Hotel was clean; the room was comfortable and well equipped. Decent view and we were able to see some of the nightly fireworks. Elevator was quick and almost always available at the touch of the button. Welcome cookie was good as always and the breakfast purchased from the restaurant was quickly prepared, well presented, hot and tasty. The bus stop is directly outside so getting around is quite easy if you prefer not to walk the short distances. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't use the pool and while it did look very clean with clear water, the smell of chlorine was strong as we approached it. Would be a plus if breakfast was included in the price but all in all it was a decent stay.

I like the service, comfort and value. The hotel was clean and helpful.

I didn't like that the pool was crowded. A family was letting their children run around the pool area (yell, splash, and not watching out for others) I wish there was more of an adult swim, where the pool and hot tub are open for adults to relax and enjoy a quit retreat.

Pros: I booked a room with a fallsview and actually got one. Location was great but if you have kids, it’s too far to walk to Clifton Hill where most kid friendly activities are located. Close enough to Victoria place,short walk to Skylon Tower. Buchanan Restaurant had good bfast options but a bit pricey. Comfortable beds. Welcome cookies is a nice touch!

Cons: Received email that I can request a digital key but the key did not arrive until midnight after checking in at 4. Plumbing issues: We ended up turning off the toilet bowl tank water supply at night because it kept running on and off we can’t sleep from the sound. Also you can hear the adjacent room turning on the shower whenever they use it which I assume is the same for them.

We stayed at the 15th floor facing the falls. Nice scenic view of the American and Bridal falls from the room. The Horseshoe Falls was not directly visible but could still see the spray from it. Nice, spacious room with 2 double beds. (We were 2 adults and 2 kids). Comfy beds. Loads of eating places nearby. Niagara Falls is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Parking is not free and the rate is high. (It wasn't a surprise as I knew when I booked the hotel). Breakfast was not included as part of the room booking.

We like this hotel a lot. It's the second time we've stayed here. It's far enough away from the noise of Clifton Hill but close enough to the falls to walk there in about 15 minutes. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless. Make sure to ask for a cookie when you check in.

The only thing I really hate is all the little extras being added on to the bill. Tax for this, extra charge for that. Why don't they just include it all as the total price? Like in Europe. I especially dislike the $25 per day parking charge. I think it's extortionate for just parking your car. It's not even a downtown hotel!

Location was great, close enough to walk yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms were a decent size and beds were super comfy. Elevator was very efficient, rarely had to wait more than a minute for one. Would definitely return if we’re ever in Niagara Falls again.

The restaurant service was so slow for breakfast, but the food was good. While the pool area is really nice it needs supervision, kids were jumping in from the ledge and doing flips, it was very chaotic. Would have liked breakfast to be included in stay.

The property was fantastic and accessible to aminities like restaurants and convience store only need few minutes walk. We like our room although we are not really close to the fall still we can see the view of the falls from our room and infront of us is the skylon tower. The staff are friendly and maintained the cleanliness of the room. I will surely come back to stay here again. To those who are planning to visit Niagara Falls Canada this hotel is highly recommended.

We arrived Sunday night after a long drive, and we're greeted by such a friendly staff member who made check in Nice and easy, even offered us complimentary Cookies! I made note that we would be on our honeymoon for our trip, and when we got to our room, the staff actually made a love display on the bed with folded towels in the shape of Swans and rose petals!! The view from our room was outstanding. We were on the top floor with a view directly of the U.S Falls, Skylon Tower and Clifton Hill. Our entire stay was amazing, full of great moments that will last us a lifetime!

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

I had booked a room for 5 persons for which the rate was higher but when I asked for the availability of bed for the 5th person I was asked to pay extra charges for the roll bed which otherwise was supposed to be built in higher room rate charged for 5 persons. Anyhow the bed provided was comfortable. The quality of staff at guest relations needs to be improved.

The hotel was beautiful inside, the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view, and the location was perfect for walking to either the Fallsview area or the Clifton Hill area. The swimming pool was perfect, and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast that was not overpriced.

No real complaints. Adding another hot tub in the swimming area would be nice. It was almost always full.
