The Spa area in the 8th floor with the panoramic sauna and its view over the Kvarner bay, the infinity pool area just above the sea level and view over the bay, the cleanliness of the room, as well as the selection of breakfast choices with the omlette station and the overall impression of the building areas.

The constant exposure to too loud and annoying music in the lobby and Spa area - some quiet time would be fine. Improvements could be made with the coffee bar at the breakfast, a pancake station, so that they are always fresh, and some of the staff could be more friendly.

The spa center is one of the best I've ever been to, sea water in the pools and a spa with a great view looking over the city and the coast.

We had to pay for the parking 20EUR, which was really negative for us, but since Opatija has an issue with parking lots, we used their parking in front of the hotel. And they offered to give us a room with a view of the sea, but we were stuck in a darker corner room with a view over the buildings.

I've enjoyed staying at this hotel - the location is ok, they had a huge garage to leave a car, the hotel looks freshly renovated, the spa is ok and breakfast offered a great variety of quality food. The room felt very comfortable and cozy with great floor heating.

Looks a bit big and not well utilized. Stayed at 2. on the floor and couldn't have a clear view of the sea, unfortunately. The garage is tricky to find, and after that, there is a long walk to reception.

The third time at this hotel was overall good. However the impression is not as good as the first times. + very good location + breakfast was very good with lots of options + fairly good priced + very nice staff (certainly Kristina - think her name was that)

Since my first visit I have now noticed several aspects that needs improvement or that I don’t like. - smoking; there are smokers everywhere, eg by the pool area when you are relaxing and want some fresh air the hotel allows smokers to smoke in the sunbed. Disgusting. -cleaning; found hair in the minibar/refrigerator and it didn’t look completely clean. We had to visit reception twice before a cleaning lady came.

Staff, breakfast and SPA. As well very beautiful xmas decoration around and in the hotel.

Dinner did not have many options for non- meat and fish eaters... only risotto and bad quality pizza. Instead of breakfast was really well prepated and diverse incl. plant base milch and 100% orange juice.

Entire personal staff exeed all expectations.Very hospitable, great energy from very hard working staff next to the pool. Breakfast had such a nice flow, the line was always well maintained, all staff was around to assist with everything, great selection of food as well.Special thanks to Goran, he welcomed and made every guest special. there is only one suggestion, the beech bags should be available for sale.I really loved it however when I asked to purchase, it was not available.

This is a quite luxurious hotel. We have enjoyed the outdoor pool it was very clean with a bar. The staff were very friendly except one we have checked in with. She wad quite inpatient. But the manager was very friendly too. We had to leave a night earlier and she accepted it without any extra fees. The breakfast was 👍 the spa was quite full but the view is stunning 😍 👌

The room doesn't have any coffee machine or water heater. It was for us with a baby quite inconvenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, a polite and attentive guy helped me park my car and bring my bags to the reception. He was very professional and made me feel welcome right away. When I got to the reception, I was greeted by two wonderful receptionists, Katarina and another friendly lady. They both had warm and welcoming smiles, and were eager to assist me with any questions or concerns I had during my stay. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service skills made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. Thanks to the fantastic staff, especially the kind guy who helped me park my car, Katarina, and the other receptionist, for making my stay so memorable

I wasn't happy with the fact that I had to pay an extra 20€ for car parking. This fee applies from 9 PM to 9 AM, which seemed quite steep to me. Overall, it detracted from my experience and left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Nice rooms, kind personal, great hotel and a beautiful view from the spa. Nice choice of food.

Spa management: People were with swimweare in saunas, floors were wet, doors connecting pool and saunas were constantly open, in turkish sauna the faucet did not work, there was mold on sealing, half of infrared sauna heaters did not work, there are only two showers and nowhere to cool down. There is no ventilation. The bedroom and changin room was compleately excluded from renovaion. All in all they don't put enough attention to the main feature they have... the spa. A lot of maintenance and improvenet is required.

Great location, huge choice of tasty food for breakfast, nice infinity pool, even if you dont like spa&wellness, it is worth visiting for the view. I have never been in panoramatic sauna before, just wow :) Nice treatmemts in the beauty center.

The opening hours of infinity pool and spa&wellness could be longer. Especially the pool closing at 7pm is too soon. The hotel could take some actions to disable sunbed booking by towels. At 9am there is 30m que, but majority just blocks a sunbed with towel, immediately leaves and dont return for hours.
