Place was recommended by a co-worker and we were not disappointed, celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and had dinner at AG on the premises! Room, location and especially dinner (chef, staff and food) were all fantastic... upgraded to a jacuzzi/walking shower suite which were great and enjoyed a fantastic complimentary breakfast delivered to our room in morning. A short walk around the corner and we were at the top of Cliffton hill right near the fairis wheel with a view of the falls at the bottom of the hill.

Price was on the high side but worth it for the room and restaurant quality! TV in the room had some technical difficulties but didn't really care and the complimentary coffee area in lobby was out of order but both were small inconveniences.

The rooms are HUGE! The staff goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My crown came out & the desk clerk found a dentist that was able to get me in. Within 2 hours of losing it, it was fixed & we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The complimentary room service breakfast was such a nice way to start each day. If you want dining suggestions ask at the reception desk. We tried a couple of their suggestions & really enjoyed them both. The Sterling Inn is just one block off the main entertainment area, with the cruise dock & zipline just on the other side. We didn’t really need the car except for a day trip to Niagara on the Lake.

We only had one issue which was with the hot water in the shower. They addressed it immediately.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived, until we left. We were given a room upgrade. The jacuzzi suite was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The breakfast in bed was delicious and the OJ & quiche were extremely good. They went above and beyond and even brought breakfast quite early on the day we left. All the staff were friendly & helpful. A great Indian restaurant is a 1 minute walk across the with reasonable prices & great food. The hotel is in a great location to Clifton Hill & Victoria Street too. Highly recommend!!!!!

Everything was great!!!

Location - everything walkable, smaller property hotel - high end, good price, very clean. We checked-in quick - they even upgraded our rooms to deluxe rooms for free!! Staff very attentive and friendly (even heard one of them call the rooms that didn’t put their breakfast card on the door the night before - to make sure they wanted breakfast or not).

It is “couple” hotel but I wish our room had something to hide the shower - it was open to view (maybe install drapes??). My daughter and I got innovative with bath towels. Not all rooms are like that my husband and son’s room had a closed bathroom. They did offer to move us (the next day) but it was a nice room upgrade so we stuck it out. The continental breakfast was good but can get tiresome if you have the same foods x 4 days (but you can always opt out and go out for breakfast).

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like special guests. We were heartedly welcomed; the spa, parking, and dining facilities were explained; and the room location was pinpointed. Our room more than met our expectations- we had been traveling for three weeks-staying at highly rated hotels and the Sterling Inn and Spa was by far the nicest one we stayed. I highly recommend it- nice furnishings, special touches (candles and rose petals), a professional and kind staff, extra clean rooms, and a lovely meal.

Better advertising (photos) to let the public know how nice this hotel is; it deserves more notice. The surrounding area does not do it justice.

The price was great, it was extremely clean, the breakfast was amazing, and it was a great location. It was quiet and very personable. I felt as the staff really cared about you having a great visit. The breakfast delivered to your room was so amazing, and it was really good food. it was nice not having to worry about where to find breakfast. I would highly recommend this place. I did a lot of research on properties for visiting the falls, and I’m so thankful I went with this hotel.

I cannot think of anything. Parking is premium in this area and a lot of the hotels charge for parking in addition to the overnight stay. Most were 30 to 40 per night. Here it was only $18 Canadian. We parked our car here and then just walked everywhere. It was a great location.

The room was huge and had the coolest whirlpool bathtub. Super romantic and included breakfast in bed each morning, which we loved! The location was perfect, as it is just one street off of the main strip making everything walkable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Do not miss out on trying the restaurant!! The food and service was incredible.

On the last night, we put the do not disturb placard on the door and did not fill out a request for breakfast because we wanted to sleep in. The staff called and woke us up to ask about breakfast. I know they were trying to be considerate, but we had been up early all week and really wanted the extra sleep. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Fulfilling breakfast included (which is rare nowadays), An added bonus of a free champagne toast in the basement restaurant was the perfect touch. The steam shower was absolutely amazing! The room was super quiet/soundproof. So much so that I felt like I was staying in a villa in an exotic vacation

No microwave. I would have given the room a perfect 10 if a microwave was included. I think parking could've been a little cheaper given the price of the room but it was still a much better price than the parking fees I saw at other lodging options.

We loved everything! As soon as we arrived the front staff greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were large and spacious and felt more like an air-bnb than a hotel room! We even had our own bathrobes and slippers and a fireplace! The breakfast in our room was the best! It is included in the price and was delicious-including the french press coffee. Clifton Hill and the Falls were only a short walk (maybe 10 mins?) and when we were back at the room it was nice to have quiet. Would recommend highly!

The ONLY thing i would add is that there is not an automatic door opening at the main entrance-meaning that you have to physically hold the door open as you pull luggage through.

Beautiful hotel with huge spacious palatial rooms! Huge steam shower was awesome. Liked that hey provided free water bottles which was much appreciated. It it had a mini fridge. Breakfast was brought to the room and was quite nice! Gas fireplace was awesome. People at desk were friendly and informative. Drinks and dinner was very good. Tastefully decorated. Walkable to everything.

The bed was very very firm. I like a firm bed but wow not sure what kind of mattress is that firm. Husband on the other hand loved it. Did not like that parking was $18 a day but I knew that when I booked it. Still kind of pricey I think.
