if in Brussels.
Towels were very flimsy.

This hotel is located in the best spot possible in Brussels. The staff are super helpful and so nice. Our room was absolutely fabulous. We had such a lovely time. The breakfast is really good quality food too, which is so important when you are on holiday. I have stayed here more than once and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone.
Loved everything. I am extremely fussy and I can't fault this hotel on any level. I love it. I hardly ever write reviews too. Only if the place it fab, which this is.
