The staff is incredibly well trained and genuinely friendly and helpful. The decor and the gardens are stunning, and we loved the pool. To top it off, the hotel is Cambodian-owned, so you know that you are contributing to the local economy too. Take their advice on tours - we had to the temples was fantastic. And enjoy that lovely breakfast.

I just spent my holidays with my wife at the hotel. Thanks to everyone there my stay was fabulous. Great breakfast, very comfortable rooms.

We had a really lovely one-week stay at Boutique Indochine d'Angkor. It's a peaceful oasis, about a 15-20 minute walk (or 5 minute tuk tuk ride) from the city centre. We loved having the pool to cool off in and our room was huge and comfortable. We had breakfast included and they provide 4 set menu options, including Western and local dishes. We also had dinner at the restaurant a few times and the Fish Amok and Red Curry were delicious. The staff were friendly and helped us to book a few temple tours and sort out sim cards (they had free Smart sims in the lobby). There's also a decent local gym about a 5-minute walk down the road for $1 USD per session. All-in-all, I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Siem Reap.

The wifi was OK most of the time (about 15-20mb/s), but sometimes dropped out. It was enough to get some work done, but not the best. I think this is quite normal in Siem Reap.

We stayed in off season and the hotel was amazing value. The pool is gorgeous and the room was spacious and clean despite being the cheapest option. It’s a nice place to relax away from the noise of the city strip.

Sadly I found the staff quiet stand offish and awkward to interact with. Some of the staff were also incompetent and work at a snails pace. Room service was a pain to organise. The restaurant was shocking. Firstly, the waitress put soda water in the gin and tonic. The food took an hour and a half to be served and there was only one other family in the restaurant. Food was very basic as well not what you expect from a five star hotel. They gave us no apologises for the delay.

Boutique Indochine in Siem Reap turned out to be a hidden gem that I'm so glad to have discovered. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in an enchanting experience. The ambiance of this hotel is simply captivating. The blend of Khmer architecture and contemporary design creates an inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The well-maintained gardens and the serene pool area provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. My room was a haven of comfort. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, showcasing the local artistry and culture. The bed was a dream to sleep on after a day of exploring the temples. The thoughtful amenities were a nice touch that enhanced my stay. The standout feature of Boutique Indochine, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and attended to my every need. Whether it was arranging transportation or sharing insider tips for exploring Siem Reap, their warm hospitality was truly commendable.

The staff were super friendly and everyone was so accommodating. I had asked for just a small message to greet my partner for his birthday and they had set up a whole bed with decorations and a surprise with singing! it was super sweet. I think they went above and beyond for that. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone on their honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, or any celebration you may have. The set up of the rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfortable, the layout is beautiful, the room had a view of the pool, it is definitely a great place to stay if you are in Siem Reap. it’s only a few km away from Pub street. maybe around 2km away. but not much and you can easily grab a tuktuk. Please stay here if you are going to Siem Reap. You will definitely love the decorations and the way the hotel is designed from the lobby, restaurant, pool and all the way until your room. it’s beautiful!

Neutral aspect of the hotel: - Service from the hotel staff: Very standardized smile and greetings. Nothing over the top or below the mark - My package doesn't include bfast, so i cannot comment on the spread. Some pros of the hotel: - The food from the room service was GREAT. Ordered twice and both meals were delicious and price was very reasonable for a hotel standard - Room was clean and decent size. - Cozy swimming pool, which is great.

Great atmosphere, in the pool/courtyard/restaurant area, very relaxed and quiet despite being in the city. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Food was good quality, both local and western food. There was even a range of wines that was quite reasonable.

The only thing we would fault were the beds, they were very firm. However, other hotels in Cambodia had similar beds so I would not criticize this too much, only to say that in this country I guess they prefer really firm beds.
