Boutique hotel in a nice part of Santiago. quite small room with a very large bed! An old(?19century)building with some charm.Bathrooms could use some updating. There is no lift but they stored our large bags downstairs. the area is pleasant with lots of restaurants in easy walking distance and near the metro stop. Breakfast not provided but kitchenette and tea and coffee downstairs so you can provide your own breakfast. lots of nice coffee shops nearby

Bathroom dated and difficulty getting enough hot water for showers

Extremely friendly and resourceful staff - I was particularly grateful for being allowed to keep my backpack at the hotel after checking out for some final hours of sightseeing. It's also a beautiful place and they provide a very clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly quiet, too, despite being located in one of Santiago's busiest avenues. The bed is superb!

Although I was fully aware it'd be like this, the fact that the bathroom is on the outside of the room is a little inconvenient. Water also takes quite some time to heat, especially when it's late at night. Nothing one can't deal with, though!

Great location, easy/close access to the subway, is right in front of a known park! As others mention the floor does creak a little when you walk which makes noise, not troublesome for me nevertheless could be annoying for others if you have to pee at 3am hah, but luckily no complaints! The place allowed to leave our luggage for a couple of hours while shopping after check out, the breakfast/living area is cute and pretty useful to work if needed or ordering something and eating there! Wifi is not that strong, I used my own mobile network when on those areas

Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a converted old mansion and quite comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The only "inconvenience" was the private bathroom being down the hall of the common area but this was "do-able". The location is central to Providencia but right on a very busy section of Providencia avenue making taxi/Uber pick up and drop off less than ideal.

I expected something more fancy based on the photos. Also, I paid extra for a bigger room, but the room was actually quite small. Bed was a bit too soft.

Great location and great staff - they welcome you with a smile, walk you to the room and explain how everything works. Room was very clean, the furniture was fully functioning and clean. The hotel has some character in decor, we liked it, reminded us a bit of French hotels. We had a private bathroom which was separate from our room (on the same floor) but we had a key to it and it was private. The bathroom and our room were super clean! Kitchen area was nice - clean and trendy. Hot water for tea/coffee was there and we could use the kitchen for our meals. We would stay in this hotel again, we liked!

We wish we did not have to leave the key at the front desk every time we go out, but it was a minor issue for us. Also having a bathroom on the same floor separate from the room was unusual but not a problem at all because it was private.

Great location close to the center. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, the facilities looked clean and cute as well, the outdoor was pretty charming.

There was no proper desk in the room so working there or using the laptop wasn't really an option. The room was also pretty small and the shower and the sink were literally part of the room, and there was no real bathroom, just a separate tiny room for the toilet. Also the hotel should really clean up their facade, it's full of graffitis from the 2019 protests apparently, at first glance, I thought I was in some very sketchy neighborhood.

Lots of good things about Mito Casa. The location is great - close to everything... but not too close. We stayed in one of the back rooms overlooking the courtyard where there was no street noise and a good breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived very early our first day and were able to get to our room right away. We were, of course, fortunate that the room had not been occupied the night before, but it was extremely generous to be allowed in so early. Spent several days in another city before coming back to Santiago and Mito Casa and were able to leave our large suitcases while we were away. Lots of other small helpful things as well. All in all, very good and a great value.

This is not a super fancy hotel and is a bit worn (it is very clean though), which, given all of the good things I wrote about above, was absolutely fine with us. There was no breakfast when we were there (we didn't expect there to be). Not really a problem though as there are plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was super comfortable, exactly as described. It was nice to have coffee and tea all day and there’s a beautiful dining room and terrace. Access to fridge is a plus, Wifi was strong, streaming services on the TV. Very pleasant, we would return!

It was a great stay at the hotel! The room is very pretty and the decoration is different and interesting. The location is perfect because it is close to the metro statition and to many restraunts and bars. It is easy to get from the airport too and to all touristic sites. The staff was outstanding, being polite, and gentle. They have helped us with everything we needed and even with an issue that we had with our luggage (and we are very greatful). I totally recomend the hotel. The bed is huge and very comfortable, I slept very well. The bathroom is comfortable as well. Unique experience.
