The hotel was located beatifully and was an amazing value for money comparing it to other hotels in Canmore. Appartment was very spacious, offered a nice view, and the kitchen had everything you need and more. The gym and pool were nice for the evening and you can make free use of the 6 barbecues located outside. The staff was superb, were very nice and helpful and they let you rent bear spray for free during your stay. Highly recommend.

There were only some very small things. The sofabed was fairly hard and thus not very comfortable, some glasses were not properly cleaned and the pool was quite busy almost all of the time. There also only was free wifi in the lobby and you had to pay to get wifi in your room, which I think is not really of this time, but the lobby was nice and not busy so it wasn't a big problem to us. Besides these small remarks we had an amazing stay

Amazing value for money!!! We were on a family holiday all the way from Scotland and had booked this last minute whilst we were in Banff as we weren’t keen on finishing our holiday back in Calgary. Most places were fully booked so we had limited choice and settled on the Worldmark. We couldn’t believe what we got for the value we paid! Facilities were fantastic, very clean and the best hotel we had stayed in during our trip. The staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect! I am already planning our next trip here and we have agreed we will be staying here for the best part of it!

Everything was very good, beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and enjoying the outdoor hot tub after a long day of exploring the area and the underground parking option. Close to downtown Canmore with wonderful breweries and eateries and short drive to Banff National Park. Staff were very friendly and polite. We’ll be back for sure!

location of the place is perfect and the space for the room we got. everything was operational and convenient you guys are my go too place from now on.

not big things the gym was a little underwhelming but who comes to Banff to workout but some heavier weights would have been nice and paying for wifi was a little inconvenient but it was cheap for me while I was their and I wasn’t really home to use it so I’m okay without it for the most part.

This is our third time here! Feel homey and inviting. Very functional, clean, well-run resort. Love the hot-tub, common room with fireplace, meeting room. Our condo was so comfy with nice kitchen, good bed. Excellent place! Has a bike storage room and is right on the trails.

We really enjoyed the studio suite that we had it was great it had cooking microwave stove top had a fridge dishwasher the bed was super comfortable the other room was really well appointed very nice

I have to say we were pretty disappointed that what we would call the higher end hotel such as this expected you to pay for Wi-Fi and I’ll give you an example the night before we came to this place we stayed in medicine hat at a motel at $69 a night that had free Wi-Fi so that was disappointing that a hotel of the stature I didn’t have free Wi-Fi we also feel that a dresser for clothes especially for people that are staying longer than a few days a dresser would’ve been nice to put clothes in

Quiet scenic location outside of town so transportation is needed to get anywhere.

Unfortunately, we had a room with a hum behind the bathroom wall. It wasn't noticeable until we went to bed. Fortunately, we could minimize the noise by closing the bedroom and bathroom doors.

A 4 night stay, 1 towel each. I asked for one more set and it was very kindly given so no complaints about the staff but it looks skimpy in my opinion. Ever since COVID no more coffee service in the foyer, just too bad 😞

I liked the kitchenette and the tv on a swivel!

Small hottub and pool; no breakfast or food or room service on site; no wifi in the rooms was a very large disappointment- never have paid and stayed at a hotel that didn’t include wifi in the room.
