I appreciated several aspects of the property: 1. **Location**: Its proximity to essential amenities and attractions was very convenient. 2. **Design and Layout**: The aesthetic appeal and functional layout of the space were impressive. 3. **Condition**: The property appeared to be well-maintained and in good condition. 4. **Outdoor Space**: The garden and outdoor areas were particularly inviting. 5. **Neighborhood**: The area felt safe and had a welcoming community atmosphere.

While there were many positive aspects, a few things I did not like about the property include: 1. **Size**: Some rooms felt a bit small and cramped. 2. **Natural Light**: Certain areas lacked adequate natural light. 3. **Storage**: There was limited storage space available. 4. **Noise**: The property was somewhat noisy, either from nearby traffic or neighboring units. 5. **Maintenance**: There were a few minor maintenance issues that needed attention, such as peeling paint or outdated fixtures.

Great location with an underground car park that gives direct elevator access to the hotel. Right opposite the beautiful Opera House and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the Opera House. The room was compact but well equipped. The bed was very comfortable but with very tight space to the sides. The bathroom was very clean and bright and the shower was excellent. The communal areas were spacious, well lit and warm

Nothing to dislike but no tea/coffee making facilities or free water in the room

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which is conveniently situated near numerous shops and malls. Its easy-to-find location, coupled with its cleanliness, made my stay particularly enjoyable.

The bed was acceptable, though not the best I've experienced. Our room's view was underwhelming, and the lighting in the room was inadequate. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of prior notification regarding roadwork, which necessitated a lengthy detour to access the parking. Advance information would have been greatly appreciated for better planning.

It was calm nice stay. I had to work during stay, but it was decent conditions for that in room. Staff was polite and helping. If you do not need every morning breakfast you can order room without it and just pay for them in the morning and go to eat. Still to order it in advance is a bit cheaper. When you pay in Hotel it is 14 Eur.

The chair in room could be a bit more comfortable. If to be picky, then it could be more channels in English in TV. I would still sumerise that it is ordinary Ibis hotel, so if you stayed somewhere in it, it is similar.

The staff were amazing! The man who worked the desk during the day/evening was friendly, helpful and a great laugh. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There were no power points near the beds but they did put In a extension cable to try and combat that.

Hard to find any main fults, but i guess the room was too hot, and the window opened to another pane of glass outside - for safety I'm assuming but it was a very warm week for sleeping.

Central location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. at walking distance. Great starting place for sightseeing too, main attractions can be reached on foot. Room is small but has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. Good view of the city from the room we stayed in. They do your rooms until relatively late (past noon). Good toiletries.

Plenty of plugs, but only on one side of the bed. Shower is nice, but the screen only goes halfway through, you need to be careful if you don't want to flood the bathroom.

Perfect location right downtown, with plenty of tourist attractions, restaurants, stores, supermarkets and bars at a walking distance. Comfortable mattress. Soundproof room. Great value for money. Pretty clean room. Cleaning service works until late in the morning/early in the afternoon. Nice view of the Opera.

No plugs by the bed or conveniently located, and few plugs in general. The bathtub was very high to get into and out of, might be a problem for older guests or people with reduced mobility. The carpet was stained and the room was a bit outdated. Double windows, which are great to keep the noise out but not to ventilate the room. Not a lot of light in the room. Bathroom and room on the small size (not really a problem for us due to the great value for money).

Very centraĺly located hotel. Clean and well-kept. Not luxurious but more basic and budget friendly. Good breakfast. Adjacent car parking garage.

The hotel hade an arrangement with the car parking garage but the instructions were a bit complicated so you end up having to pay full price for parking.

Hotel in a central location. Parking conveniently located under the hotel. Breakfast was good and the lady working in the breakfast room as extremely helpful and friendly. Bed was big, clean and comfortable.

The room did have a bad cigarette smell. The space between the bath and the sink was not clean and we could see mould there. Pillows were too soft but this is our personal preference and should not put you off.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, central location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Area towards cathedral offers most choice.

Did’t like not being able to open window and no air conditioning. The fan worked well at keeping the room cool but was then a bit noisy. It is quite an old building though.
