Great breakfast selection, including a variety of cold beverages, teas and coffees. The location is excellent for the city centre, and exploring. Huge room.

The carpeting is VERY dirty and tired, as is the wallpaper, in both the corridors and rooms. The rooms could definitely use some refreshing, like new beds, redecorating etc. The air conditioning wasn't working properly.

Location was very good. It was near to metro station and shopping mall. We also get free parking. Breakfast was great and tasty. Hotel staff was wonderful and very friendly. Our room have minibar and big tv. We sleep very well because bed was soft and AC was great. Hotel rooms was also silent so there was no sound in night.

Only small but quite annoying things was missing shower curtain. Everytime after shower the bathroom floor was wet. We get some extra towel but I think it is more healthy to enviroment if there were shower curtain, because it would saves some towels and stop overusing towels to clean bathroom floor.

The location is very good, right by the metro station in the city centre. Our room was spacious but a little bit dusty in some spots. The breakfast for decent, nothing to complain about and the check out time at 12PM was really appreciated. Overall, it accorded to our expectations.

The rooms could use a little update and the breakfast can be more varied. Also, the pictures don't really comply with the reality.

Hotel's position is perfect. 15 minutes walking to the city center. Very close to the metro station, supermarket, mall and a very good typical restaurant (suggested by the staff). The bed was quite confortable. Wifi was working good. Breakfast is well assorted and not bad at all. Personnel has been polite and kind. We have been lucky: four sunny days in November!

Our room was tolerably small, without balcony and just above the breakfast hall. Not that bad, but noisy in the early morning. In the bathroom, the shower had some leaks because of the box sliding door failing closure. Moquette on the floor has to be changed or better cleaned/restored.

Everything. Staff were great, very friendly & helpful. Service definitely 5 stars. Location was good, 2 minutes from the metro so very easy to get around. And 4 minutes walk from Sophia Mall. Room was large & comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious. And they made us a packed breakfast when we had to leave early for the airport. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay again if we return to Sofia.

Beds were a bit low for us.

Really good range of food for breakfast, both hot and cold. Room was very comfortable and in a great location - 2 minutes from the Metro which ran direct to the airport. Staff at reception were very helpful and reception area was clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable and mini bar was well stocked. Internet worked well.

Door didn't initialy open so I had to get help from reception with the door key. TV had no English channels and very little to choose from. Shower had a leak which flooded the bathroom but staff were receptive when I informed them of this.

Room was Great, they also offer me an upgraded room for free, they had a mini bar and cleaning was done daily, Receptionist was very nice to me, the location is very close to mall of Sofia (about 350 meters away, 5 minutes walk) its a 3 star hotel, don't expect much and you won't be disappointment.

Breakfast was so-so, Sausages were not available twice and on another occasion, the bread served was old and moldy, its the only reason I rated this 9/10 and not 10/10

It’s a nice hotel, the apartment was quite spacious with a nice big wardrobe and a lot of space. I liked that there was a nice desk where I was able to do some work. The location is not in the ideal city centre but quite close to the underground station and the mall so still pretty convenient.

The beds were not the most comfortable and were a bit small at least for me. I am quite a big guy almost 2 meters tall so your mileage could vary. There was also a small issue with the shower cabin door making it a bit tricky to close it fully.

I chose this hotel for convenience (nearer to the bus station than other hotels) and price (cheaper than most) as I was looking for a sort of "stopover" hotel, en route back via Sofia which I had already visited. So I wasn't expecting much. But it was nice, with really big room, air con was good, comfy bed, nice breakfast...

Tiny thing but the power wasn't on when I came back from a day walking around. Had to go down to reception to get them to come up. A fuse had blown (keeps happening in that room, they told me).

great hotel for everyone. Central, great value for money, very clean. Every booking via Booking includes breakfast. Kistenkoser parking lot. Only 400m walk to metro station OPALZENSKA, very nice staff, large rooms with air conditioning with heating function up to 30 C in the winter months. Great WiFi, felt like a minibar. Quietly located on each room side. Can recommend to everyone because of the best price performance and all other advantages
