We had best room in Villa Apartment because it was see view with balcony. Only one apartment has a balcony and it is really worth to pay more for it. The view from balcony is amazing both, in day time and when sun goes down as then You see all lights of Rijeka on the horizon. We were lucky we could have breakfast and lunch in balcony. Villa Atlanta is a part of hotel Excelsior, so we could use all their activities - inside and outside swimming pool, gym, beach, etc. Lovran sea promenada is really beautiful, especially for evening walks.

1/ Air conditioning. It does not work properly or does not work, I do not know, however impossible to control. It was not too hot, however we had always open windows. So we were bitten by mosquitoes in the mornings. 2/ Noise from outside. The grass was cut with a trimmer two-three days of four early mornings. Our friends rent a flat from the street side, so noise was all night of moto bikes and cars, however could not close windows because air conditioning does not work.

We booked the Atlanta Apartments, but by the check in we were informed, that the air condition doesn't work, so we received an offer to stay in Hotel Excelcisor. I was in the beginning disappointed, but to be honest, that was a great change!!! The Hotel fulfils all wishes: fitness room (3 times a day also guided sport), sauna, beach, indoor/outdoor pool, beauty and health treatments ... excellent breakfast, delicious coctais, ... we stayed 5 nights and Im sure, we will come back with friends and family. That was our first time in Croatia on vacation, we had a great time!

This is not only to the hotel, the behaviour of some guests could be more respectful (probably also rules would not help?): -no separat/marked smoking areas (I was surprised, how many preople still smoke...) -on the beach would be fine to have more beach umbrella/parasol

We stayed as a family of 4 so we used the sofa bed. Space was limited but the apartment was very well equipped and the outside area and pool were excellent. We could use a communal balcony for eating and sitting outside. The location was excellent. A great place for snorkeling and quieter and more relaxed than other areas of croatia. No parking wasn't a problem as all of the village was free to park. It was busy but always possible. We enjoyed using the facilities of the hotel next door with the added bonus of having our own private apartment.

It is a charming villa and our apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The next door hotel (Hotel Excelsior) has all kinds of facilities like swimming pool and a nice beach and it was great that we could use them as guests of Apartments Atlanta. The staff was very friendly, and town Lovran is a small and cute place to visiit at 5 minutes of wallking distance.

We were looking forward ro use the pool of the villa, which is more charming and secluded than the pool of the hotel, but the pool was closed for cleaning during our stay on both days…

The property is extremely well located in Lovran, in proximity of the beach. Our studio was efficiently designed and had all the amenities needed. It was extremely clean and servicing was available daily.

The pool water was a bit murky and probably needed more attention. However, this was not a problem as the sea water was much preferred and just marvelous!

The place, the house is great, the view too. Pool was nice.

Everything in the garden and around the pool is a tiny bit old or worn out, but not a big deal. - IF some trees between pool and sea would be trimmed or cut, the sun would be longer around the pool. (The trees are so old and not beautiful that it could easily be arranged.) - Nothing to be done about it by owner : but lots of mosquitos near the pool..multiple bites on our bodies

Pool, hotel facilities, beach, walks around the appartment. Very friendly staff and great hotel facilities which you can use during your stay in appartments.

It was not very clearly stated that there was no sea view from our terrace. Otherwise everything fine!

Location, service, value

One of rooms we got( 2 level) had some issues with air condition and some hiccups with their central reservation system ( booked wrong room for us), but the manager ( Robert) took care of the issue!

A beautiful Villa in a very charming and beatiful location. In pre season you feel you own the entire house and enjoy the pool with fabulous views. It clearly reminds you of the Riviera . Cute village with little restaurants and the walk to Opatja along the coast line is the experience. A beautiful getaway from the classic touristic and crowded Opatjia. Would always return again.

Location, indoor salt watered pool, sauna and spa.

Air condition heat function did not work, one of the towel heater did not work, roof windows did not have black out curtain so it was too bright in the morning
