The important things are this: 1)This hotel is located on a nice street with lots of locals and tourists walking up and down it. It felt safe. There are TONS of good food options, coffee shops and ice cream shops along this street. There are street vendors but not as many "shops". It is a charming street (not a busy street) mostly pedestrian traffic, but also our Uber could pick us up right outside the door. The hotel is also located about 1.5 blocks from the Catholic University (red line) subway stop.2)This hotel was CLEAN with BEAUTIFUL spaces. The breakfast was GOOD (not average, not fantastic-but the best of four hotels during our stay.)3)The front desk is bi-lingual and extremely helpful with anything you'd like to ask.We appreciated their professionally and kindness. We had a late international flight (midnight) back to the States, and they held our luggage, we could use the hotel facilities including the pool and the small changing room/shower in the gym for the rest of the day. This was really helpful. Several of the guests hung out at the lovely rooftop pool awaiting our flights. Also our room came with two free bottles of water in the in-room refrigerator.4) Comfortable bed and multiple types of pillows, two working elevators-very quick wait time- and nice hot water in an overhead rain shower.

Very close to action. Hotel is quiet and close to Santiago’s most historic and lively neighborhood. Room was spacious and well designed with large window. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant and pool area is great for watching spectacular Santiago sunrises and sunsets over Andes.

Pool area needs lounger chairs. Pool had no seating.

The hotel location was perfect - centrally located, close to the metro, and right in the heart of Lastarria. It is walking distance to some of Chile's best restaurants. You can also take the metro to other neighborhoods very easily. Since our room faced the street (with all the merchants and peddlers) I was worried that they would keep me up all night but was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear hardly any outside noise. The room itself was comfortable with all the amenities you could need, including a fancy water filter for different temp water for drinking. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft & large. I found the cleaning staff to be very thorough & efficient every time they cleaned. The hotel has a lovely rooftop pool overlooking San Cristobal Hill that was perfect for relaxing in the shade during the heat of the day. The front desk staff greets you warmly upon every interaction. Usually there is someone holding the large doors open for you. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I highly recommend the hotel.

The only thing I couldn't figure out was the hotel bar hours - they seemed unusual. I believe that it closed at 9pm on the weekends. Not an issue but was confusing when we wanted a night cap.

In a great neighbourhood, on a quiet street. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard and you could keep your window open at night. The bedding, pillows and towels were new and plush! The bed was very comfortable. The room was large, nicely appointed and in great condition. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and had nice views of the mountains. The breakfast was extensive with several hot options and ability to order other egg options , plenty of pastries, fruit, meats, cheese, cereals, etc.

The hotel is in a very safe and lively area with lots of restaurants and bars, the location was great as we could easily walk to many of Santiago's main sites. The room was tidy, the bed was super comfortable and shower temperature was perfect! There was an excellent variety of food for breakfast too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Upon checking into the hotel, money was deducted from our card to cover for extra expenses from the staff (I think it was around 150 pounds). Although this was refunded by staff at the end of the trip when checking out, no hotel I've ever stayed in before has done this and we didn't like this policy - it would have made more sense in our opinion to add the extra expenses we racked up onto the bill to be charged when checking out rather than having a lot of money deducted first before anything was spent.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location and level of service were so good that I came back here on my next trip to Santiago. This is a small-to-mid sized hotel located in a trendy, lively neighbor full of bars and restaurants. But the hotel itself (and, more importantly, the room) is very quiet despite the neighborhood being so lively. The staff are universally friendly and professional with excellent English language skills.

The fitness center and pool are very small. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. There is coffee, espresso and water available all day in the main floor, although the room to access the coffee, espresso and water was closed for some sort of function all day on one of the days of my stay. (I'm not sure how often this happens. It could be extremely rare. But it was a very cold fall day when I was there and I could have used a hot double espresso to thaw me out.)

The location of the hotel in the middle of the Lastarria neighborhood was excellent for our first 2 nights in Santiago. A lot of very nice restaurants, the Museo Nacional de Bellas Arte, Santa Lucia hill and the Plazas de Armas are within walking distance, we also felt very safe here. Our room was very spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent served in the rooftop restaurant with wonderful morning views over the awakening city.

The location was excellent--right in the heart of the "bohemian" Lastarria area with street markets all around us---and a myriad of dining locations. and it was an easy walk to key points of interest throughout the downtown area The Hotel was very comfortable---to say the least. The rooms were lovely--ours was overlooking the courtyard--there was a large lounge on the main floor with coffee/latte machines and hot/cold water dispensers---as well as an adjacent outdoor patio. there was a small pool on the top of the hotel with lounge chairs and an adjacent dining/bar area

there was an included breakfast that was quite good--- but could have been refilled a little more quickly as various items ran out.

Great location in the heart of Lastarria - there are great restaurants & bars literally 50m away like Chipe Libre and Bocanariz (best wine bar in Santiago). Friendly staff and good view from the rooftop. Go for a drink at the Singular hotel bar next door for a stunning view. Very nice breakfast.

The pool closes at 4pm - no idea why this is. It was a little on the expensive side.

The hotel was ideally situated in Lastarria where there were some great bars and restaurants. Stayed two days one of which had the breakfast, which was very good and the other one ‘to go’, again not bad as catching an early flight. The bed was extremely comfortable.

We arrived on Sunday to find that the roof top and downstairs bar, restaurant and pool were closed. Felt more like a concierge apartment block rather than a hotel. Later found out from staff that outside pools are closed after a certain date by government order. Pity, it had a great view and was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The hotel had some great design features but is starting to show its age. Both the toilet and shower doors were often difficult to open. There were no power sockets by the bedside.
