Our stay in Kunlun Jing'An was, simply put, amazing. The overall look of the hotel is wonderful, the rooms were large and comfortable and the location of the hotel was very convenient - right next to a metro station, convenient stores and shopping malls. The staff took care of us very well and we were especially touched by the kindness of Stella, Niko, BoBo and Christina. Whenever we needed anything, they were readily available to assist us. The executive lounge of the hotel fulfilled all of our needs and we enjoyed spending time there while having snacks and drinks. We were also impressed by the effective attitude of the cleaning staff, as they were always making sure that our rooms were impeccable. Overall, the hotel provided us with a great place to rest and enjoy our stay in Shanghai.

The location is great, next to a metro station, which makes it easy to move around the whole city. The rooms are spacious, the beds are big and comfortable, and the view of the Bund is amazing, especially at night. The service was impeccable, we had an issue with our room (it smelled like smoke) and they upgraded us to a higher floor immediately.

The original room we booked had a pungent smell. When we told the front desk, they immediately changed our room and upgraded us. We did not get breakfast because the price was exorbitant. The swimming pool is also not a very relaxing space, and the jacuzzi is separated by gender.

Hotel has well equippd gym and indoor sweeming pool on floor 4. Did not use the dinner ara for breakfast as in the mornings I eat very little, however apart of the pod coffe machine in the room, at the loby there is a freshel baked pastery counter offring also salads and coffee at reasonable price. There is a Shanghai tube station next to the hotel, very convenyent, cheapest and fastest way to travel in Shanghai.

In China many still smoke, oposit the enterance there is a place for smokers, however during my sta it was raining for days. For those customers that wish to smoke, maybe the hotel should provide a sheltered place with benches or chairs.

It would be nice to have a walk in shower, the bathroom is a bit small.

Everything was excellent. Large executive room in floor 35 with an amazing view of the Shanghai skyline. Delicious buffet and a wonderful pool, gym and spa area. Impressive executive lounge in floor 38 with tasty food and drinks, and great views.

We could hear the humming of the elevators from inside the room. It was not noisy, but noticeable.

Great location of the hotel, easy to walk around in the neighbourhood or take the subway. Rooms are large and clean, bed is very comfortable. Lavish breakfast is served in the restaurant both with Chinese and Western food and staff is kind and helpful. The Xmas market is very cute in the lobby area.

My room was right next to the elevator and you could hear it running which was quite disturbing especially in the morning hours. The minibar was empty, there could be a good selection of drinks and snacks there. The style of the room is quite old (yet clean).

The room and view was fabulous. The bed was great The staff were all very friendly and helpful The buffet and the dinners were excellent perfectly cooked Breakfast provided plenty of choice between western and eastern tastes.

The window wasnt clean so paying for a room with the view to have it reduced. The lounge bar shutting so early (not like European hotels as residents can order drinks much later.)

This former Hilton is right in the commercial centre, connected (1 min walk) to 3 subway lines. It has all the basics that you expect from a hotel with its rating plus a few conveniences such as the bakery downstairs.

The room furnishings are a bit outdated and need some upkeep. Cleaning could be a bit better in this category.

We have a fantástic view to the French concession and could even see the World financial Center and pearl tower is Pudong! The design is a bit old but Room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is the highlight of the stay - Great varieties and good atmosphere and settings, how a nice hotel breakfast should be!

The lifts took forever to come, so the lift lobby was always packed.

Good location, peaceful and quiet. Staff are friendly.

Hotel is a bit old and carpet had water leak which did not resolve during my stay. Extra 16% service and tax charges not included in the price quoted in Booking.com.
