I booked the 1bed King room and it was very nice, comfortable, and spacious; it was better than what I expected. The bathroom was clean and the TV is big with great quality. It even had a large sized couch/ futon. The pool is a nice size and the gym is GREAT (clean, upgraded, useable equipment, and good size). The staff was very helpful and made processes easy. I even extended my stay for another night and it was easily taken care of. The surrounding area of the hotel is very nice, many fast food and restaurant options for all ages. Good gift shops and attractions as well. The paid parking (in my opinion) was worth it because it was a fair rate per night and its super close to the property; I knew where my car was at all times, didn't fear about towing, and didn't have to walk far with shopping bags etc. Mississauga and Toronto are a little over an hour away and are great places to go if you can spare the drive!

There was not anything I didn't like which was surprising because I travel a lot. But, of course, this will vary for everyone as we all have different expectations and things we like and dont like. Great hotel, and if you decide to stay here, I hope you have the same experience I did.

The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms, plus the view were just amazing! The room size was just enough and my family and I could stay there for almost a week comfortably. We also absolutely enjoyed the breakfast and friendliness of the employees.

I think it was a reasonable expectation to find water in the room, which wasn't. I also understand that it's common to rent the parking separately in the Niagara area, however, it could be nice to include that as free for the hotel guests.

The front office staff was very quick, efficient and kind. The beds were extremely comfortable - best sleep we've had in years! The location is AMAZING - close to Clifton Hill, the falls, many restaurants and souvenir shops.

The hotel staff didn't clean our room initially. When they were sent back to our room later, we asked them to only clean the bathroom because we didn't want to leave the room (we were pretty tired after an entire day of activity). The housekeeping lady did a half-hearted job of it - she didn't bother cleaning the shower area. So, that was a bit disappointing. The breakfast experience was mixed - the layout needs to be changed; spread it out a bit so that 10-20 people don't have to line up for 10-15 minutes just to pick up a plate.

I like the location of this hotel, it is very close to the Fall's main view point. Our family walked to the falls a few times, not to much of a distance, probably about 5 to 10 minute walk. That was the main reason for our stay in this particular hotel, also because the price was very reasonable, compare to the other ones around, it also included breakfast in the price, which is definitely a bonus. We did not use the amenities much, but we saw the inground pool, and it looked inviting. The staff was pretty nice and courteous.

The location of our hotel room had a city view, but it was in a weird shape, so we were facing the main entrance with a building blocking the rest of the view, nothing exciting to see there. The hotel has a parking space, if you want to park your vehicle, for $20 per night, not too bad for pricing considering the area, but it was across from the hotel block because there is no room to park at the hotel.

No frills, it had all the amenities and a little more, it’s clean, staff were friendly, breakfast which was included in the room price was surprisingly quite good (even though we’ve read reviews about how some people complained about the breakfast) - they served quiches, omelette, hard boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, potatoes, chocolate milk, milk, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, bread, various selection of condiments.

Room was a little small for 3 adults and a toddler, needed more USB outlets (two USB outlets on the digital clock weren’t enough), AC unit was loud but it did its job in cooling the room.

Overall really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely return! It exceeded my expectations and felt like I wasn’t in Niagara Falls considering how new the rooms and hotel felt. There’s several benefits that this hotel has going on for them: - Very clean rooms and feel throughout the hotel - Newly renovated - Room was quiet and loved the fact that we were at the end of the hall because some rooms as we walked by were really loud - Bed and pillows were really comfortable and easy to fall asleep on - Shower works great and felt clean - Washroom and room felt very modern especially with the lighting and vanity - Loved the fact that they had working cable and able to use Netflix or YouTube - Room was spacious and well thought out to store items/cupboards/hidden fridge - Complimentary breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and had good variety. Lots of spacious areas to sit or take it to go back to room - 24 hour use of gym and nice patio section to relax - Walking distance to all of Niagara’s main attractions/Clifton Hill/Casino - Staff were all friendly and welcoming I’ve stayed at several properties in the area and this is if not, the best place to possibly stay!

There was only a few things I didn’t like or would suggest, but overall wasn’t a huge deal. - No plastic bag for ice in ice bin - The a/c was kinda loud every time it turned on in the middle of the night - The room had a bit of a musty/chlorinated smell but it wasn’t terrible - Check out time would be great if they changed it to 12pm - If you park at the property, the fee is a bit expensive considering you can park nearby for cheaper rates - Breakfast felt a little too busy but it’s understandable

Location was accessible to all places u wnt to visit in niagara, room was good enough for 4 people...breakfast was excellent too. .my big kiddos love it..

Because it was raining & the wind was so strong, windows were a bit noisy...dining area so full so we have to eat breakfast in our room..maybe because of the holidays...

The washrooms not cleaned that great there were stains on wall and floor, toilet paper wasn’t new, shortage of towels in room, no garbage bag in washroom and no other garbage in the room. Called Guest Service for extra towels and toilet paper no one came had to go to guest service desk to ask for it. Breakfast food tasted rubbery, lots of people were throwing plates with food.

The ground-floor pool was delightful and warm, a great amenity. The large bedroom was very accommodating, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was pleasant. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Due to climate change, I can't understand why single-use paper or plastic dishes are being disposed of with the remaining food in one bin. The bed wasn't made on the first day, and the bedroom was dark, with limited natural light.
