The room was comfortable with a large king bed, good size floor space and place to store clothes etc. good size fridge and it is very close to Canmore town centre and everything is within walking distance.

The heating system was clunky, and very loud. The TV in the room Seemed to have a mind of its own what buttons did or didn’t work, and randomly the volume would go up or down. Sadly, my room was above a room which had a dog which barked a lot, and could hear it though the floor in the night. None of these things were deal breakers, but, I did expect a little more from the price point of this room. The property could benefit from a booking system for the hot tub, so that guests all have a fair chance of accessing it, especially during busy times, sadly it wasn’t a feature I was able to use as it was always occupied when I tried to go.

On arrival, felt like we were coming into an old rundown highway motel, but were very pleasantly surprised once we got into the room. Room was quite big, separate living and kitchen area. Bed comfortable. At the end of the main drag so made for great experience with easy access to the town. Probably the best property we stayed at during our week long trip from Vancouver to Calgary

Would have been nice to have some plates, cutlery and a toaster.. there were plenty of wine glasses though..

Beautiful scenery around hotel. Centrally located. Overall, a great place to stay.

Had one issue with our room not being cleaned as scheduled, which I think was due to a mix up at check in. Not the end of the world and mistakes happen. Check in staff not overly helpful with correcting the problem (didn’t really seem to know how to help or what could be offered to correct things), but in the end had little impact on our time in town.

It's always clean. Beds are super comfy and curtains keep it nice and dark, not too noisy. I like the rocky mountain soaps, and it's a fantastic amount of space for the price.

I've stayed here before in the spring and it was fantastic. Still great this time but it was absolutely freezing. I don't know if the heat was just broken because there was a space heater in there, but it did nothing to keep the room warm. I had to wear three layers of clothes to bed and it was about 10 degrees when i got up. I get it it's a winter town, but I still want to be warm inside lol. I would've brought my own if I was just informed it would be cold.

the heated floor in the bathroom was nice. everything was clean. felt comfortable walking around in bare feet. there were plenty of hooks to hang coats, etc. and lots of drawer space.

the room was too warm and we had to open the door and windows to cool it down. (even after turning the thermostat off.} woke up to the grader clearing the parking lot at 7am. would like an instruction manual for the Cube, as well as some way to turn off the screen. It was too bright at night when trying to sleep. a shelf in the shower would be helpful.

We didn't have a chance to eat breakfast. but the location is so good. Everything is close and within walking distance of the hotel.

Please use the big doormat at the entrance of the door especially in winter because all the mess with shoes spread inside the room.and if possible keep a outdoor shoe scraper cleaner brush at the room door especially which one are with the parking spot. Thank you

Rooms were lovely! Finished really well and the fact that there was air conditioning was the cherry on the top! Right beside the Main Street in Canmore, it made for an ideal stop for the night.

As easy as the contactless check in and out is, you do somewhat miss a bit of human interaction. I would have been worried if something happened when the “front desk” in the nearby coffee shop was closed but luckily everything went smoothly for us.

It has an excellent location, right in the center of Canmore. There are many good restaurants and stores around. The cost/benefit rate is attractive. The beds are comfortable, and the auto check-in/check-out is a plus.

My room was on the street level, so it was impossible to open the curtains. First-floor rooms certainly are more private. Also, my room was tiny, while others were more spacious, even with a small living room and kitchen.

The room was newly renovated, new linens, very clean, prime location off railroad ave so walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking on site was included, great for the location. It's a motel style but the room stayed warm even in -20C. Did not use hot tub but it was open. Value is great for a usually expensive Canmore stay.

The bed was a bit hard, linens were thin. If there was a fluffier duvet or a softer bed this would be a home run stay.

This hotel literally has the CLEANEST rooms we have ever stayed at! Yes we use a blacklight, after Covid we are a tad more narcotic. We found ONE tiny little drop under the table, behind the toilet was even spotless!! The beds were super comfy and the TV was huge! Very nice room overall, and the staff was very kind. The hot tub was clean and wonderful! Location of course was amazing!!!

The only things that need work are the Nespresso machine....gross! Please bring in real coffee???? The ice machine is in the office, which is not open very often, so that's inconvenient. Also no microwave, which can be handy when wanting to reheat some leftovers.
