We liked the hotel itself. The room was huge, clean and modern, the bathroom also. The staff is kind and polite. The spaces are spacious. The pool is also fantastic with plenty of sunbeds. The air conditioner was extremely quiet and very efficient. A huge plus point is that the consumption of drinks at dinner was included in the half board.

Small thing, but the towels were changed every day, which we thought was unnecessary. They were not on the ground, but hung up. Waste of energy and detergent. (Others may like it that way.) Compared to a 4-star hotel, we found the dinner poor. A few main dishes, several side dishes. The dessert section is even less. Only whole fruits, no fruit salad (only compote). Overall, however, it was positive.

The hotel is well equipped with lots of amenities and a good entertainment program for kids. The room was spacious and well equipped with an astonishing view. The food is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great - right next to the walk path connecting several nice towns along the coastline. There is a good sea access platform typical for the area but also a small pebble beach nearby.

The parking should be free for the price tag of accommodation and considering that there is enough parking space in the hotel's garage. The quality of service and drinks differs much between pool bar and the beach bar - pool bar staff prepares properly garnished and served cocktails while at the beach bar they are simply mixed and served in plastic cups.

The hotel has amazing views on the sea. Every room has a perfect balcony and a stunning view. The sizes are decent. The breakfast and dinner were very good, good value for money. The staff were all super helpful and kind. The pool area is perfect for kids. The staff in the kids playroom were lovely and our daughter loved playing with them.

It seems a bit excessive to be paying 17 EUR a day for parking in a hotel where one is staying, especially as the price is already rather high. We ended up paying more for parking than the car rental because of this. It would also be better if the dinner could start at 6.30pm - 7pm is a bit too late for kids who go to sleep at 7pm. It was a shame the kids room was not opened a bit longer. The baby room also opened a bit too late for us (only over 4-year olds can stay in the kids club).

Lovely and clean. The cleaning Staff are friendly and keep your room lovely and clean and the dinningroom table cleaning Staff, do a fantastic job as well. The reception Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your great work you all do l 🙂 The food is really great, with such a variety of yummy dishes. The pool area is great and I love the young lady that runs the daily water aerobics class, great fun The hotel is right by a fantastic long promenade and right by the sea with loads of sun loungers. Overall, fantastic hotel and I would return and recommend

We got a very nice and comfortable room, the hotel is very nice and modern. It is located in a picturesque location, Opatija is a 30-minute walk away. Every meal was very delicious. The pool is a very pleasant and necessary service.

The staff should pay more attention to many small things. On the first day, the soap dispenser fell off in the bathroom, unfortunately no repairs were made even though we reported it in vain. So we had to use our own shower gel. We also again reported it when checking out, and we got the answer: O.K. :( At least an apology would have been nice.

Hotel is located at Lungo Mare, near by Icici beach. Sea view from rooms, restaurants and lobby is outstanding. Room is comfortable, has very nice balkony. Bed is king size and mattress is pretty good. Entire hotel is spotless, cleaning service is on duty all the time. Staff is very very kind. When it comes to food(dinner), it was ok, where 1 out of 4 days was exceptional.

Cooling did not work due to air condition winter setting and temperature in the room was around 30 celzius degrees. Hair dryer is very bad, it can dry only short hair.

We had the superior double room (with balcony and very nice view) and half-board option with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel was an excellent choice when traveling with a toddler. They had converted the sofa bed to a child's bed with a curtain separating it from the rest of the room. That allowed more use of the room after the child had gone to sleep. Also, the AC was not blowing to the child, so it could be used even after the child was in his bed. The balcony was a nice extension to the room, especially in the evenings. The room was very clean and modern, I was positively surprised. Our room was also very quiet, even though it was quite close to the reception. The buffet breakfast and dinner (starting at 19.00) were plentiful, with more than enough options and nice variety during the week. A good thing to have when traveling with a picky toddler, there was always something he was willing to eat. The hotel has a very shallow wading pool for children, that is protected from the sun as well as a normal pool that is more exposed. There is no beach, just a pier with stair access to the sea. There is however a little beach (with step access) 50m to the north of the hotel, easily accessed by the walkway that goes all the way from Icici to Opatija (a nice walk to take with a pram). There are a few steps from the hotel to the walkway, but the walkway itself is step-free. The pool/beach bar serves nice food at reasonable prices, but it doesn't take long to walk along the walkway to the nearest lunch places either. Having plenty of parking places was definitely a bonus. We took multiple day trips but had no trouble finding parking when returning in the evening. Parking is 15€ a day which is good value since parking, in general, seems to be next to impossible along the coast. We had a wonderful time, the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations and were very child friendly.

Even though reserving beach chairs was prohibited, by noon they were all taken (and mostly empty) and the although the staff was supposed to be enforcing the rule, I never saw them removing any towels or freeing up any chairs. Step-free access to the walkway would be great, but there is very little space to create it.

Food was ok, drinks are included in the meals (beer also) because we had full board. Room is ok because we booked too combined rooms although we did not know that was the arangement. View and beautifull location. Children playground in the hotel with possibility of leaving children for play.

We were with twins who are only one year old and they don’t have direct passage to the walking board. We had to carry our stroller in very tight space where were stairs. Pools are not heated and the water was quite cold. Beach is concrete so not suitable for small children. Breakfast should last longer.

The hotel sits at an exceptional location with a view of the Rijeka bay. The staff is very accommodating, and the food is served as an All-You-Can-Eat style buffet which is continuously replenished. The menu alternates per day. The pool is quite nice, and a short walk brings you to a bayside swimming area. The location works well to see the rest of Istria by car.

The parking is paid, regardless of whether you are staying at the hotel or not. If you come by car, be prepared to shell out an additional 15 euros per night. This is apparently company policy, so non-negotiable. We stayed 5 nights, and coupled with the city tax we had to pay an additional 98 euros on top of our original bill. At dinnertime, space in the restaurant might be limited at the opening of the buffet as most tables are for groups of 4 and might be taken by single eaters - it's best to come an hour later.

We stayed on two seperate occasions a week apart and found the same level of, good size room, air con on one occasion seemed not to operate. view from rooms outstanding. walk in front of hotel wonderfull. Breakfast food was wide choice and also dinner. Drinks were free from that which was provided. Reception staff arranged parking underground with ease for motorcycle and cars etc.

Dinner and breakfast could be deemed by some as a self-service stampede. Regardless of time you arrieve.
