The place is very well located, close to the city center. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the breakfast offered a good variety to choose from.

The parking - there are 2 options: one underground parking right next to the hotel which offers very few parking lots and is a little bit too tight and expensive (40 BGN/night) and another underground parking about 500 m from the hotel (20 BGN/night) - a bit too far (you have to carry your luggage from the parking to the hotel, as in front of the hotel there is no place you can stop the car and drop off your bags).

What I really liked about this property was the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced the overall experience, making me feel valued and well taken care of. The atmosphere of the property was inviting and peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind.

The breakfast at the property wasn’t bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the selection was decent, the overall freshness and flavor could be enhanced to make it more enjoyable. Some of the items felt a bit standard, and with a little more attention to quality and taste, it could truly stand out. With a few upgrades, the breakfast could easily go from acceptable to memorable.

The hotel is in a good place so close to everything to visit and too much restaurant! The staff is so nice and welcoming. The breakfast it’s so good and so much choice. The room is big and comfortable.

The hotel has a great location with walking distance to the main sights, as well as to the pedestrian street Vitosha Boulevard with its shops and restaurants. The room was clean, there was a great shower. Staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. I appreciated that I could change euros to levas at the hotel.

I had some problems with small black bugs in the bathroom the third night (I stayed for four nights). The bugs was only a few, but anyway. I told the reception about it and they send a cleener, still there was a few bugs the next night. I don't want to make a big issue of this, but it is not nice to have ”unexpected guests” at the night. Whitout this problem I should give the hotel 5 stars, now only 4 stars.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with excellent shower. Good (free) wifi, everything very clean. Location was convenient, only a few minutes walk to Serdika metro station and only about 10-20 minutes walk to all the restaurants and main sights of the city.

Electricity kept on going off, usually for a few seconds or so, but annoying. Breakfast was OK but was hoping for better - cooked food and pastries looked unappetising, however there was a good selection of fresh and dried fruit.

Price However, the price was quite high. While the quality and service were excellent, the cost felt a bit too expensive compared to similar options in the area.

So there were a few issues with the room, such as, shower drained of water very slowly so water leaked from the cubicle across the bathroom floor, bedside lights didn't work, and in the hotel information folder in the room there was no phone number given if you wanted to call reception from your room. When I mentioned these issues to receptionist, she didn’t seem interested and I’m not sure she even made a note of them, so I thought that was not great customer service.

As of the summer of 2023, it is obvious the hotel has been recently renovated. There is new stone work, carpets and lighting as well as fresh paint. The bathroom is new, spacious and well stocked with more than adequate water pressure and flow. The room is also spacious and large enough for two people to enjoy the space. The room electronics are new and the room has inbuilt USB chargers. There is refrigerator and mini bar which was extremely useful during the hot months. You can run the A/C or open a window but not both (this somehow make good sense). The breakfast is a buffet of wonderful food and great start to the day. The hotel itself is located between two metro stops and directly in front of tram stops. It is easy to get to and from nearly all the sights in central Sofia by foot or tram with the Metro being an option for more distant treks. The staff at the hotel are friendly and appear happy to help you. All in all it was a fantastic stay and I could definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to stay there again someday.

The Trams are very loud at night. Having the window open is not possible for outward facing rooms.

Overall, the hotel provides a good quality experience, with no surprises: no bad surprises, but also not good ones. The hotel has quite a central location, you can walk to many places, and there is a public transport nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, their English is good. The room was well maintained, everything was in place and worked well. The breakfast was good and tasty, but lacked the extra quality touch and willingness to refresh the menu. Jacuzzi and sauna were working (quite basic, no luxury). We got an option to do the late checkout for a very reasonable price.

The room equipment was OK but not modern. There were no USB connectors. The jacuzzi and the sauna are quite small, and have limited working hours. Same breakfast was served every day,

my stay does not include any of them like breakfast. At least they could put small bottle of water free for visitors. But room was clean,large,wifi was good and not effected. Staff is nice & polite. People who stays there are also nice which is also important

Charging 20-24 euro for early checking is unacceptable. I have to wait 4 hours in the mall with 3 hours sleep on sunday morning. You are already charging 70 euro for 24 hours then you are requesting 20 euro for 4 hours early enterance. I had never come across with that. As a result, I did not pay and I had to wait 4-5 hours for the check-in so it was not a nice experiance at all.
