The accomodation was very clean and beds were comfy. We loved the rooftop hot tub! Location is good, its away from main street but there are shops and restaurants next door/walkable distance.

We stayed there in end of June and the units can get a bit stuffy. We had a portable aircon unit in each bedroom and thankfully we were a ground floor unit. Parking is limited to one parking stall per unit which is annoying especially for a place that offers three bedroom units. Parking in Canmore is limited.

A great place! lots of room in the 2 bedroom condo! only downfall is the train tracks are directly behind the lodge… As it’s CP’s main line trains run all night long, every 30-50 mins through the night! as someone who works for a railway it’s not what you want to hear all night long! they do supply ear plugs. but our room looked right out onto the tracks!

it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed!

we called later as my daughter left her ear phones there when she spoke to someone they said someone did find and say something about earphones. they would look into it and send them back via mail. however they never followed up. they were my daughters favorite. would like to receive them still

Love the large dining room table. Appreciate the 3 bathrooms. Appreciate that the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It’s well thought out! Appreciate being able to bring our dog with us. The unit was very quiet.

Could use one more comfortable chair in the living room. Parking stalls are quite tight when visitors have big trucks. Internet was a bit unreliable some days? Other times it was fine. Hot tub could have been hotter.

Close to downtoan. And right next to bagel companyfor breakfast. Loved that it had air conditioning.

The train came by quite often and the ones sleeping on the sofa bed said it was quite loud. But honestly the air conditioning was so loud in our room overnight it didn't bother me. It would be nice to have soemth8ng in the second bedroom to put your suitcase on.

More than enough for us in a suite. Great kitchen, washer and dryer. Fridge and ovens were immaculately cleaned. The bathroom facilities and toiletries were also great. Bagel shop next door needs a shoutout and is a great place to start the day. The location here is excellent with so much to do and so many sunrises and bunnies to see on the morning stroll/ jog.

A little dark and a little hot for my liking. The a/c was sadly lacking in gust and we were not keen to open the windows as they lead to a rather busy smokers courtyard just outside.

Really clean! Staff could not do more to help. Facilities were excellent it really felt like a home away from home. Washing machine, air con, kitchen utensils!!! All great, the staff were fantastic

Could hear the people above and tried to text the helpline but I think it doesn’t work with non-Canadian numbers so we had to go to the front desk. Some people would park in our space because of the bagel shop nearby which was annoying. Overall fantastic though!

- Close to stores if you need anything - Decent price + cleanliness - Had essentially everything you need (towels, dishes, soap, etc.) - Hot tub was nice and clean - Nice staff + easily accessible if needed

- Train was pretty loud and came often - Bed and sofa bed was not very comfortable - Door needed to be pulled tightly to actually be locked even though it appeared to be closed and locked. (someone walked in)

location was central. staffs at the lodge were helpful and want to help whenever possible my daughter forgot her retainer at the resort and the staff notified me before I even know about it. thanks to Julie for the notification and her effort to make arrangements to have it delivered back to me

not enough parking and was tight

The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Wifi was great. Bedrooms were a good size, shower was awesome. Good location with parking on site. Communication with check in staff and guest services supervisor Cleo Arana were friendly and professional.

The only thing I would have like was some tea towels in the kitchen to dry dishes as I'm not a big fan of dishwashers.
