All in all I was satisfied with the room, the staff are friendly and easy to talk to, the location is good as it is close to restaurants, gas, a few minutes walk to the falls. My only concern is that the room does not have it’s own microwave, we are at the 1st floor which is an excellent lovation for us as I hate going up and down the stairs but when we needed microwave to re-heat the food we have to go up on the second floor. I find it inconvenience especially when there are other people who also wants to re-heat their food, it would have been nice if there is one inside your own room. Aside from this everything is great and would definitely choose the place again.

Though I mention about the microwave, I coudn’t say I dislike it. I do not so really I have nothing to say.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge wasnt cooling and the staff quickly replaced it for us within an hour. The room was very quiet during our stay, we didn't hear anything from the hallway or rooms beside us. That was surprising since the place was all booked up. The location is perfect! You are within 800 meters many attractions in Niagra Falls. We did not need to use our vehicle to go anywhere. We used the Wego bus or walked to our destinations. The included parking was a huge factor in our decision to stay here. We would definately stay there again. Not fancy but clean and great location.

having a coffee maker in the rooms would be great. The coffee in the lobby is only available around 9:00am. That,s too late for most people. It should be available by 7:00 am. The saving grace is that half a block away there is a convinience store to get early coffee, but most people don't want to leave the motel to get their morning coffee. If I have one complaint it is about having coffee available early in the morning for all guests and maybe cookies too. Other than that all was great.

The Diplomat Inn is great value for your money. We stayed there from Tuesday Sept.24- 26th for 2 nights in an Executive Room with 2 Queen Beds on the second floor. The staff are friendly, courteous and very accommodating. A very special mention and thank you to Carla, Khan and Lili for making our 2 night stay amazing. The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. Parking is free. Free coffee in the morning. They also have an ice machine and microwave. The air conditioner/heater unit in our room worked excellent. Location is within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the Falls. This is our second year in a row staying here ( for our girls trip) and we will make this our hotel for future girls trips. It's perfect for what we need. Thank you Diplomat Inn.

The only little thing we didn't like was that there were no ports to plug in your phone or technical devices. It would also be nice if there were more electrical outlets beside each bed near the night table so that we could plug in our phones with charging cords and blocks.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive, they really made you feel welcome. We entered the lobby to the clean smell of freshly washed laundry, the place was spotlessly clean and you could see workers around quietly improving the building. The room was huge, clean and newly refurbished, beds were comfy. Lots of satellite tv channels. We got an excellent price! It was a 1 minute drive to Fallsview Casino, 15 min walk to the falls, some restaurants to walk to close by and FREE PARKING. Really great value for the money. They do have kettles on demand but you need to bring your own milk and tea, instant coffee etc if you want a hot drink in your room. You do have a fridge to store things.

It is hard to complain when I got such great value! Small improvements would be to update the heating / air conditioning so you could set the room to a certain temperature, the heat worked well on the cool evening but you could only select settings of 1, 2 or 3. You can hear things from the hall and other rooms, so bring ear plugs if that bothers you.

The room was very spacious as well as clean. The fridge was nice to have. Coffee in the morning until noon in the lobby was great. The bed was very comfy and the staff were very nice. The room was very quiet also. Having a night light incorporated in the mirrors was very clever. For the price it was really great. The bonus was the FREE parking. So many places you stay at the Falls, you have to pay at least $20 to park, which really adds to the cost of your room. We have booked to stay again in a couple of months as we go to the Falls quite often. This could now be our go to place. We booked the newly renovated room with 2 queen beds.

The best way to describe this hotel is bojuie on a budget. Don’t be discouraged by the outside, warm hallways or the carpet in the stairs, the rooms are wonderful! They did the best renovating with what they have and if you are looking for a great priced hotel with clean rooms and clean comfy beds and a fridge, this is your place! Also they offer free parking, 90% of hotels in that area charge $20+ for parking and this hotel is a 4 min drive to the falls! *mind you these pictures are ones I took after our stay before we left.

The price very affordable. The room is stunning. Love the free coffee in the morning. The room has a great mini fridge and a microwave you can use (not in the room). Love location (bus stop is very close WEGO blue/red lines). The stuff is very friendly

Just some tips: The floor is very slippery when wet. It is very noisy because the hallway has an echo. Because of the value of the rooms the young people are very noisy around 1am -4am ( not the hotels fault). This is not a family friendly hotel, due to the language and subject matter of the younger customers

Great price, very clean, good location, parking included and the staff are always lovely. My second time staying here and I’ll be back again. Love the Indian restaurant next door. Rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable.

Walls/floors are thin so it can be a bit loud if someone is in the hallways/above/below making any noise. The rooms could be a bit darker, curtains don’t block all the light and the mirrors have lights on them that can’t be turned off completely (that I know of).

I loved the location, it was steps away from food, transport, entertainment everything. You can't ask for a better location. The first night we got there, we had too many suitcases and could not make the stairs with them all. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to stay in a much nicer room downstairs.

The walls are thin, and you can hear everything in and down the corridor. A family stayed down the corridor and let their kids have the corridor as a playground. I eventually had to call the front desk. No micowaves in the room so everyone has to take all their food upstairs to reheat. There are only 2 microwaves, that's crazy.

The room was nice. location was good walking distance to falls and main attractions staff was nice they even offered coffee in the morning and there parking is free which is great only a few hotels and inns offers free parking beds were comfortable beds cleaned it was 9out of 10

Air conditioner leaked in the beginning there was a pool of water on floor nothing to worry about probably was the humidity the door was old but over all it was great
