The cabin was great. It's so warm and cozy. Always plenty of hot water. We cooked in the little kitchen a few times, everything you needed. Lots of clean fresh towels. The breakfast was fantastic, we looked forward to it every morning, it set us up for the day. Best muffins EVER! Karen was a great host, very knowledgeable about Banff and surrounding areas. The location could not have been better, 2 minutes walk from the town and supermarket. A great place to stay.

I liked all of it, but I suppose if I was being honest the cabin was a little tired, but that is part of its charm, it was definitely good value for money.

The property is very central to Banff Avenue and right opposite a grocery store which is convenient. The cabin is very cosy and warm with the most comfortable bed ever! Karen is an amazing host!

Nothing. It’s perfect!

Everything was perfect. Location could not be better, on a quiet street one short block away from Banff Avenue with free parking. The hospitality was awesome. Our host Karin was fantastic, offering us a yummy breakfast delivered to our door. This breakfast included freshly baked warm homemade muffins loaded with fruit (blueberry day one, raspberry day two, banana day three), a special meat & cheese plate, orange juice, grain bread, plus. Oh yes, & Saskatoon berry jam! Obviously we highly recommend this accommodation.

Our host Karen is the best, very down to earth and friendly. Gave us great info on the area and where to visit base on your preference. She notified us about the aurora event on the day of our arrival. Extremely appreciative as it was my wife's number one bucket list item. Gave us local knowledge of when and where to go, super helpful, my wife was so happy. Secondly the breakfast included was excellent, quality ingredients in the meal and freshly baked muffins (must try). Location is in the heart of everything, walking distance to all business needs and with on site parking included. But in the end, Karen is definitely the gem of the place. Can't beat a genuine and friendly host

The property was a bit dated but reasonably clean. That is the only downside which we didn't care because everything else is so great.

A great place for couples to stay and enjoy the Banff area. Check in was easy and the host was super friendly and helpful. Location was great , right in the downtown area. 2 mins to Laundry, Liquor store, Pharmacy and more than 100+ restaurants. Finally, one of the best breakfast you will eat at a B&B. There were freshly baked muffins, juice, bread, cheese and deli meat along with sandwich bread to make use of the cheese and meat for a takeout lunch. The muffins were so delicious and melting. I would definitely stay here again if i can find availability.

It is located directly in Banff. We had our own small house in the garden with 2 rooms for 4 persons max including bath and cooking corner. Every day, we got an extraordinary breakfast with self-made muffins and marmalade (both wonderful). Also, the bread was real bread with high quality. And it was quite a lot. We were surprised that such a wonderful breakfast was not officially mentioned on the booking page. The lady, our host, was also very supportive. For sure it costs some money, but overall, for 3 persons (or 4) it is OK.

The property was small, quirky and very conveniently placed in the town. It was warm and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The breakfast was the best ever! Karens fresh homemade muffins were delicious! Karen, was also so helpful in providing maps and ideas of what to do.

It was in definite need of renovation plus, a few cobwebs and dust in not so easy to reach places, however this didn’t spoil our stay!

What I liked about Holiday Lodge Cabins was the location—it’s within walking distance to downtown Banff, making it super convenient. I also appreciated the free breakfast delivered straight to the cabin, which was an unexpected bonus. Karin's hospitality was excellent, as she was very accommodating from the start, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The host was very nice , gracious and accommodating. She gives us a lot of tips on where to eat, what to see , what not to miss . Breakfast was very good she even offered to bring our breakfast early when we have to leave early and we were able to make a sandwich for lunch , provided all the necessary items and the muffins it is so good.

Needs a little TLC

The fresh baked muffins were a delicious and unique touch to breakfast. We appreciated the offer of a bagged lunch for one of our day hikes since we couldn’t have breakfast one of the days. The location was central and the cozy room was equipped with all the essentials. Although the rooms are old, the place is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Highly recommended!

The wifi was good but not excellent; I had to hotspot for a video conference. Otherwise, it was the perfect place that exceeded expectations.
